For those that have read my Harry Potter and Fullmetal Alchemist crossover... this is a snippet for what had recently happend.

Rest in peace, Robbie Coltrane. Raise your wands to an actor and character we grew up watching and repeating his famous lines...

Quiet moments… Filled with the crackle of the fire and the hiss of the kettle… The occasional sounds of a magical creature that wonders about in Hagrid's hut… "Would you consider going back to learning magic? We've cleared your name, Hagrid?" "I… I don' know." "Al is going to learn, you two could take the same courses." "Alphonse is smart an' i… too old. I am happy doin' wha' i am doin'." Edward looked over his newspaper to see Hagrid quickly attended to the tea kettle, avoiding his gaze. "Hagrid, vu still haffe much to offer to Albhonze and he'll be learning from zee fery beginning. He vould need a friend to help him." A couple of moments of silence. "… I don' know. Wha' if the parents will send letters ter Dumbledore?" "Zey zend daily hovlers to me und zee old pasdard." Edward deadpanned. At that, Hagrid let out a chuckle at that. "If i do go back ter learning, i wan' ter learn abou' your country! Not alchemy, i saw how tha' seamus boy blow up one o' me biggest pumpkins with it…"

O hey look! It's a comic!!

Yeah, I normally don't draw comics! Normally I do stories in the form of fake screenshots, but my girlfriend showed me a "put your OTP here" kinda thing, and it was this! I added a few extra panels bc, yeah... but this is what came out of it!

Yes, this is the Frozen Alchemy rendition of Varigo, so yes Grace is in this universe. I figure this is shortly after little Avery is born (Hence why Varian has the wedding band), and it was her turn to stay in the nursery to feed her and whatnot (they all take turns each night so at least two of them can get decent sleep).

Even being next to someone he loves, the nightmares don't always stay away... but both Hugo and Grace know when he's had a nightmare, and how to comfort Varian afterwards, so Hugo's just doin' his thing and comforting his Bluebird!

Yes Hugo has painted nails bc WHY WOULDN'T HE?! And no, I didn't forget his earrings, he takes them out at night. Same with his & Varian's hair, takes their ponytails out.

But yes, have some fluffy/wholesome comfort between these two!

#lee jae wook #jung so min #alchemy of souls #korean drama #manydramagifs #kdramaedit #alchemyofhugs #well this was a laughingly short gif series lmao #i just didn't continue the show after this and couldn't be bothered to skim through the episodes for the hugs #but yeah. their hugs were pretty nice ngl #the number one thing that made them so special even within the whole kdrama scene #was the lack of the hesitation in the physical intimacy #like sure jang uk hesitates for a while before answering to mudeok's hugs #but it's always for emotional reasons and not because there's a physical barrier between them #he's not hesitant to touch her lest he oversteps #and obviously consent is incredibly important. like. don't go touching people without their consent.#i just think that the ease of physical closeness that these two had is really rare in kdramas #specifically between opposite sexes #so it just brought an extra something to their hugs

I designed this version of Varian to be kind of a ✨ wandering scholar ✨ He and Ruddiger are travelling the overworld, getting into trouble and stealing apples, lol. I don’t imagine he actually has much magic himself, though whatever power he has, he likes to imbue into objects. If this was, like, an RPG, I can see Varian having moves that inflict damage and/or status affects through his alchemy and automatons. He’s probably more clever than he is strong, with his physical attacks being ranged and using his good aim to make critical hits.
