Wow!!!
Hello, hello, I was not expecting my little game to blow up so quickly!!! I've been having so much fun looking through all the wonderful artwork people are making, so I wanted to throw out this little comic in response!
I'm so glad everyone is having fun with this!!!
I'm not a very popular or well known artist, I just doodle my little things for fun, and I wanna shout out my best friend @pokemon-ash-aus for really getting me into drawing Mew! Or rather, my own little version of one!
Anyways I just wanted to thank everyone who joined my little reblog chain game, and I hope to see more in the future as we go! The Time
Heya heyaaa
Oof, thing feel really serious when I put a title javagcwwuvwdodj but! It's a proper moment to use a title here, I think. After all, I came to say goodbye.

I have been thinking and pondering about this for some months now, since June when That Stuff happened and I had to jump away from here and uhhh it feels corny to say that but a lot of things changed to me and I changed a lot together with everything too.
So, I think it's my time to let this blog go. Not because I feel bad about it now or anything but... I am no longer that attached to tickling to maintain it. It's still cute, playful and comforting, but it is now a part of a lot of other things that are just as cute, playful and comforting to me.
This blog had a good run and I'm incredibly grateful because of it. Six entire years, if I am not mistaken, and I won't delete it anytime soon so the numbers will keep going! For as long as it wants or it is allowed to. All my fics, my headcanons, my rambles and reblogs will stay here because I don't want nor have the heart to delete it. There are such amazing, wonderful and well created arts and stories in this community that deserve all the attention and all the screams.
And! Talking about that! The people! I would like to say the biggest and most heartful thank you that you could ever imagine. Full of big hugs and smiles. I've met awesome people here that I will forever hold dear in my heart. Thank you for the company and the fun and for being so lovely and inspiring to me, all of you. It doesn't matter if we talked for years or minutes, thank you very much. Also fun fact, the reference art I used to draw Tim had him with a chain hanging from his jeans, but I literally drew Angel with a chain on hers last week so I switched it up and gave him a little keychain instead. His keyfob is the same as my car. Would Tim drive a Miata? I don't fucking know. Gave him a Septic Sam too to match the t-shirt (of himself?) he wears, hee hee.
Y’all it took 10 chapters but we are here! The plot is plotting, the art is arting, I am so happy with what I have putting out on this silly blog for the last two months, it’s been fucking crazy. I’ve never done fan art or written anything this substantial ever, it is so creatively fulfilling and I just want to thank everyone who likes and reblogs these posts because y’all have no idea how fucking excited I get when I get feedback on it. I’ve never been more happy in my life, no fucking lie. Thank you so so much, but especially to @lizardlover67 , @entspiderty , @spl00n , @theosb0rnway , @allyheart707 and @caaaaaww for being so supportive in my art journey.
Gonna blab about the art now for a moment because I want to! I cannot believe it took me this long to post art about Donatello. He is the 10/10 the best turtle, and all I have to show my love is a handful of stupid doodles from over a week ago. It's probably a crime, honestly. I need to draw him more; him and Raph, their heads just give me so much trouble idk what it is, but I haven't figured them out yet. I have more trouble drawing Donnie than I did Tim and this is literally the second time I've drawn Tim (and the first was just a dumbass doodle I never posted lmao.) I have a bunch of alternate art that I had drafted up for this that will come out later this week, as well as a draft comic I never posted where April was breaking into the school with Donnie instead. And... I'm sure I've probably said enough now. It's late, and I gotta write chapter twelve or something, idk (this is a scheduled post).

