Day 2: Princess Bubblegum 🍭 and Marceline 🧛‍♀️ - Adventure Time HAPPY PRIDE MONTH! 🏳️‍🌈 With pride month coming to a close, I decided to sew Marceline and Bubblegum to honor it. Bubblegum and Marceline are my favorite characters in the entire Adventure Time series; Bubblegum with her genius and kindness, Marceline with her talent for music and awesomeness. When they got together in the season finale, I was beyond overjoyed. To see representation of an LGBTQ+ couple in a cartoon is something that needs to be done more, and not just the thing called 'queerbaiting'. Bubblegum was quite hard to make, especially with her crown because felt is flimsy, and it wouldn't stand up on its own. I ended up inserting a bbq stick before stuffing her to make the crown stand on its own😅.
