world heroes’ mission thoughts

obvious spoilers ahead

i thought ppl were overexaggerating how gay deku and rody are, they were not overexaggerating

kinda confused as to what the point of the stealth suits were when they got barely 5 mins of screen time, my guess is merch

deku vs flect had amazing animation but it was kinda dumb ngl? deku’s whole thing is being smart and analytical and yet his tactic for fighting a guy who can reflect attacks was ‘i’ll just punch him even harder’

also flect was a pretty boring villain ngl, cool design tho

the scene where deku finds rody in the bomb control room and they hold hands and laugh/cry together as deku cradles rody’s head? i was fucking losing it

bakugou getting stabbed in the gut as an obvious reference to chapter 285 made me and like 3 other ppl audibly gasp

pretty disappointed that the foreign heroes barely got to do anything, big red dot didnt even speak

related: i thought the movie might have some foreshadowing for stars and stripes?? american heroes werent even mentioned lmao

love that kirishima probably got less than 10 mins of screen time and yet they still had to throw in the fact that hes gay for bakugou

the deku/rody airport scene invented romance actually

seriously though the animation was really good, im not surprised season 5 took a hit if the bnha team at bones were busy with all that

deku and all might’s lil handshake in the credits scenes was very cute

as was the drawing of deku, bakugou and todoroki on rody’s wall

kinda wish they’d explored deku’s feelings about humarise a bit more, you think he’d have some pretty strong feelings about a group of mostly quirkless terrorists

the movie never actually explained how deku (and rody ig) got cleared of the mass murder accusation, this is unreasonably funny to me

todoroki using jet kindling and what looked like a mini hell-spider was a cool detail

i was surprised when bakugou used howitzer impact against the twins, we havent seen it since the sports festival and i honestly assumed horikoshi forgot about it

we can add another mark to the ‘uraraka’s whole character being reduced down to her admiration for deku’ tally

deku promising he’d come back and visit rody is gonna spawn SO many fucking fanfics i can just tell it will

i get that they were intentionally vague about where otheon and klayd are geographically to avoid making it seem like any current nations had fallen/been replaced but based on the climate and the fact that they’re not landlocked my guess is somewhere around the mediterranean?

whm was better than futari no hero in my opinion but still not as good as heroes rising

we didnt get to see as much of the ‘three musketeers’ trio dynamic as i’d hoped, also that nickname was never mentioned once in the movie lmao??

the logistics of rody’s quirk baffle me, like was he BORN with pino?? did she just manifest when he turned 4?? like how tf does that work

deku’s bucket hat was very cute 10/10

blessed shoto smiles in the credits scenes

the music didnt strike me as much as the heroes rising ost but the insert song for deku and rody’s road trip was rlly good

deku voice: oh no, ive been falsely accused of committing mass murder and am now an incorrectly internationally wanted criminal, time to evade arrest and illegally cross a border!

i love him but deku was dumb as rocks in this movie

If I’m just getting into vocaloid what are your recommendations? Where should I start?? I’ve been sooo obsessed with Pinocchio-P and you seem like an expert!

Pino-P is the best by far, like longshot, like I have trouble recommending anyone other than him cuz the level of polish and quality of the lyrics and videos are unbeatable. only producer I carry the same reverence to is probably Wowaka, his stuff has an older vocaloid sound but his lyrical voice is so unique and interesting.

Hachi's old stuff are classics as well and he's still making decent tracks. Deco 27s stuff is decent, "two breaths walking" is a personal fav of mine tho I do find his work can sound kinda same-ish after a while. Tohma has some interesting works, "Babylon" and "skeleton orchestra" I've always liked, although his sound w Miku tends to be harsher, less polished. Producer Jin had a series of songs part of a project called kagepro which apparently got turned into a bad anime but the kagepro album was like the best use of the vocaloid IA, I particularly like "lost time memory" from that album.

Most of the English stuff is bad but my friend Gwen recently turned me on to this noise pop album by Twinkle Park called "Touched, or been touched by" which I thought was a really excellent use of an English vocal bank, it's a great album.

If ur really stuck on where to start, you can look up playlists of the songs included in the project diva games, they tend to be like a mix of popular tracks that can point u in the direction of what kinda producer sound you like. A lot of them are like the vocaloid "classics" so to speak and while I don't like all of them, they are a good sampling of what's popular and usually YouTube links to other stuff.

