The Lovers Union

This was supposed to be done before Valentine's Day, but oh well. Now that the computer is working fine, it's finally done.

Rhulk and Guaroco's (The Witness) wedding portrait in the Alternate Timeline AU, which now serves as an important piece of history for both "Precursors" and Lubraeans as it signifies the true birth of their alliance to create their current empire.

It is rumored that this portrait is still well cared for within the tomb of the two lovers, which serves as a sort of religious spot for many couples alike for luck and prosperity in their marriage. Many weddings between the Royal Families of both Lubrae and the Fleet itself are held within this very tomb to be blessed for a prosperous alliance and marriage between the parties involved.

He was probably reading to her and she fell asleep. He was probably like "well. I guess I'm stuck here now." And eventually fell asleep.

Misako would think its adorable. She wouldn't want to disturb them, and she knows how much trouble Wu has falling/staying asleep, so she DEFINITELY doesn't want to wake him up. She probably moves the book so it won't get damaged, and gets them blankets so they're warm :)

She'd then go and let Morro know to be quiet.

In adding to my AU in thought:

What would have caused the Traveler to bounce from one set of people to another if the Witness did not exist in this AU? (Something I am sure people are wondering about, maybe not, but a thought to clarify for this AU to work)

Instead of taking a whole race of people to essentially wear its form like a cloak and herald its powers in general to create this constant game of chaos we know of, what if in some way, the Darkness just manifests itself into its own form? One that can not be truly perceived for anyone who gazes upon it can’t quite fathom what they are seeing. 

The look of the Darkness itself is something of an enigma with a variety of interpretations but no single way of truly defining what it really is or looks like. Those who see it always have a different way to describe it.

This formless being just happens to follow the Traveler now that it was given a hint to where it was, pursuing it much the same as the Witness had, only no one ever knows that its truly there until a calamity occurs and the Traveler abandons them as well. This formless being can either take the choice to "commune" with the desperate souls or leave them be in their grief to wonder why the Traveler had left them.

Those abandoned by the Traveler find solace and refuge in the Darkness not for "evil" means as Darkness is not truly evil, but because there is a sort of respite that comes from it. Others choose to move forth and take their vengeance out and search for the Traveler and those currently blessed by it, angry that their once given blessings are given to someone else. However the case goes for those affected, it depends but, the Darkness has one goal and it's to be whole again with the half it had lost. And it will continue its chase until said goal is met.

Anyways, that's just a probable way to make some sense of things for this AU. I'm not a huge lore specialist, far from it to be honest, but just trying in hopes to make some sense of this AU will hopefully clear out any confusion (if there was any).

Thinkin’ of This Au where Jason ends up collecting all of the de-aged liminal class which causes his plans to spiral. And am also thinking if he found them even earlier, before he made his big debut with 6 heads in a duffle bag, back when he was a mere whisper. Y’know, something minor the bats seemingly didn’t have to worry about. 

Like he still has his goons, even if less than he would because he is still taking over the underbelly, it’s just far slower because suddenly he has like, twelve small children to keep safe along with defending the alley from these government goons. 

Like I want the GIW to full on build files on this (to-them) half rabid ghost prowling crime alley whenever one survives to retreat and lick their wounds. Not a lot, mind you, but enough to notice a pattern. Enough to figure out when their lost specimens are not with the very dangerous ghost. 

Enough to catch the babysitting goon off guard, to overwhelm them with numbers. 

Enough to take his children. 

And Jason has seen those labs, he’s torn apart several, but they aren’t in Gotham anymore, they’re goneGoneGone and he needs to get them back. They’re just babies, they’re his babies, and he’s not going to let them be cut into again. 

And there is no warning on the Watchtower when the Zeta activates. There is no alarm when a hulking figure enters during their weekly nearly full-team meeting. A figure that could pass as both human or not, with sparks trailing behind barely restrained movements as they get ready to fight this masked intruder. 

“Diana Prince, Wally West, Clark Kent, John Jones, Arthur Curry.” There’s this deadly calm as he speaks, because otherwise he would only be feeling rage. “I know each and every one of your identities, and if you don’t help me everyone is going to know them.”

So I've just made a superhero AU for utmv. Right? Well, I really only wanted to design one guy, Lust. Sooo I'm opening the AU (WHICH LITERALLY HAS NO LORE YET SO NO WORRIES) for others to partake in!

Here's like, the basic lay out.

Choose one Sans AU to turn into superhero/villain. Please refrain from using a Sans someone else claimed.

