UNDERRATED MOVIE MOMENT

The way he has his arms to his chest SCREAMS uncertainty and discomfort. This plan is filled with missing data while the room is filled with slimy Kraang residue and their biggest brother is missing and he likes nothing about this. The posture of stern taking-everything-in before it softens to an almost questioning look is such a realistic transition.

I love that Leon notices him not moving and nods for him to join, so he takes a deep breath to collect his anxious self and moves in. He just trusts that Leon knows what he’s doing every single step of the movie, and even when visibly hesitant, he obeys.

Despite the rocky terrain all of these boys are dealing with in terms of their relationship (as the drama and Leon’s attitude clearly effects them as well), he still holds an unbridled faith in his bro.

If Leo says it needs to happen, then it must need to happen. Whether that be heading into the Kraang’s current lair or surrendering his mind and body to control the Technodrome.

Leo says jump, so he jumps.

And into the belly of the beast they go…

I need y’all to understand the vision.

2012!Leo would adopt Rise!Leo as his little brother in an instant.

However, 2012!Leo has problems with authority. More specifically, he hates when someone other than him tries to boss him or his brothers around (He’s like an overprotective momma bear).

And there is no way 2003!Leo wouldn’t try to big brother the alternative versions of himself and his brothers, which would lead to 2012!Leo acting out and with 2003!Leo (being the lovable idiot he is), that would only cause him to big brother 2012!Leo harder.