I feel like you'd draw Grimsley, Cynthia, or Elesa from Pokemon. Their designs seem to be right up your alley.

(Gonna answer all here since tumblr replies are a bit clunky,,)

All three are actually among my top faves! Grimsley especially with that style of his- especially his kimono look for which I just die for (which is apparently from Sun/Moon? Damn I missed so much not finishing it;;). Cynthia.. well she's just Cynthia- what's not to love? She gotta be one of the most pokèmon characters ever,, Elesa- absolutely loved her style in BW but I just fell in love with her B2W2 version- the contrast of that big, puffy jacket with her slimmer outfit is just.. *chef kiss* in my book. But- intimidated by such gender characters- I never attempted to draw 'em;; Been tempted to draw Grimsley for a while tho-

Omg how could I forget about them!! I think they were even my favourite elite 4 in HeartGold- heck shame on me for having to check who they were- (even though I think it was because names in italian are always different- poor guy named Pino.) With my love for masked characters I'm also surprised I never drew 'em.

As I said I only know Guzma as the "goofy bad guy who either isn't actually bad or had an hard past- oh also he loves his lil' Wimpod" that I usually see in fanarts- and if that's him, I love him :,> But since I never even met him in game I had no chance to draw him,,

Lysandre instead- other than him being an ass, I'd say he was unlucky to be in X/Y since it just didn't stuck with me :/ so I just- kinda forgot about him. He got so much style tho,,

Will I can see why some would think I drew 'em before- but.. why Chili? He even ironically was the only one of the twins I left out my tier list since I was just neutral about him dsdjsd. Never drew the fire waiter- that hair would be a nightmare to translate in my style too,,

Honestly? I think the only thing that stopped me from drawing him was the fact I just could not draw guys when I was obsessed with him;; (talking back when BW came out so- almost 10 years ago? Damn.). Absolutely adore him as a character and his story/theories still gives me the chills- should really consider doodling him sometime.

Oh I feel that honestly- I have gaps all over the place with both characters and pokemons, either because of memory or not having played that version ahah

But both of them, even though I haven't drawn either? Absolutely loved them,, both being stylish mysterious strangers that just decide to help/fight you on your journey- 10/10 in my book.

I'm extremely surprised that no one guessed the characters- I mean they were just 3.. with me not even saying from which games they were from so... understandable dfdjhf Two of them just seemed so obvious tho! Especially since I think I even talked about them a bit or even outright said I drew them but never posted it at some point-

But there were some really good guesses, my taste does actually shine through the characters I choose to draw as I thought then-!

I was wonder if you could do one with Lindsey where Reader is like a badass military person who has been away for a long time and like surprises her at team dinner or something. And Tobin is totally in on it and helps reader out. Bonus if reader is totally soft for Lindsey.

Secret Santa, White Elephant, Caroling, Caroling pt 2

“Linds?” Emily snaps her fingers in front of her best friend’s face. “You there?”

“Yeah, sorry.” Lindsey shakes her head, pulling herself out of her daze.

“Well,” Sonnett drawls, “as I was saying, I have your sweater here.” The defender holds up an ugly Christmas sweater with snowmen and reindeer adorning it.

“My sweater?”

“Remember? We’re all matching!” Emily exclaims. The youngsters and Kelley had all planned on wearing matching sweaters to the USWNT’s holiday party that this was evening.

“Oh, yeah,” Lindsey sighs with realization, her thoughts still miles away. Noticing her friend’s distant eyes, Emily’s face softens.

“Lindsey, what’s wrong?”

“Nothing,” she huffs. “I just miss (Y/N) so much, and I wish she was here to celebrate Christmas with me.”

The blonde defender feels her heartbreak for her friend. “Linds, I know she misses you just as much as you miss her, probably even more.”

The two women both let out a soft laugh at that, as you were completely smitten with your girlfriend.

“And I know,” Emily continues, “that she wishes she could be here with you too.” She reaches out to squeeze Lindsey’s hand.

The midfielder nods and gives the other woman a small smile. “Thanks, Em.”

“Anytime,” Sonnett says with sincerity lacing her voice. “Now, put on your sweater. We have a party to go to!”

