ASPEN MEADOWS SHOW COMPLEX

OUTDOOR MODULAR ARENA

Welcome to Aspen Meadows, a three-lot show complex built to meet all your equestrian needs! This is the first of three arena lots I plan to share. Aspen Meadows has been a big project of mine since November and I'm very excited to share it with you now. The Aspen Meadows Outdoor Arena is a 50x40 lot built specifically to be placed on the Bailey Moon Manor lot in Del Sol Valley. It is a sand arena with covered spectator seating, a judge's tent, and a lighting setup to make both day and nighttime competitions possible.

Modular arena, you say? What's a modular arena?

This is a system I've been using to build most of my arenas lately - I place down a room, adjust it to the size I want my arena to be, delete the ceiling, and replace the walls with fences. Since each arena layout is an individual 'room', all I have to do to switch between them is click the room, delete it, and then swap the layout I want into the empty spot. This has allowed me to make multiple configurations of an arena on the same lot, without having to save each lot over and over again. As such, this download comes with tray files for the lot itself (with the Dressage arena pre-loaded), the Dressage Arena, and an empty arena for you to DIY to your heart's content!

This lot is built with items from Island Living, Get to Work, Romantic Garden, and High School Years.

Tori Holiday is the only child of Culpepper Founder Dusty Brows and her wife Summer Holiday, born in Summer 2. She began a casual relationship with Thorne Bailey during Autumn 3, until Thorne decided to call it quits on his marriage to Octavia. The couple have been together ever since.

Autumn 4 for the Holiday household: Tori began the autumn catching up with old friend Dolly Vatore, only to find herself interrupted by paparazzi and a run in with Thorne's ex, Octavia. She took on a few roles this week, earning a nomination for a Starlight Accolade and her 5th fame star. To celebrate, Tori and Thorne attended a meet and greet where Tori laid her very own star on the streets of Del Sol Valley. They followed this with a night out in Windenburg, and a trip to their favourite closet in the basement of the club. Meanwhile, Orange was doing well in school, but was tense from submitting his university applications. His girlfriend Yuki was able to take his mind off things. Thorne celebrated a birthday this week, becoming an adult, and the family's cat, Bruno, passed away from old age. Towards the end of the season, Tori completed her aspiration, but found herself on the brink of a midlife crisis - which then began on the night she picked up her second Starlight Accolade. When you've reached the top and done all you can do...where do you go next?

I'm using @simlicy 's build of the Bailey-Moon Manor for my 80s family but I redecorated it. This was the only family friendly mansion I could find on the gallery 🤨? Also it screamed made in the 80s in a tasteful way.

I felt bad deleting all the family photos🥺 #so I filled my makeover with even more photos of my sims for compensation🙂 #they will be living here because I used that random sim story generator in cas #clicked on the questions randomly to get inspo for the parents and they both came out high in funds #I have never started out with wealthy sims before or lived in a mansion with them either so it's something new for me #bonus! if your a history buff like myself you would know that most homes in the 80s didn't have the latest styles of decor #usually only the wealthy and people living in big cities had actual 80s style home #a coincidence.
