草花と小鳥を愛でる　京都さんぽ ③ NHK文化センター現地講座 宇治市植物公園 12/13 歩いていると、ここにもあそこにも真っ赤な木の実。ナンテンやマンリョウの果実が赤いのは、鳥に食べてもらうため。ヤツデとツワブキは、花の少ない冬に花を咲かせて昆虫を誘います。どちらも雄性先熟の花。 コナラ林では、小鳥たちが元気いっぱい️！シジュウカラはヒッヒッと、梢にとまってなわばり宣言。ヤマガラやシジュウカラ、メジロもにぎやかに飛びまわっていました。 ちょっと寄り道、落ちたヤブランの実をひろって、種あそびも。スーパーボールみたいな種子を弾ませたらぴょーんと弾みすぎて、どこかとんでいっちゃった👀

The December class was taken place at Uji Botanical Park. The park in some areas, as I step on, makes me feel like soft carpets made with the layers of leaves, where we could see  some nice scenes of winter. Fatsia and Leopard plant bloom in this particular season to attract the insects. Japanese white-eye, Japanese tit and other birds are quite actively flying around the well ripened berries. Encountering these happenings of the nature, we had a nice two-hour observation tour.
