I think the funeral scene in Electric Sheep is a pretty good indicator of who is willing to forgive Isaac. Like most of the engineering staff (Lamarr, Ensign Turco, Yaphit etc..), Talla, Kelly and Claire.
*Indicator of who is willing to forgive Isaac so far
What's going to be interesting about this whole narrative is whether the mindset towards Isaac is going to evolve on board as he continues his day to day existence, and as *he* continues to evolve day to day. No one owes Isaac any sort of forgiveness after the whole Kaylon rigmarole - everyone is valid in their grief and fear - but Claire made a very valid point that it is " a lot harder to hate from up close" - attitudes are, inevitably, most likely going to soften towards him, even if they don't actually like him. Because Kelly and Ed are also right; at the end of the day, Isaac *did* save them. He made the choice to turn against the rest of the Kaylon and help the Orville crew. He deactivated himself and the others willingly so they could escape. He destroyed the Kaylon Primary (for as much as that's worth - they'll just build another one - but it's the intent that matters). Too little too late? Maybe. But storylines like these are meant to examine the complexity of association; Isaac isn't *owed* forgiveness, but there is always the possibility that he can earn trust again if he continues to carve himself out as being "better" than the rest of the Kaylon.
For example, I don't think Bortus had any willingness to forgive - or even tolerate - Isaac at first. That was established way back in "Primal Urges"; however, given what's now happened with Topa, it's reasonable to assume that Bortus may begin to see that, when it really comes down to it, Isaac and he are not really that different as people (though perhaps that is a suggestion in itself - seeing yourself reflected in someone else like that can be really uncomfortable). At a very basic level, they both belong to cultures that are otherwise intolerant and look down on those who are "different" and outside of their standard, and that are very heavily industrialized to the point that every inch of the planet is covered; they both did (or almost did) things that were meant to uphold that standard of existence because that's - at the time - really all they knew (and by the time they realized it, it was already too late). They both changed themselves in the face of harm towards an innocent child, struggle with emotions (in Isaac's case *literally*) and have constantly had their worldviews challenged throughout the series. So even if he wasn't willing before, I can imagine that when shit hits, Bortus would be on Isaac's side if Isaac is on theirs.
Marcus was not at the funeral, but judging by how 3x01 ended, there is a possibility that he will also be willing to come back around to Isaac should they properly work through everything.
etc. etc. It will be interesting to watch, that's for sure. We'll have to see if they'll even have enough narrative time for any actual softening arcs beyond the Finns or not.

It's interesting to see fans wind up in the exact two camps as the crew in the show: 'Isaac turned on his people to help, there's something to be said about that" vs "he's associated with murderers, that's all that matters, he needs to GO".
The comments I've seen have been pretty damn polarizing on the subject, and I think that speaks to the quality of the writing that they didn't tell fans "here's what we wanted you to come away with", but instead as usual left us to make up our own minds. Easy to get an idea of what the atmosphere must be like on the ship.
