This green cloak very briefly appears on Gracia Mendes Nasi in the twenty-eighth episode of the fourth season of Magnificent Century.
It was very likely altered and worn again by Hümaşah Sultan in the eighteenth episode of the first season of Magnificent Century: Kösem since the fabric is the same color and has the same general cut. Furthermore, the kaftan worn underneath is another altered piece previously used on Magnificent Century.

Please someone tell me that they reused this kaftan later on and I just haven’t found it yet. It is too pretty to have been a one time thing.

“Bübül, does the Sultana know me from somewhere? How does she know my name?” “Do not. She’s Hümaşah Sultan, the birds send her news even from the Suleyman mosque.”

Given the narrative of MCK, how ruthless Nurbanu became by the end of MC, Safiye's development between her debut and the first episode of MCK 1, and how Humasah Sultan said that Nurbanu made things difficult for Safiye. How do you imagine the nature of their feud and how would Nurbanu pass the thematical ring on to Safiye?
I imagine something similar to the mother/daughter-in-law feuds that we've already seen in the show to be honest. Nurbanu and Safiye probably schemed against each other. Nurbanu probably tried to kill her and she probably encouraged Murad to pursue other women. I don't know the historical accuracy of this but according to Lindsay Holliday's podcast and Lesiie Peirce, the historical Nurbanu may have done the latter. And she may have succeeded. well. Since Murad stopped seeing Safiye and started seeing other concubines, having a lot of children with other women. This is definitely interesting in light of how Safiye views love as unreliable and a potential weakness to overcome. Not to mention the fact that Murad was influenced significantly by Nurbanu. Which wouldn't be great for Safiye if they did have a feud. While Nurbanu was close to Murad, Mihrimah would have been a distant ally while she was still alive. Meanwhile, Hümaşah in the show is loyal to her mother but there is some tension at first between them. The historical Hümaşah may have been born around the year 1565. So she may have been 17 or 18 when Nurbanu died. Making her old enough to see and understand some of the conflict between Safiye and Nurbanu. At least from Safiye's perspective. So I can see her starting to become more of a player very late into that rivalry, and siding very strongly with Safiye.
I'm unsure how Nurbanu would pass the ring on to Safiye. She saw her as a threat to her family, but she did believe inthe legacy of the Sultanate of Women. She had seen herself as the successor of Hürrem when she arrived at the palace. So I think it depends on the situation as to whether or not she passes the ring on to Safiye in the same way that Safiye does later to Kösem or Safiye has to steal it from like Nurbanu did to Hürrem and Turhan does to Kösem.

These silver earrings with a pink stone was first worn by Mahidevran Sultan in the twenty-third episode of the second season of Magnificent Century. Two episodes later, they appeared again on Aybige Hatun. The earrings can then be seen on Gülfem Hatun in the thirty-sixth episode of the same season. They were also worn by Mihrimah Sultan in the fourth episode of the third season as well as by an older Mihrimah in promotional material of the same season.
The earrings become part of the plot in the thirty-seventh episode when they are used to identify Nigar Hatun as the kidnapper. However, Nigar does not wear them in the thirty-sixth episode when the viewer saw her commit the crime.
The earrings appear three times in the fourth season, first on Nurbanu Sultan in the eighth episode, then on Defne Sultan in the twenty-eighth episode and lastly on Hümaşah Sultan in the final episode.