Lindsey just laughs at her friend’s antics, as the defender jumps up from the bed and heads out the door. After pulling on the ugly Christmas sweater, Lindsey glances down at her phone, staring longingly at the photo of you and her on her lock screen, before heading down to the conference room.

As you slide into the backseat of an Uber, you feel your phone vibrate, as a text from Tobin appears on your screen.

Tobin:

Hey u on ur way?

(Y/N):

Yup, leaving the airport rn

Tobin:

👍🏼 we’re about to start white elephant

We’ll be in a conference room so j text me when ur here and I’ll meet you in the lobby.

(Y/N):

Will do. Thanks Tobes

Shutting off your phone, you turn your attention to outside your window, taking in the streets of Denver you’d missed so much.

For the past year, you’d been deployed overseas in Afghanistan, meaning, except for the Skype calls and the occasional letters, you haven’t seen your girlfriend, Lindsey, in almost thirteen months. But now, after few complications on your last tour, you had been honorably discharged and were now on your way to surprise Lindsey at her national team camp.

The last time you spoke with your girlfriend, you had told her that you wouldn’t be able to spend Christmas with her, but you after hearing the news you’d be able to go home, you schemed with Tobin to surprise the blonde midfielder.

So here you are, sitting in an Uber, stilled dressed in your green camouflage uniform and combat boots, on your way to the DoubleTree hotel in downtown Denver to crash the USWNT’s white elephant party.

Meanwhile, at the hotel, Tobin joins her teammates in the conference room, where there’s decorations all around and presents on the front table.

Seeing that everyone has arrived, Megan gets up from her set and moves to the front of the room, where she starts to give some instructions. “Alright, everybody, we’re gonna get started. Did everyone pick up a number on their way in?”

The girls nod, waving their slips of paper in the air, a chorus of yeses wave amongst the crowd.

“Okay, the rules are simple. When it’s your turn, you can either go up and pick a gift from the table,” She gestures to the table crowded with bags and wrapped boxes. “Or you can steal someone else’s gift who picked before you.”

“And you can only steal before you pick a gift,” Becky adds, earning a couple snickers from the veterans, as they remember HAO’s mishap all those years ago.

“Yes.” Pinoe nods. “And if your gift is stolen, you then have the option to steal or pick another one. Everyone got it?”

With no objections, she claps her hands. “Alright, let’s get started. Who’s got number one?”

Tierna raises her hand and gets up from her seat. “Me.” The young defender approaches the table and scans the selection of gifts, before ultimately picking a small rectangular box wrapped in polka dotted paper.

“What is it?” Kelley calls out, eagerly bouncing in her seat.

“Trader Joe’s chocolate,” Tierna reveals, waving the gift for all to see.

This routine continues down the line of women, the first steal not coming until number 10, when Ash decides to steal Mal’s scarf.

As Sonnett, who had number 13, one before Lindsey’s, picks out a gift, Tobin feels her phone vibrate.

(Y/N):

Here in the lobby.

Tobin:

👍🏼 cool. I’ll come get you in a sec. it’s Lindsey’s turn next.

“Who’s next?” Emily shouts, as she returns to her seat with the phone case she’d unwrapped.

“Me.” Lindsey gets up and makes her way towards the table. But before she can pick a present, Tobin stops her.

“Wait, I forgot to put my gift up there.”

Many of the women who had already chosen voiced their displeasure and annoyance.

“What? Come on, Tobin, seriously?” Kelley exclaims.

“We already started! You can’t just add your gift into the mix now.” Emily whines.

“Chill, you guys.” Tobin just smirks. “Besides, I’m pretty sure Lindsey would’ve stolen this gift if any of you had chosen it.”

Sonnett just mutters something under her breath, still not satisfied that she’d missed out on another gift option.

“I’ll be right back. Don’t pick yet,” Tobin tells the younger midfielder, pointing at her.

Quickly, Tobin jogs out to the lobby, where you’re standing awkwardly with your duffle bag on the floor next to you.

“(Y/N)!” She calls out to you from across the room. Hearing your name, you eyes perk up, and you smile upon seeing your friend. As Lindsey’s girlfriend of almost three years, you’d spent quite a lot of time in Portland, meaning you’d gotten quite close to the older woman.

“Hey, Tobes.” You pull her in for a hug.

“Missed you, (Y/N/N).”

