His eyes shift back towards the wall of the cave where Bakugou, Sero and Ashido had set up their beds, all fast asleep. The number of times they've had to stop everything to make sure Denki was okay after he cast too much – what if they never had to do it again?
“If we can get his okay, then sure, why not?” he says, shifting his focus back to Kirishima. “I doubt we could make it worse.”

He doesn't say it aloud. If anything, it's given him a head-start: a connection, an already-planned meet-up later this week, a reason for All Might's successor to trust him.
If he beats the game in the process of getting him to Sensei, he'll count that as a benefit.
