WWE 2K Games has announced that 16x world champion John Cena will serve as the cover athlete for WWE 2K23! This will be his second solo cover as he as the cover athlete for WWE 2K15. The release date will be March 17 and March 14 for Deluxe and Icon edition.
Characters confirmed for the game so far are Roman Reigns, Brock Lesnar, Ronda Rousey, and “Stone Cold” Steve Austin.
A big announcement for the game has been the addition of the beloved WarGames match. It’ll give the option of 3-on-3 and 4-on-4.
It’ll also feature a brand new game mode in Showcase Mode, where John Cena is the subject and players can play through his career from his prototype character (2002) until now. And players will be in the role to be Cena’s toughest opponents through his career.

a/n: there isn't enough la knight stuff on here and that makes me sad :(( wrestling last name is kingley bc i love it
It was quite chaotic backstage, making it almost impossible for Y/N to locate her husband. But she found him after a few minutes of searching. He stood with John Cena who was also his tag partner for Fastlane. Y/N didn't have a match, seeing as she was literally returning from an ankle injury that happened at SummerSlam when she lost her championship to Iyo Sky. Y/N Kingley was a crowd favorite, as was her husband LA Knight, but not many people knew they were married, or even together. They lived a very private life so it made sense.
Tonight, she was set to return to help her husband even the odds against the Judgement Day which sparked a future fued between herself and Rhea Ripley. Though LA Knight didn't know of this. "Darling, do you know where Izzy is? I can't find her." Y/N asks, grabbing his attention. Izzy was her best friend, the woman also known as Azalea Evans, the younger sister of Chris Evans and one of the best women's wrestlers. She was also engaged to Rhea Ripley. He furrowed his brows, shaking his head, "Nah, but she should be somewhere around here. Probably with Rhea."
"I think I seen her talking to Cody in catering earlier," John adds. Y/N smiled gratefully, "Thank you. I will see you two later, alright? Good luck with the match darling." She pressed a quick peck on his cheek before quickly making her way towards catering, finding Azalea indeed with Cody. Y/N took a seat at their table, "one thing I do not miss about being back is getting lost backstage all the time." Azalea chuckles at her complaint, "honestly, I'm pretty much used to it."
"You would think because I've been wrestling for 20 years that I would be used to this, but I am definitely not." Y/N mumbled, picking up a brownie from Izzy's plate. Izzy chuckled before glancing at the television where LA Knight's match with Jimmy Uso was coming up. Cody cleared his throat, "so, how do we feel about Jade signing with WWE?" Izzy and Y/N were former AEW wrestlers so they knew Jade quite well. Though they had actually never faced Jade yet. They knew how she felt with all the top tier treatment because that's how they were treated when signing with AEW having been originally WWE stars.
"I'm really excited about it actually. I'm super happy for her. I can't wait to face her." Y/N said, she was always happy for any of the wrestlers who got signed to other companies. Izzy nods in agreement, "Me too. She actually called me after she signed so I'm really excited for her. We're supposed to train together soon." Cody nods with a smile, "I feel the same way. I'm excited to see what she can do here."
"His match is starting so we should head to the gorilla." Izzy stood up, the three of them left towards the gorilla where the Judgement Day and Jey Uso were at. Izzy was quick to greet Rhea whilst Y/N was watching the monitors. LA Knight obviously wins, but then Judgement Day comes out, standing on the ring apron, leaving Knight and Cena outnumbered. Jey Uso was the first to come out, sliding in the ring though they were still very outnumbered. Cody's music hit, he was quick to come out.
Rhea jumps on the apron next to her boys, signaling that they weren't gonna back down. That's when Y/N's music hit. The crowd went crazy, obviously not expecting her to show up at all, let alone for a situation such as this. "It's Y/N Kingley! She's back! What a surprise!" Michael Cole' expressed. Y/N strutted out, Rhea's face dropped at the sight of her. Meanwhile, her husband was in disbelief, a small grin tugged at the corner of his lips. "Rhea is in disbelief! Y/N has expressed her frustration with the Judgement Days attempts to recruit her best friend Azalea Evans!" Corey Graves explains.
"That and the fact that the Judgement Day is targeting her husband LA Knight," Cole points out. "Her husband?! She's married?!" Cody Rhodes and John Cena sat on the middle rope for Y/N to step through, the Judgement Day seemingly conflicted now. She walks past her shocked husband to come face to face with Rhea, a grin on her lips. "Still wanna fight?"
The boys behind her grin as Rhea makes the guys stand down, claiming it wasn't worth it. Paul Heyman takes Solo's hand, signaling him to fall back. Unfortunately for them, Y/N wasn't a patient person. She threw the first hand, knocking Rhea off the apron, the boys are quick to join in the brawl. She grinned, leaning against the rope as Cody and Jey Uso both do separate dives out the ring, knocking down the Judgement Day and Jimmy.
Rhea drags Y/N out of the ring, going back in forth with her as Solo stepped in the ring with John. Y/N was quick to fight off Rhea, throwing her into Dom as LA Knight took care of Solo. LA hits JD with a BFT, then Jey hits him with a super kick before Cena performs a five knuckle shuffle. Y/N slides in the ring as Cena continues to perform an AA on JD. Cody whips off his belt throwing it into the crowd before hitting JD with a crossrhodes.
The boys turn to her, basically offering up JD if she wanted a go at him. She laughs, shaking her head but they insisted. "Come on! It can't hurt! Well not for you at least." Cody says. Y/N chuckled, giving in the crowd cheers. LA Knight offers his hand, she takes it, using it to jump off the rope and perform a clean moonsault onto JD. "And a perfectly done moonsault from Kingley!"
"Yeahh!" LA Knight cheered, taking her hand and pulling his wife up. "That was fun!" She cheered wistfully, high fiving Jey, Cody, and Cena as LA Knight kept a hand on her waist. The crowd cheered as Cody raised Y/N's hand proudly, "Our wonderful savior!"
LA pulled her closer so she could hear better, "You didn't tell me you were coming out." Y/N chuckled, "cause it was a surprise darling. Did it surprise you love?" He laughs lightly, nodding like it was obvious, and it was. "Surprised me so much I could kiss you right about now." He jokes, also being partially serious because he really wished he could kiss her.
She shrugged lightly, "you can kiss me, I don't mi-" she was cut off by his lips pressed against hers and very loud cheering from the fans. He didn't waste a second kissing her, not caring about the thousands of fans watching. She chuckles softly pulling away, quick to remind him that they were still in public. "Come on, let's close up." Y/N climbs the top rope, doing her normal taunt as LA Knight, Jey Uso, Cody, and Cena all followed behind her.
Shaun was quick to drag her into the locker room the second the show was over. Not even giving her a chance to talk as he showered her with kisses. "Shouldn't we go to the hotel first?" She chuckles, pulling away. "What? Scared of a little locker room sex, doll?" He teased, rubbing her sides as he held back to urge to tear her clothes off.
Y/N sucked in a breath, "fuck, you know what that name does to me." He smirked, pressing a kiss to her neck as she pushed him towards the showers. "I should save your ass more often if this is the reward I get in return."
"Yeah."