“I missed you too, T,” you say, nerves evident in your voice.

Sensing your nerves, Tobin chuckles. “You ready to see your girlfriend?”

You just nod, unable to find the words to describe the emotions you’re feeling.

“Well, come on then.”

As the two of you make your way down the hallway, you can hear the loud voices and laughter of the team, and you feel the anticipation bubbling up inside you. But when you approach the door to the conference room, you push down whatever nerves you have, as you catch a glimpse of your girlfriend and hear the sound of her voice for the first time in a little over a year.

“I’m back,” Tobin announces. “And with my gift this time. I hope—”

Before the midfielder can finish, Lindsey spots you over Tobin’s shoulder and lets out a scream.

“Oh my gosh!”

A wide smile breaks out across your face, as you drop your bag to the ground and open your arms. Lindsey immediately runs across the room and crashes into you, bringing you in for a bone-crushing hug.

As she buries her face in your neck, you can feel tears wetting your skin. Cradling Lindsey’s head, you whisper sweet nothings into her ear, tears pooling in your own eyes.

“I’ve missed you, Linds. I love you so so much. Shh, baby, I’m here now.”

Lifting her head to look at you, Lindsey breathes in adoration and shock, her eyes teary. “How?”

“I’ve been honorably discharged,” you explain, as you brush the blonde hair out of her face, taking the time to admire your girlfriend. “So I’m home for good. So long as you’ll have me?”

Lindsey just shakes her head in disbelief and lets out a wet chuckle before connecting your lips. You melt into the kiss, ignoring the cheers and whistles from the women around you, as you revel in the feeling of Lindsey’s body against yours.

Pulling back, you grin. “Gosh, I’ve missed you.”

“I missed you, too.” She pecks your lips again. “So much.”

“C’mon.” You take her hand, intertwining your fingers. “Let’s go sit and celebrate.”

As she leads you back to her seat, the rest of the team, who you’ve also gotten to know quite well, stop you for smiles and hugs of their own.

“Welcome home, (Y/N).” Ashlyn slaps your back, squeezing your shoulder.

“Thanks, Ash.”

“(Y/N)!!” Emily shouts, hopping onto your back.

You laugh at the defender’s childish behavior. “Come on, Sonny, get off.”

“Fine,” she pouts, jumping down, before hugging you. “Missed you.”

“I missed you too, Em,” you whisper.

Once you sit down, Lindsey plops herself down in your lap. Instead of protesting, you just chuckle and wrap your arms around her waist, placing a kiss to her neck.

“I love you, Linds.”

“I love you, too, (Y/N),” she hums, relaxing into your embrace. “My very own Christmas miracle.

Did you have that same energy you are giving Pinoe for Sam kerr when she got cancelled for something she said when she was 15 and not even a pro yet? Pinoe was 26 when she made those "asian eyes" comments and she was already a public figure. It's actually really embarrassing, I don't have any people in my circle who would say something like that and we are in the south and most of them are white.

I could literally not give a shit about Sam Kerr lol so whatever she said didn't get any of my energy. I'm not gonna lie tho, I freaking love Pinoe. She's an icon to me. If she said some racist shit about black people, I would most likely feel differently. But at that point, I just stop following and engaging with people that I don't like. The same way I have with half the players on the team. Y'all don't have to follow people y'all don't like. That's the point of social media. But if Pinoe needs to apologize for something that's on her. But like I said before, y'all bringing up something from ten years ago. Was it stupid and hurtful, yes. But if it's not on her radar, how she gone know to apologize for it now? She gets probably thousands of mentions a day, don't nobody have time to acknowledge everything that people say to them on the internet. If she did see it and don't want to say something that's her choice too. Then it becomes your choice on whether you keep supporting her or not.

Shocking was meant for Sue since she wasn't out like 2 years ago and is much more lowkey than Megan but is the one that leans for kisses or is the first one to go for it!

Well i'll do a little thread of megan's relationships here so you can have a little fun cause LESBIAN DRAMA

1.º Abby Wambach: everyone wants to forget about this one so sorry for bringing it up @ fandom! We only know they dated cause Abby said it in a recent book she published so we don't know how she acted with her but she broke things w Abby because both kept getting injured and she tought it was bad juju 😂. They ended up being friends and still are like not too close but friends nowadays

2.º Sarah Walsh: i'm not gonna lie, they were cute together! They dated for 5 years and even tho they had to deal with long distance it lasted and they looked happy, the problem is that Sarah Walsh retired and went back to her motherland Australia so they broke up. Once again they were cute, looked happy but it wasn't THAT cute you know?

