Hokitika 17.12.22

Am morgen geht es Megan etwas besser. Zumindest kann man sich mehr oder weniger mit ihr unterhalten. 😳😂

Sie entscheidet um 12 Uhr aufzubrechen und ich bin ganz froh darüber. Ich mag sie, aber die letzten Tage waren einfach ziemlich anstrengend. Wir laufen ein wenig am Strand entlang, suchen Greenstone und unterhalten uns. Wir sehen sogar eine einzelne Robbe 😍

Es wird später und später, so wird es 14:30 bis Megan tatsächlich geht. Sie setzt mich in der Stadt ab und ich gehe ein wenig bummeln, blamiere mich bei einem der Jade Shops als ich den Typen Frage ob ich Jade gefunden habe. 🤣.(natürlich nicht) und gehe am Strand entlang wieder zurück. Am Strand mache ich ein paar Videos von mir und bin ganz überrascht, als eine ziemlich große Welle mein Handy mitnehmen will. So Handy ist gerettet. Der Cardigan, die Schuhe und mein Rucksack mussten jedoch dran glauben. Ich binde die Schuhe an meinen Rucksack und Stelle 10 Meter weiter fest, einen Schuh verloren zu haben. Als ich ihn wieder habe stelle ich fest, dass auch der andere fehlt.🤦🏽‍♀️ Ich glaube schon, den Schuh an die See verloren zu haben, (wo sich Arielle auf dem Meeresboden fragt was das wohl sein kann). Doch dann kann ich ihn gerade noch von einer der riesen Wellen retten. Alles voller Sand, mein Cardigan wiegt sicher 10 kg nur durch den Sand und ich fange einfach an zu lachen.😂😂😂 Also heißt es heute wohl doch noch Wäsche waschen und Schuhe entsanden.

Ich merke richtig wie ich wieder auftanke. Die Zeit mit mir ist gerade wie Balsam für die Seele. Ich entspanne richtig beim Tagebuch schreiben, essen, Podcast hören und Netflix schauen. Den wundervollen Sonnenuntergang schaue ich mir mit ca. 6 Pärchen an und es ist mir egal. Ich genieße es so sehr und bleibe bis es dunkel wird. Ich finde die Farben nachdem die Sonne untergegangen ist eigentlich viel schöner als den Sonnenuntergang an sich. Das habe ich noch nie verstanden wieso so viele Menschen direkt nach dem Sonnenuntergang wieder gehen. Ich warte noch bis die Sonne komplett untergegangen ist und der Himmel pechschwarz ist, bevor ich mich auf den Weg zur glowormdell aufmache.

Ein bisschen fühle ich mich wie im Zeltlager. Es ist stockdunkel, viele Menschen ohne Taschenlampe und falls ein Neuankömmling die Taschenlampe nutzt, wird er angemotzt.😂

Es ist wirklich atemberaubend, man könnte echt meinen man schaut die Sterne an. 😍 Zufrieden und dankbar gehe ich ins Hotel zurück.

Metal Party in Dortmund-Hörde, 17.12.2022

Viele fragten mich, wie es denn nun auf dieser Metal Party war. Zurecht! Was Veranstalter Zimbo da seit 20 Jahren aufzieht, ist ein großer Gewinn für die Dortmunder Metal-Szene. Unschlagbarer Eintrittspreis, jede Menge Bier, gute Bands und tolle Stimmung. Sogar ein Essenswagen in der eisigen Kälte. Freue mich schon auf das nächstemal.

My meditations have turned sweet! I take the opportunity of this blog post to declare that my meditations have gone sweet! I am assured of the irreversible nature of this change. Bhagwan Krishna assures it in the Gita in chapter 2, verse 40:

In this path (of yoga action) there is no loss of the unfinished effort for realization, nor is there creation of contrary effects. Here is a brief timeline of my meditations that have led up to ineffable sweetness in my meditations.

Meditation induced calmness freed up energies caught in my body-mind knots of frozen energy. I was blessed with it in 2020, March.

Energies freed thus, found default residence in my spine in the months of meditation after the first sign of the beginnings of an awakening.

Spinal energies respond to every meditation in the head by rising. That would be many months of meditation after experiencing the first spinal vibration in 2020, March.

Spinal energies carve a way up to the head with every post-Kundalini meditation.

The way up isn’t conducted in one attempt. It takes more than one rising from the tail to head for them energies to enter the head. Energies seem to carve the spine wide enough to hold suitable amounts of energy. The spine takes months of meditation to hold gathering energies better than a novice Kundalini meditator.

Once in the head, one becomes aware of the nature of the blessed energy. It’s Peace. I feel honestly confident about referring to Kundalini life energy as Peace energy.

Once the level of Peace energy reaches the level of eyes, one is made aware of yet another quality of the blessed energies than keep us running. Again, it has taken me months to arrive at the recent week old set of sweet meditations.

It’s sweet. Peace is unspeakably sweet.

In conclusion to this blog post, I can summarise as follows: Life energy is peaceful. Peace is sweet.

Did Friendmas tonight and had so much food and beer. I haven't been weighing myself as scales need fixing but almost scared to now as it's been so long. But it's best I do so I can keep an eye on things and have a reality check too. Otherwise I try to convince myself I'm not slipping back into binge behaviours by analysing my body which is of course not at all objective. This time of year does suck quite a bit for food stuff. I am glad to be back in my warm home tonight, friends house was so cold. I'm glad to be able to snuggle up in bed without wearing a bra or tights.
