I like the Kagerou Project because while noone officially gets together by the end of the series, there are many ships hinted at (or kinda confirmed in non canon side manga) that antis might consider problematic.

1. Azami(>10000 years old) and Tsukihiko(19), this relationship is 100% cannon and happens hundreds of years before the series starts, the age listed is when they get together, Azami is a Medusa and is the first of her kind she is a very old being who has been around before humans, she meets him when he was 16 when he approached the hidden grove she was staying, she orders him to build her a house thinking that will make him leave, he spends the next 3 years building her a house and at the end she ends up getting feelings for him and asks him to live with her, where they end up making a family together.

2. Seto(16-17) and Mary(~140), Mary is a Medusa and is the last of her kind, she is the equivalent of about 14 years old, she originally met Seto when he was about 8-12(it's not 100% clear). (Sorted from most to least canon but still hinted at)

3. Kido and Kano(both are about 16-17), they ended up in the same orphanage as Seto after tragedy befell their families when they were about 6-7 (Kido's family died in a fire, and Kano's mom was killed during a break in), after some time in the orphanage all three of them get adopted by Ayaka and Kenjiro Tateyama who already have a daughter named Ayano Tateyama, Kido and Kano consider Ayano and Seto as siblings and the Ayaka and Kenjiro as parents, however they don't see each other as siblings and are confirmed to have a crush on each other. (They also get married in a non canon manga that takes place about 10 years into the future)

4. Hibiya (11) and Momo (16), during summer break Hibiya goes to the city with his friend, while there he meets Momo and they end up becoming friends, after summer ends he ends up going back to his hometown(there's not much in the main series outside of Momo saying "he's not as lame as I thought", or Hibiya blushing at one point when she grabs his hand, but in one of the non canon manga he goes back to the city when he turns 18 and she is 22, they meet up and she is surprised by how good he looks)
