The fact that Fred talks enough about Tubbo that not only do the other workers tease them about it, but other workers actively expect Tubbo to be as kind and good as they make him out to be like oh my god. He does it sososo much that it's the same way the islanders knew about Tubbo's crush on Fred. But it took them too long to figure out that they genuinely liked each other and now it might be too late

I need to chew on Vince angrily asking Rody why he didn't just quit in Best Served Hot/Cold when in Table for One he says the job will still be open to Rody if he wants it. He seems to have an odd amount of care (read: obsessive attachment, probably) for Rody from being way more lenient on him than he is with his cooks, to scribbling out the negative notes about Rody, etc etc.

And of course, (an attempt at) feeding Manon to Rody because he never told Vince his favourite food. And because he believed that cooking with love would improve his food. The end result is that it seems like Vince didn't want to actually hurt Rody in any permanent way. The murder only seems to be after it's too late and Rody knows what Vince has done. (And judging by the broken glass on the floor of his study, when Vince is drunk.)

All of it makes me wonder what would happen if Rody returned to the restaurant after Table for One because Manon wouldn't pick up. If it was just them.

If I get my Sunny characterisation right, there's a few hcs I can give about black!Sunny and her hair

-Her hair is primarily done by Tubbo. For a lot of black people, especially young kids, your hair is done by one of your parents or a close family friend or another family member. Maybe over time she allows other people to do her hair as a sign of extreme trust

-Sunny is tenderheaded, meaning that brushing/combing can be super painful due to tangles. Therefore, Tubbo is very gentle with it, using a lot of hair products and combing through knots gently

-If she isn't having her hair in an afro (something that takes a lot of consistent maintenence to avoid tangling too bad), then she would probably refer "softer" and "easier" hairstyles like twists or bubble braids

-For the more glamorous aspect of her personality, she may show Tubbo pictures of hairstyles celebrities and the like have in order to emulate them

Ok, so. Gathered my thoughts a bit, but things are still a bit word salady, and I wanted to talk about how this stream shows how much trust and emotional attachtment Tubbo has in Fred.

Like, it's obvious that Tubbo is emotionally attached to Fred, has been for a while now, but the dejection when Fred didn't show up to the date? It's getting more and more and more noticable that Tubbo has a habit of softening his voice when Fred is involved, as first seen with him warning Fred to stay away from Pierre. And now we have a second example with how melancholy he sounded, as he wandered around, holding the flower he was going to give Fred.

(Side note, I find it so symptomatic of their influence on each other that Fred was holding the flower Tubbo gave him for comfort. They've changed each other so much.)

And something both me and Alto @alt0stratuscloud noticed on vc, is that Tubbo was never angry at Fred. He was sad, and confused, but never expressed actual anger at Fred for supposedly standing up. Which lines up with his earlier claims that if Fred was evil, he would be as well. He just can't bring himself to have a negative view of them.

And then Quackity tries to make Tubbo lose trust in Fred, and it just simply doesn't work. Not only can Tubbo not have a negative view of Fred, he knows her too well to believe Quackity. He knows Fred's handwriting and writing style, knows that Fred wouldn't do that to him and that he can't trust almost anyone that isn't Fred.

So it's a good set up for Tubbo trying to find Fred (which he really did, just being a bit too late). He promised to protect them, and they still have a date to go on.