maybe the drama in this fandom isn't anything special, but i think all the love and creativity really IS!! i'm so touched to see all the marcien votes in this poll— not because of what it means to win (or nearly win) a simple poll tournament on tumblr, but because each vote came from another person i reached out and touched with my silly art.
i started drawing marcien art after a really ugly breakup with my first and only boyfriend. i gave a lot of things to him, all my firsts, and he took it all from me and left me a hollow shell. in the aftermath, i was just coming into my long-repressed identity as a lesbian and hardly even knew who i was. and my first way to explore that was to make make my hok, suzy, a lesbian just like me, and refuse to ship her with either of her two best friends... since then i've had a lot of men i thought were my frends suddenly refuse to acknowledge my presence after finding out i was a lesbian, or worse, demand explanations and take my identity as a personal offense. suzy is a lesbian who doesn't have to suffer like i did. she will never have to bury her identity by forfeiting her heart and body like i did. this idea grew into something far more frivolous on the surface, but that seedling sprouted from a dark place, which is why it means so, so much to get all this love for it.
it may not look like it, but i pour a lot of heartache and worry and regret into my work. my goal has always been to rise above it all and bring smiles to people of all stripes with my cartoons, and even after being an active online artist for easily over half my life at this point, every nice comment, kind reply, and excited tag still makes me literally squee out loud with happiness. i can't articulate how amazing it is to know how many lives i've crossed paths with and brought at least a little joy to.
i'd like to to channel that gratitude to give another warm thanks to @incorrectskyrimquotes for running this poll and braving so much psychic damage in the process. thanks for bringing us together and inspiring us to write, draw, and cheer for our blorbos.
i'm going to be going off to college for my second bachelor's degree this autumn, and in the middle of all the nervousness and fear surrounding that decision, it's no exaggeration to say that ALL of you guys— the ones who reblog every post, the ones who leave wacky tags, and even the ones who just likespam and never reblog— are giving me the resilience and resolve to keep studying and working hard, and giving me something fun to come back to once i've set my textbooks down for the night.

Tysm to everyone who reblogs or likes my art it’s actually so important to me<3. Everytime im like “wow im a failure as an artist” i remember that one time that Ace Attorney fanart appreciation blog rb’d a goofy doodle i did of apollo and a cat and i almost cried if you like my art i beg of you please tell me dont be scared to reblog or like or anything it makes me feel like im doing something worthwhile to know that there are other people who like my silly little pictures. i guess i'll take this as an opportunity to address this in general! i don't mind if people ship something i don't like/a notp as long as they're not making me engage with it, i don't track people down at gunpoint like HEY SHIPPER SAW YOU TOUCHED MY ART! no! all i ask is people don't /tag/ my art as whatever if i don't want it tagged as such (and don't ramble on about ship ideas in there either lol please), but i'm making an effort to make that obvious in the body of the post itself :) lots of my friends/followers ship things i don't and we coexist just fine!
but as for your ship, i've made mention to it a few times i think that it doesn't really bother me that much! in fact, the more i draw them together, the more chill i am with people taking away whichever kind of interactions they want from my art of them! they're my blorbos too and i love drawing them together, and although sometimes i am explicit about not wanting them tagged as a ship (so like, if they're drawn as family, xy is a child and sl is not for instance, lol), and sometimes i wish not everything were seen as shippy, it's very unreasonable i think for me to expect people not to see it that way. does that make sense? that's why someone requested i tag it a certain way so they wouldn't have to see it anyway OTL

Do you have any tips for getting your TMNT au/iteration out there on tumblr? I’ve only really started using it recently as my main social media is instagram so I’m not really sure on how to go about posting stuff for my iteration here. Your art and your Little Prince AU are both super cool (as are you! 💖) so I was wondering if you had any advice? Even if not, thank you anyways!!! 💖💖💖🫶🫶🫶
hmm i would say my biggest piece of advice is just to post your art consistently. ive been trying to post a new piece of art once everyday which is a lot and not entirely realistic for everyone to do but i try to do that even if im just posting a single silly little doodle since it ensures that more people are seeing my art and are more likely to check out my blog and the rest of my art!
oh and like besides posting art everyday i will also reblog my own art multiple times per day so that people who arent awake/online when i first post something are more likely to see it if that makes sense
and also whenever i do post stuff for tlp au I always make sure to put a link to the comic somewhere in the post so if someone sees the art and doesnt know about the au they can easily find the start of the comic
oh and i would also say like when posting art in general like you shouldnt get discouraged if your art doesnt get a lot of notes right away. when i was first posting tlp au it got literally NO attention akdsjfh and it wasnt till like a month later when like all of a sudden it started getting a whole lot of reblogs and I was sitting there like what on earth is going on. one of the best parts of tumblr is like the lack of algorithm so eve if you post something and at first it doesnt perform well its not the end of the world since theres always the chance that itll get picked up a lot later on! so i just try not to worry about how many people are looking at my art when i first post it and thats helped a lot since im now used to like posting something and it not getting any attention and i dont get discouraged from posting more art if that makes sense
i hope some of this is useful? im not entirely sure if any of it is but this is what ive been doing! theres also like an amount of luck that goes into whether your art gets noticed at all and so thats also something to consider but ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ idk i hope this is somewhat helpful!

