PIC(S) INFO: Spotlight on promotional shots of Gloria Frances Stuart (born Gloria Stewart; July 4, 1910 – September 26, 2010), an American actress known for her roles in Pre-Code films, and those of filmmaker James Whale particularly.

#42 Katariina
This week I had the chance of meeting the spectacular and talented artist and writer Katariina Souri. My friend and I got to spend a couple of hours with her on her homestead being surrounded by the animals and the environment that mean so much to her.
I felt so blessed to see Katariina’s art and just get a chance to talk to her. Just like Katariina herself, her paintings and books hold wisdoms and secrets of the universe. I felt extremely inspired by this strong and hard-working woman who has received so many blows in her public life but still never ceases to have the courage to lead exactly the kind of life she chooses, reinventing herself as a person and artist again and again.

PEOPLE MOVERS
CBWC: People Movers
This is one of the areas where I don’t have as many pictures as others. I’m not even sure why I don’t but there it is.
Get those kids to school!
One person at a time
Small sailing ships like this moved people and cargo between continents
The tourist sailboat in Kennebunkport
The old sailing ship was slower, but probably more comfortable
Not so big, but far more fun

“The human body is the best work of art.” ― Jess C. Scott How cool is @disastersequins? So she had the idea for a shoot where abstract shapes were cast onto her body and asked if I'd be interested. Of course I was! A few bits of equipments and one very fun Sunday later and here we are. It's great to branch out. It's even greater to work with awesome people. #photography #portraitphotographer #portraitphotography #photographer #glasgowphotographer #blackandwhitephotography #b&w #b&wphotography #bodyart #gobo #shadows #modelphotography #universityofglasgow #christmaslights #bokeh #theportraitobjective #boundlessphotography https://www.instagram.com/p/Cn7nb9OtVEw/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=

HALLOWEEN VIBES? -- HALLOWEEN MOOD? -- THE TIM BURTON AESTHETIC.
NOTE: This shot has glaringly and embarrassingly been miscredited all over this website, and another reason I'm never in any rush to reblog damn near everyone on Tumblr. Fuck lazy posting. Just saying.
PIC INFO: Resolution at 745x1030 -- Spotlight on American filmmaker/visual artist Tim Burton, photographed with his muse & then fianceé Lisa Marie Smith, from the photo article "Mad Love: The Curious and Captivating Romance of Tim Burton & Lisa Marie," by Joe Rhodes, August 1997, "US Weekly" magazine, pp. 76-81. 📸: Mary Ellen Mark (1940-2015).