3.º Sera Cahoone: Now this is where things get messy in my opinion. I never really "liked" their relationship? Like imo they had no chemistry, it was kinda painful to see them together and they just looked like great friends that played in a band together...

They got engaged after dating for a year (correct me if i'm wrong) so it was kinda quick and once again something seemed off in that relationship.

4.º Sue Bird (at this point i think she just dates girls with names starting with an S): they met in 2016 in a Olympic Games media day where Megan made a stupid joke ™️ and never talked again until the uswnt had an early exit from the olympics and Megan, her ex-financé and some teammates decided to go to rio and watch some women's basketball games, the USA women's basketball won and they were invited to go to the after party and Sue and Megan hung out at that party and decided they should be friends since they both lived in Seattle. Megan's management asked Megan to find someone for Sue in Seattle and one week later Megan literally said she found one and it was her ksksks iconic. Sera and Megan broke up in the beginning of September of that year and Sue and her started dating at the end of September so the most logical thing is that they fell in love soon as they met each other, Megan broke up with Sera and started dating Sue!

They have been together for 3 years and when they started dating Megan was going through a lot with injuries, the kneeling, not being called up for the uswnt for some months etc but she says she's very thankful that she was around her during that time... they've been through personal ups and downs but they look more in love everyday so this might be it (🤞🏼)

PLUS MEGAN CALLED SUE "THE LOVE OF HER LIFE" AND SHE NEVER DID THAT W ANYONE ELSE 🗣

One of the biggest problems I have with Gunslinger Girl is the handling of Pinocchio, Franco, Flanca, and Christiano. I feel like these characters had so much potential and could've been more involved with the manga as the series progressed.

Christiano seemed to be a looming bigger antagonist close to the beginning of the show. He did even make an appearance, in that museum, giving out orders and such. I kind of wanted to see him become this really bad thorn in the Agency's side, escaping their grasp in Milan without becoming paralyzed, and continuing to lead the effort to gain a free northern Italy by doing whatever he deemed necessary.

Franco, and Flanca especially, made quite the impression in the first season. I would even go so far to say the roles they would play in the second season were subtly hinted at.

They became leading antagonists in the second season. They were given backstories, they were given action on camera. They proved themselves to be quite the threat. And even away from the frontlines, I saw there was more to them than just extreme political ideology and motivation. They depended on each other, cared about each other. Franco said so himself, Flanca gave him purpose (a messed up purpose, at that) in his life when he hit rock bottom. I'm pretty sure that feeling, on some level, was mutual. They almost destroyed an entire bridge. If they survived, they could've done some actual damage, to Italy and possibly the Social Welfare Agency on a personal level.

(Maybe we could've gotten an arc where Marco comes face-to-face with Flanca. She was the one that got Patricia to date him in the first place. Now THAT would've been something. :))

And last but not least, Pinocchio. BOY, if there was ANYBODY I felt upset about going, it would be him. This kid was trained for years to become a lethal assassin. No cybernetics, no programming. Just all work and no play. He had come the closest out of anybody to actually killing one of the Agency's cyborgs. One of their best ones, in fact.

And as much as I love Triela, now that I think about it, I wanted Pino to win that fight in the mansion. It would be super cool to see a cyborg get demised, and see how the Agency, how Hilshire, would react to it. I mean, Pino wouldn't get out of there alive, realistically speaking, his father figure's house was literally surrounded, and there were agents who were set up to shoot down any escaping vehicles.

But still, my point stands.

And if Pino got lucky and escaped, I would be somewhat content of his and Triela's antagonistic relationship developing further, maybe into some form of mutual respect for each other.

...the former route's better tho XD

THESE guys should've gotten more attention. THEY should've gotten more development. Not the Petrushka/Alessandro fratello. XP

So we had a DIY trip to Pangasinan last January 12-13 to Anda, Pangasinan. We basically planned it like 5 days before the actual date tapos parang nafinalize lang namin my wednesday/thursday! it’s actually funny and exciting kasi we didn’t really know what to expect --we went there on our own. 2 batch yung cars, first was me, karl , jelyn then we went to Mangaldan to fetch Bri (Karl’s GF) , tapos the 2nd batch arrived at 11pm and we were joke na pumunta lang silang Pangasinan para mag-inom hahaha

Mahaba-habang kwentuhan to so...