Make them into a superhero/villain themed after something specific. (Example: A plant themed superhero, or even a cactus one!)

Keep powers balanced with weaknesses, please make them relate to their theme!

Give them a civilian identity! You don't have to draw this one, but make sure to mention their civil job and name!

Give them a Superhero/Villain name as well!

Wait, supervillain?

OH YES! You can choose the mortal alignment of your claimed Sans! Super hero, villain, neutral, vigilante? Just pick whatever you want!

Of course headcanons are welcome, it's Canon to YOUR design! Make them trans, gay, autistic, whatever! (Human designs are allowed too!)

Wait.. what do I (the artist reading this) Even get out of doing this?

Well I'll tell you! For one, its a fun artist challenge where you personalize and create a whole new hero/Villain to your preferences!

You also get to imagine their lore, and incorporate their personality into the story! They'd all be canon part of the AU. (Note: if someone claimed a sans first and you did it anyways, yours wouldn't be Canon unless issues occurred with the OG/they gave you permission.)

I dunno, I just wanna make an AU with a ton of people, ya know? I think it's be fun for us to work together on this.

-Precursor Speculative Evolution Pt. 1-

Finally getting around to this project as it was my most voted on, so here is the master post of the pics mostly. I'll explain most of this much later in a different post with more detailed pics.

But I like to speculate in my own little world that the "Precursor" species aka the Witness's people, came from nocturnal lemur like creatures that were once native to a lush rainforest that used to cover their homeworld until one day, a mysterious object crashed into their world and destroyed everything that once made it green; turning it in a desert world with very little to survive off of.

These little lemurs and a few select other species managed to escape by burrowing themselves deep underground and living in these burrows before venturing out and letting time and their environment take its course in shaping them.

I will add the Pre-Traveler Era, Golden Age, and Post-Traveler Evolution counterparts in a different post as well with its own notes, but for now, here are just a few of the "big steps" in their evolution with some quick notes.

Not censoring as there is nothing to show or censor.

Nurses bustle in and out of the room, and Otabek is noticeably absent from Yuri’s visitors. In fact, it’s like everyone vanished from his life. He slouches in the chair by the window, confined to this cramped space, his gaze locked onto the raindrops racing down the glass. His reflection stares back at him, and technically, he knows it’s himself. Hair longer than the Other Yuri’s, cheeks a bit sunken, and that tiny lightning bolt etched on his finger. He’s the guy questioning love, wondering if it’s worth falling for someone if it’ll all end in heartbreak, if he should get attached to people who’ll eventually fade away. A soft knock echoes at the door, and a caregiver enters with lunch. Yuri does his best to ignore her inquisitive gaze, takes the tray, and snatches the plastic utensils before speaking. “Did Mr. Altin visit me often?” “Altin…” “The short, stocky guy with black hair and tons of ear piercings.” “Oh, your boyfriend?” Yuri’s throat tightens, and he swallows hard. “Yeah… my boyfriend.” “He used to come see you nearly every day. He believed you could sense his presence and was hell-bent on proving the doctors wrong when they said you wouldn’t wake up.” Yuri stirs the unappetizing noodles with his fork, as if the answer to his question lies hidden in the heap of sauce: does love always die, yes or no? The caregiver slides the plate closer. “It looks like your boyfriend was onto something. Dig in if you want to see him soon.”

“Shadow the Hedgehog vs the World” Poster Redux

Here is the final render of the poster that started it all over a year ago! This is for an AU I am still working on. I have a summary of the story and the original rough draft of the poster down below ⬇️

The story centers around Shadow the Hedgehog transporting himself to a new yet hostile world,

a world where GUN becomes corrupt,

a world where Black Arm/organic hybrids cause chaos within the umbra of society,

a world where Shadow died,

after Sonic is accidentally taken through a portal. Specifically in a Westopolis that will soon face the Promised Day.

Within the city, he is faced against a disgraced scientist as well as Sonic’s kidnapper named Dr. Kreo along with their hybrid experiments and their acquaintance, Doom’s Eye. In order to return him and Sonic to their own world, he must either follow every whim of the Doctor within the underground of Westopolis, or trek into the world to find the chaos emeralds. It won’t be easy to achieve the latter, however, as he is now a wanted suspect by gun due to stealing something, or rather someone, valuable to them as well as being a Black Arms hybrid, an ultimate lifeform, out in the open.

Will Shadow let humanity defy his destiny once again to save those he value, or will he face against the world to risk his powers and potentially his life in order to keep his newfound identity intact while protecting those in his own way?