I hate the "Finish the story" gimmick/angle. The idea that the worst thing Vince McMahon ever did in wrestling (who is currently being exposed as this evil man guilty of sex crimes and blackmail and covering a legit murder) was not push Dusty Rhodes longer as WWF champion (when he still made him champion) and that it will all be forgiven and WWE will be this clean magical place if Dusty's son gets to be champ too. Fuck off. Dusty wasn't robbed. When he came back in the late 80s, he was nowhere near the level of Hulk, Savage or Warrior. He was perfect as a midcarder like Cody was and will be again eventually.
Cody does his best to be like the NWA version of his dad with nice suits and talkative promos and very sweaty, self-punishing matches. Cool. But he's not the character or worker or interesting person that Dusty or even Goldust were. Cody milks his family to get ahead. WWE's cracker ass fanbase think The Rock is somehow worse when Rock exceeded his father in every way. And Rock proved himself EARLY in his 20s, being the youngest champ at that point. And he didn't leave to start a company that was better without him. Rock went to Hollywood and conquered it, making pro wrestling mainstream and respected.
What is Cody's appeal? Besides being the white trash version of The Rock like 90% of WWE stars since The Rock: LA Knight, The Miz, John Cena, Batista, early Randy Orton before he became a Stone Cold ripoff. Cody is definitely the weakest of these guys.
You know why The Bloodline and Sami Zayn angle was great? It wasn't a shit rehash of the Attitude Era. Cody Rhodes, Kofimania, Daniel Bryan, CM Punk and every stupid "People's Champ" angle has been a lazy rehash of Mick Foley's road to beat The Rock and become "the most unlikely champion ever". Shit, that's what the Sami angle ALMOST was and should've been until Cody ruined it.
WWE fans want the same shit over and over forever. They make the show boring and unwatchable to people who watched 25 years ago at wrestling's peak.
That is why I don't give a shit about Cody Rhodes. Why I would rather watch The Rock vs Roman Reigns. Because Rock vs Roman is a story thats never been told. With 30 years in the making. Cody? No one cared about him 3 years ago.