So basically nag-inuman lang kami until 5 freaking am in the morning to the point na sinita kami nung locals of Pangasinan kasi ang ingay namin. So lumipat kami sa loob ng room. Mamaya will list the breakdown of our expenses. Kinabukasan we had breakfast, may mini karinderya dun na for me ay sulit na rin kasi convenient sya --dapat mamamalengke kami kaso 30mins away, siz?! ang layo. tska tinatamad na kami mag luto.

Then we went island hopping for just 1k -3 islands! 9 kami sa group so ayon hati hati. super sulit nanon kasi ang mahal ata sa iba. Tska take note, this is a DIY trip so nagtatanong tanong lang kami. Apparently magkakamag-anak sila dun sa isang compound na yon. Like legit Pangasinense sila. Sarap nga makipag kwentuhan kay ate hahaha ganto talaga yung mga gusto kong trip, DIY kasi you get to take in the local feeling.

Super low tide nga pala siz! ang layo ng linakad namin para lang maging “malalim” yung dagat hahaha ang ganda nung sand tho, pino. Anyways isa-isahin natin yung mga islands.

1. Cory Island

It’s named after Cory Aquino. Tapos super mabato lang sya or puro corals ganon so we didn’t really got to do anything beside taking a lot of photos.

2. Tandoyong Island

so this one, more of a chill zone. may kubo, duyan and stuff. then local fishermen na sobrang accomodating. nakipag kwentuhan pa sila sa mga katropa ko. I didn’t join kasi siz ang init plus nag enjoy ako sa duyan hahaha

It was a super chill weekend talga. For the third island (more like a sandbar)

3. Anda, Sandbar

It doesn’t really have a name but it’s between Cory and Tandoyong island. Here’s a screenshot from Google maps for reference:

Dun kami galing sa JCT beach resort. Dun kami sa sandbar nag swimming, super clear ng water like legit fckng clear. walang sinabi ang boracay at el nido. kahit na di pa ko nakakarating don hahaha.

Legit sulit ang trip. One of the best spontaneous trips that we’ve done. Buena mano sa 2019.

Late to expect Earlier to be surprised

Minsan magugulat ka nalang kung gano kagaling magpatakbo ng buhay ang buhay mo. Mga bagay na nangyayare nalang bigla bigla sayo ng hindi mo inaasahan. Pakiramdam ko ganun talaga kasaya mabuhay eh, kasi madalas mangyare yung mga bagay na hindi mo talaga expect. Lalo na sa pag-ibig. Hindi naman parati hawak mo yung script ng buhay mo. Mas madalas pa yung mga plot twist na minsan gusto mo pero minsan ayaw mo din. Taon taon siguro nakakaranas ka nalang ng mga ganyang bagay. Minsan masaya, minsan malungkot. Pero yung plot twist ng taon ko yung pinaka matindi sa lahat. Nakaramdam ako ng lungkot, pighati, saya, excitement, lahat na siguro ng matitinding adjective na mababasa mo sa dictionary, kaya eto muna tayo sa 2018.

2018

Sinira nito utak ko eh. Para bang ayaw ka ng bigyan ng chance na magbago or iimprove sarili mo. Kaso bilang isang Miguel Alex Cunanan, nagawan ko ng paraan ang lahat. Muntik nakong bumagsak sa ilang subjects ko dahil sabay sabay ang lahat. Di ko nabigyan ng oras ang pag-aaral. Plus may mga problema ako sa sarili ko sa health (na isang bagay na hindi ko naman dapat sabihin dito kaya let’s hide it). Mga problemang pag-ibig at kaibigan. Sige let’s hash it out.

