I could write an entire novel on how the switched birth writers forked up their own show in season four when they ruined Bemmett and turned Emmett into a terrible character. Like you spend four years making an iconic couple and proving they’re soulmates by pairing them together in any dream/A.U shown on the show about the switch- and then you don’t make them endgame? Then, you also practically replace Emmett with Travis as far as character story lines go? Because let’s be honest, that’s practically what the writers did. It’s been like three years but I still get so mad when I think about how the writers messed their own show up SO BADLY.

so just started season 2 of Switched at Birth after watching Season 1 more than a year ago (I think I accidentally skipped a quarter of the last season but I understand the storylines so 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️)

Anyone have thoughts? Does the show get better?

I DO like it, I just hope they get somewhere with character development/relationship development because I hate shows taht dont.

So yes, it’s three years after the show ended but if anyone around here watches/watched it, what did you think? :)

while im not a huge fan of the series finale nor the first episodes of season one, I really DO love this show. And eve though I’m a big Bemmett fan and I’ll be honest, I’m shocked they didn’t end up together, I’m not salty about it either. I feel like, in my fanon, years from now they would’ve gotten back together and I’ll make my peace with that.

i wish i had a more concrete place to put them, like another flashforward wouldve been nice, a final one to really cement some things, but this was a really good show.

Okay so I know I’m like three years late on this but I’ve been watching switched at birth on Netflix and I just got to the part where Bay and Emmett get back together after she breaks up with tank. Is anyone else like super pro Tank because I know Emmett and bay are end game but tank didn’t deserve that he was a nice boy (tm) and I literally can’t sleep right now because I feel so bad for this fictional character from a tv show that ended like a year ago lmao