Fine, not all these trailers were from the Super Bowl, but they came out this past month, so might as well take care of all of them:
Immaculate: Nun gets supernaturally pregnant with a demon. Yikes.
Road House (remake): Sorry Jake Gyllenhaal, you're not Patrick Swayze.
Ricky Stanicky: Zac Efron and his buddies hire John Cena to pose as the imaginary friend they made up to get away from their wives and families for the past 20 years. Oh, this better end with one of the friends getting divorced when the jig is up, but knowing it's a Farrelly Brothers movie, I doubt it.
Monkey Man: Dev Patel gets to be a vigilante, and it looks AWESOME.
Despicable Me 4: Gru has a baby now. And we get Will Ferrell as the bad guy.
Tarot: Yup, tarot cards get a horror movie now. Makes sense.
The Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare: True (albeit very fictionalized) story about British spies fighting Nazis. Hey, one of them is Henry Cavill, I'm game.
A Quiet Place Day One: Prequel where everyone learns that sound=death by aliens. Somehow, it doesn't feel the same. We already KNOW what happened...
Twisters: A sequel? Really? I heard about it, but I still can't really believe it, because it seems so unnecessary.
Wicked: I don't care if it's all green screen and split in half, I'm still excited for this. And Cynthia's "Defying Gravity" riff sounds fine, you're all just mean.
Deadpool and Wolverine: Darn, I was really hoping for "Deadpool and Friends" for the Garfield reference and to rip on Pratt's Garfield. But oh well, it looks like the MCU is going to get skewered nonetheless. Happy day!

Times I realized I was not in-depth enough with my checking of wrestlers and forgot at least one which I only found out because I heard an old wrestler was being accused of murder and the name didn't sound familiar so I checked and it turns out he isn't included but have to remind myself that if no one mentioned him being missing from round 1, he probably isn't the most beloved anyway: once, thank god

Fun facts/notes:
-In two promos leading up to DGUSA, Mox focuses on Bryan’s use of the Lebell Lock, how he’s been “throwing it out left and right”, and saying he “called it” when Danielson uses it as his finisher to win the US Championship. It ends up being the finisher Bryan defeats Mox with at their DGUSA match.
-They would not face each other again until 2011, this time as Dean Ambrose and Daniel Bryan in WWE.
-Under these names they’d go on to have 87 matches with one another between the years of 2011-2015. 80 matches were fought against one another —the majority as part of a tag team, trios or more. 7 of the matches were singles. Link
-They also had one WWE match as a tag team in 2018, as part of a Tribute to the Troops special. Link
-“Daniel Bryan” was the very first person “Dean Ambrose” fought in WWE after being signed to his developmental deal in 2011. -As of March 2012, Dean Ambrose had yet to make his first TV appearance in WWE but Daniel Bryan was singing his praises. (quote and audio post on tumblr)