Nung 3rd year 1st sem and 2nd sem ko ang naging pinaka mahirap na part ng college ko. Kasi syempre sabi nga nila, “the hardest part of college is the year before 4th year and graduating”. Totoo nga naman yon kasi totoong nasira ang ulo ko. Sabay sabay ang mga videos na kailangang ipass na ako lahat ang nag eedit. Gumagawa ako ng scripts for those and nag-aaral para sa mga quizzes and major exams. Kaya talagang nasiraan ako ng bait. Having this problem, sumasabay pa yung health ko which really made me push myself to unknown limits. Akala ko I have enough problems in my hands. Kaya ko naman lagpasan tong mga to since I’ve been polished from raw steel to a fine coin (the reference tho) pero sumabay pa ang lovelife. I did not expect everything. Lalo na yung samin ng ex ko. Di ko siya sinisisi. We just had a huge misunderstanding at sobrang naka apekto saming dalawa. Nagbitaw ng masasakit na salita hanggang sa nahirapan na kaming ayusin yon, including myself. I was literally in pieces. Para bang buhangin nako sa sobrang pino. Again, being me ang bilis ko lang nakarecover (I don’t really know around that time pero sure nako ngayon). Actually hindi na to part ng 3rd year ko, nasingit lang. 4th year days na to

Being alone with everything that I feel medyo hindi ko alam kanino ako sasandal. Sumandal ako sa isang taong sira din ang sarili kaya most of the time tinetend ko siya sa scars and battles niya, leaving alone my feeling and state. As in at war ako outside and inside myself, nawalan nako ng time sa “inside”. I kept on fighting for someone else where in fact I should have been fighting for myself. Nakalimutan kong mahalin sarili ko para mahalin yung iba. Kasi feeling ko mas kailangan nila ako kesa kailanganin ko sarili ko. Surprisingly enough, yung mga kaibigan ko for 4 years hindi talaga ako kilala holistically. Pero I trust them enough para maging kaibigan ko sila for that long. Mahal ko sila, pero I set boundaries na feeling ko nakasama samin at sakin. Sobrang rough ng 3rd year ko as in sa lahat ng aspects. Pero walang nakaalam at nakarinig kasi hindi ako nag reklamo about it. I just stepped ahead and not looking back. Kasi wala namang mag tetend sakin kundi sarili ko and what lies ahead. I was scared. I was fighting an unknown battle from outside and within my self. Di ko naman dinedeny na sinubukan nila akong tulungan. They did, pero most of the time it reverts back to themselves. Para lang akong tangang nag share tapos after nun sakanila babalik. Sobrang rough diba? Nagwwonder parin ako pano ko nalalagpasan every problem I face.

Surprisingly enough again 4th year nako. I stepped outside of hell and said “hello” to another chapter of life. Gradwaiting na talaga ako. Last sem ko nalang sa academe and then internship na!! New faces syempre nameet namin yung mga 1st years from the K12 program. Ang tagal naming hinintay na magka juniors kami. Ultimate pangarap namin yung mag alaga ng mga juniors talaga. Tapos nagulat ulit ako! Kasi on the spot, ako ang naging editor-in-chief ng publication namin sa college. It is called the Lifeline and nafeel ko ang huge responsibility. Pero kaya naman! So syempre first step is to recruit members. Nameet ko na yung mga first years from different majors. May mga nakuha ako from MT and NU, pero halos lahat ng members ko from MT nag quit kasi priorities daw. Pero nag stay yung mga members ko from NU. We all became good friends with them hanggang sa ayun, family na din turing namin sakanila as me the father of them all. Mahal ko mga kids ko. Tapos one time nameet ko tong isang maliit na girl from NU na classmates ng mga anak ko. Di pa siya member ng pub ko (eventually she became one). So far di pa ako nagreveal ng names no? So yung pangalan ng maliit na girl na to is Thea. Maliit talaga siya, tapos cute, tapos ang ganda ng eyes niya. Nagdream ako one time ng typical girl ko pero yung sumusulpot lagi sakin si Shizuku Mizutani. Anime character na pinapantasya ko. Tapos nung nakita ko si Thea nakita ko si Shizuku sakanya kaya nasabi ko sa sarili ko na, “siya yung typical na babaeng iggirlfriend ko”. Ayun, hindi ko naman masyadong inentertain kasi wala naman talaga siya sa priorities ko that time. So expected na minsan okay naman ang life saatin. We are happy, we enjoy things. We go and have fun with fun people pero syempre minsan nagiging shit din. Naging shit ako around this time din. Tapos nakakagulat nanaman, si Thea yung nandun. We share stories. We shared pain. We shared happiness. Hanggang sa ayun she really became a good friend. In a split second bigla niyakong nakilala, higit pa sa pagkakakilala sakin ng mga kaibigan ko. Eventually naging someone siya na ittreasure ko for life. A friend like her is so rare, why not keep her. Kaya ayun I decided to keep her. Tapos hindi ko expect na magiging higit pa dun ang lahat. Dumating yung time na nahulog na yung loob ko sakanya. Totally. Parang from 0 to 100 real quick. I was able to tell myself that I’ve fallen in love with her. Kaya nag evolve siya from the person I want to keep to a person I really want to love and keep and I don’t to lose her forever. Hoping na sana gusto rin niyako (you’ll know soon). So ayun, 4th year 1st sem really ended fair enough. Medyo masakit na medyo masaya. I met new persons na may unique personalities. I met Thea. I love them all. About sa health ko? Hmm, let’s just leave it with the words, “I am better now”.