MY ENTIRE EXPLANATION FOR 11 JUST GOT DESTROYED IM GOING TO KILL TUMBLR. anyways since last ask had an 11 im choosing a different ocverse for this one

hi. um. roblox ocs :3 their lore takes forever to explain so im just gonna explain the characters instead of the plot.
basically theres 3 of them ok.
cody, a noob who loves playing fighting games and helping people get their footing in them. very silly, very kind, and has a bestie thats a guest named horns [horns is my friends oc :3]. cody ALSO has a bit of a slow moving "curse" that is the result of their arm being Fucking Cut Off. its a corruption in their code that is slowly spreading across their body, which will end up with their entire set of code and body being Basically unraveled from the inside out in a way thats Worse than death ! :D they spend most of their time trying to figure out a way to undo that while still being the same happy person. they see blade [other oc] as a brother figure once the two meet!
blade is a bounty hunter of sorts, who goes after exploiters to make the world safer for people, thanks to his own experiences as a kid with exploiters. he is VERY good at his job, having been training since he was a younger teen, and has been doing his job for anywhere from 15-20 years [havent decided.] his current target is inkcap, his childhood friend and previous crush. its a whole thing. also, hes the one who saved cody from being COMPLETELY killed during their exploiter encounter!
inkcap is . well. the exploiter mentioned previously. instead of their encounter with exploiters driving it to better itself and help others, its trauma [and also blade leaving it when they were both 15 to go on his first mission, and then just. never coming back] had led it to lean into its trauma, and learn the same exploits that hurt it, and more. it decides that if it couldnt be happy anymore, if it lost everything and everyone it loved, then no one else should be able to have these things - because no one tried helping it when it needed it. its the one who attacked cody, and the one blade is currently hunting down - but inkcap is sneaky, and good at its own "job," being the most infamous exploiter - and for good reason.
the whole story with these three is the different ways people deal with trauma, mostly the.. unhealthy ways, and their very, VERY slow path to healing and getting better. it has a happy ending! it just takes a long time to get there. they all have a Lot of stuff to work through.

they would either villainise inkcap to hell into an irredeemable villain, OR turn blade into a budget cop. i hate it so bad but thats just what would happen.
THAT or theyd completely IGNORE the message of the story being about healing from trauma and how some coping mechanisms are unhealthy and turn it into like. a classic "everyone just gets over it" thing and turn the whole trilogy into a shitty action film and ignore the characters trauma and their paths towards healing and it would be so bad and oh god oh god . puts my head in my hands.
theyd also probably turn inkcap into a girl and cody into a boy so like. not a story mishap but a general fuckup theyd do because of how inkcap is an it/they w a romance plot w blade [and also their character model has the "girl torso" from the blocky character pack on roblox] and cody is a they/them with a masc name.

Absolutely I can! I shared more of what it is in this post, but I didn't really explain what my thoughts behind bringing it up were. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to clarify
Essentially, my thought process was hey, ayyám-i-há involves gifts and giving and generosity, this fandom loves to have little events and support each other. I wonder if we could combine the two. And I'm proposing this non-religiously, not bringing any belief or holy ideology into it. I'm atheist myself and just like to celebrate as an homage to my background, even though I don't believe
My very loose idea was that during ayyám-i-há, which this year is from February 25th-March 1st, anyone who wanted to celebrate with me could make each other something fun, like a silly doodle or a fic snippet or a moodboard or small playlist or something. And for those who don't have the time or energy to make anything, you could send nice asks, leave nice comments, reblog some extra art works during that time to foster community and cheer.
Because that's what it's really about. The physical gifts aren't what matter, it's the joy and indulging in each others company! Which you can do just by supporting each other and being together.
It doesn't need to be anything big, but this fandom has been very open to sharing and supporting headcanons and creations that relate to everyone's cultures and backgrounds, and I thought this could be a simple way to share some of mine! Since we already do practically all of that, it could just be a little boost with ayyám-i-há in mind and an opportunity to learn about and participate in another culture