-Jon Moxley was not incorrect in his February 16, 2022 Dynamite promo when he said he’d never beaten “Bryan Danielson,” despite having wins over “Daniel Bryan” while part of The Shield and beating him once as “Dean Ambrose” in a solo match in 2013 by DQ.
-Mox uses many callbacks from these early promos in his aforementioned Dynamite promo (which I’ve done an edit of here)
-In 2018, Bryan detailed the events of their first meeting, which is near verbatim to Mox’s promo. He says they had “instant chemistry”. Link He also mentioned this in a different interview during 2018. Quote (along with video)
-In his first DGUSA promo Mox says he wants “something more” with Bryan. During the match, after making Danielson bleed, the commentator calls back to that promo and suggests the something more Moxley wanted is blood. In the Dynamite promo Mox says “It just made me want it more” and he ends the promo with “I don’t stand beside no one until I bleed with them first.”
-In their August 2010 match Mox kisses Bryan’s arm. In their September 2010 match, he kisses his mouth. Link
-At DGUSA, the ring apparently disappeared and they had to scrabble to get another one. Mox and Bryan both started getting excited about doing the match without one and even pitched the idea together of how they could do the show instead. Link
-It appears people thought Moxley was referring to their August 2010 match in his February 2022 Dynamite promo (thinking it was their first meeting) and not their 2007 one. I’ve updated the Blackpool Combat Club Wikipedia page to reflect this.

Criando ´´Circunstâncias Imaginarias´´ para um Personagem.
Enquanto me preparava para mais uma semana de aulas, me lembrei desse exercício incrivel e resolvi compartilhar com vcs!
O exercicio se chama ´´ Criando Circuntâncias Imaginarias para um Personagem´´. Ele se refere a ajudar com que os alunos/atores libertem a imaginação e aprendam a criar seus personagens.
Idade: + 10
Habilidades : Criar Personagens, imaginação, Construção de personagem.
Participantes: Esse exercicio pode ser feito sozinho ou em grupo.
Tempo: 20 minutos
Materiais: Papel e Lapis ( para cada estudante)
Exercicio: Peça para que cada ator pense em um personagem de um livro ou peça e uma cena em que o personagem aparece.
Digamos que eu escolha o personagem ´´ Harry ´´ da saga Harry Potter , e a cena quando ele encontra o Basilisco e Tom Riddle na camara secreta.
Agora peça aos atores/alunos que respondam essas perguntas abaixo:
Qual o nome do seu personagem
Quais são seus hobbies
O que ele não gosta
Quais são suas coisas favoritas
Ele tem algum inimigo
Quantos anos ele tem
Ondem eles vivem
Quem são seus amigos
Como ele se meteu nessa cituação ( onde ele esta agora )
O que tem ao entorno dele nesse momento
Ele sente algo fisicamente nesse momento, dor , frio, fome etc.
Minhas respostas seriam:
Harry James Potter
Ler quadrinhos e livros, fazer feitiços voar de vassoura, ficar com a minha coruja e sair com meus amigos
Injustiça
Meu oculos, minhas vester de Hogoworts, minha vassoura.
Voldmort e Draco Malfoy.
12 anos.
Londres - Casa dos meus tios maternos.
Ron e Hermione.
A irmã mais nova do meu melhor amigo ( Rony ) foi levada para dentro da camara secreta , eu Rony e o professor Lockhard fomos até a camara secreta para resgata-la. Porém Lockhard tentou nos atacar gerando um contra feitiço que o fez perder a memoria e causar um leve desmoronamente deixando eu e Rony separados. Deixando Rony com Lockhard segui em frente sozinho, encontrando Gina desmaida e quase morrendo , encontrando Voldmort ( que usava sua forma de adolescente de 16 anos Tom Riddle) que para me matar invova o basilico.
Há uma antiga espada ( enviada por dumbledore ) há agua e algumas estatuas de cobra ( simbolo da casa de soncerina ) há enormes canos ( que podem ser usados como saida ) há um enorme corredor também.
Sinto um pouco de frio pelo local ser gelado e estar com a roupa um pouco molhada, medo pela criatura que irei enfrentar, raiva e medo por estar novamente frente a frente com o assassino dos meus pais.
Lembre-os que tudo bem mudar as resposta enquanto escrevem e que não exite errado ou certo.

IT WAS PLAYED IN A MIX CALLED 'YEAR 6 DISCO' (akin to 7th grade disco) ALONG WITH JOHN CENA, SUNFLOWER AND THE GOD-DARNED 'its corn :DD' SONG. YOU CANNOT MAKE THIS SHIT UP. i hope ur husband apologised to you for not being john cena, but also you sound very young tbh. how old were u when u got married?
He did not 🙄 and I am young. People told me they thought i was old but i am in my early 20'sand got married in my early 20's too. This year.