So 2nd semester came. Naghihintay nalang at mag iintern sa isang government hospital malapit saamin. Supposedly outside the province ako kaso I chose this facility kasi feeling ko mag iimprove ako drastically since this facility has been known to be so toxic in dragon level (one punch man reference). Dragon level yung ultimate level ng danger don. Iniimagine ko yung mangyayare sakin dun nung di pako pumapasok. Feeling ko mawawasak ako physically and mentally. May something new sakin. Nag uusap na kami ni Thea. I mean on the level na araw araw na kaming nag uusap. Yung pag di ko siya kausap parang may something wrong sa araw ko? Kumbaga sa isang araw, I wake up, cook breakfast, prepare for work, work, eat, go home, rest, watch anime/kdrama, play games, sleep, wake up again, naging I wake up, message Thea tell her good morning, cook breakfast, prepare for work, tell Thea I’m going to work, go to work, work, tell Thea what I’m working on and how I’ve been and how she’s doing in school, go home, tell her I got home and tell her to take care whilst going home, so on la la la. Naging ganon na? Nasama na siya sa routine ko na pang araw araw. Around this time alam ko di parin niya alam na mahal ko siya in the level na I want to keep her for myself. So ayun, sinabi ko sakanya na yun gusto ko. Pero nabasted ako. Manliligaw lang yun na indirect. Hindi ko alam talaga pano sabihin yun. So nabasted nga ako, kinabukasan biglang pumayag ang ate niyo. Nagulat nalang ako. Yun yung risk na tinake niya na hindi niya normally ittake kaya mas lalo ko siyang inadmire. I’ve fallen in love all over again. Back to square one nanaman feelings ko sakanya. Since then everyday laging nagrereset yung pagmamahal ko sakanya. Parang everyday I wake up, the fresher it gets. So ayun, wala namang bago sa lahat ng nangyari sa buhay ko except sa nag iintern nako, and minamahal ako ng isang extraordinary and loving girl. Naturally ginigive back ko ng double yung binibigay niya sakin kaya I’m proud to say na “I’m lucky I’m in love with someone like her”. Sinalubong ko rin yung Christmas and New Year with her. So naturally again, siya yung naging matinding plot twist ng 2018 and ang best start ng aking 2019. Gusto kong ispend yung mga susunod ko pang holidays and new years kasama siya. Basically I want to be with her for the rest of my life. Ay oo nga pala, naging kami nung November 24. I think that was a month or two after nung inask ko siya kung pwede ako manligaw, inask ko kung pwede ko na ba siya maging girlfriend officially. Umoo ang ate niyo so.... Oo sige girlfriend ko na siya. Proud ako. Promise, sobrang proud.

2019

January 27, 2019 (9:02PM) nakarating na rin ako sa part ng 2019 ko kasi natigil ako sa pagttype dahil umalis kami kanina para kumain sa MQ. 2 months na kami ni Chi. Same same, everyday I wake up the fresher it gets. I love her more than I loved her yesterday the other day a month ago and a sem ago. I am doing good, never been better in my life. Appreciating things and still practicing an optimist point of view of life. This time around pinapractice ko naman na maging normal lang and wag mag expect too much sa tao. Just learning to appreciate and always being kind. O dito nalang tayo? Sa susunod na taon naman. You’ll be seeing more of my writings niyan. Writer’s POV back next year! (or you’ll never know)
