Hi, I've kind of been in and out of tumblr/the fandom for a few years, so I'm a little confused why people don't like James Cordon anymore. I remember during the 1Ddays people loved him, so what happened?

I think the general consensus is that he left Louis hanging out to dry in those intervening years when the other boys were going solo and appearing on his show. I mean he DID have Louis on for JHO, but after that… radio silence from him AND Louis’ label. Of course I doubt this was personally his fault. Louis was blacklisted by everyone during this time. It was a dark chapter. We all argued about whether he’d even be ABLE to release a debut album. I think also James just became annoying and ridiculous and the personal promises he made as Louis’ first friend seemed to be unfulfilled in our fandom minds and so we kinda… left James out to dry.

I’ve been a fan of Harry during his 1Ddays and following this blog for several years. I’m a little disappointed in your behavior. I understand that your a little jaded and before you claim I’m the same anon. I’m not I never send you ask. But the asks are not rude or un reasonable but your behavior is very rude towards people who do follow your blog because they have sensed you make you them part a community and relate to you. A different a opinion doesn’t give anyone a right to be mean.

So, you leave home one day.

You leave home to try out for this competition. It’s a singing competition and you think, well no one REALLY makes it on these things. There’s no way you’re going to be the one to get to the end, but you have to at least give it your best shot.

You leave home and you go to this singing competition and you meet someone there, right at the beginning. You meet him and you hit it off and you think, oh, he’s going to make it. He’s going to be famous.

But then suddenly you’re both on to the next round, and you’re TOGETHER. You’re in a group with a bunch of strangers but they seem alright, and the one seems to slot into the space around you seamlessly.

And suddenly you’re onto the next round, and the next and the next and suddenly you’re out of the competition and you lost, but you didn’t really because you’re touring and you’re putting out a single and they’re talking about albums, and—
