3月9日・10日　春のスタディツアー

　福興youthは、3月9日・10日にロボットテストフィールド(RTF)や楢葉遠隔技術開発センター(JAEA)などの先進技術を学ぶ施設と、東日本大震災原子力災害伝承館や廃炉資料館などの福島県で何があったのかを学ぶ施設を訪れるスタディツアーを行いました。

　今回のスタディツアーは1年生が主体となって福興youth以外の東北大学生を呼び、運営したツアーでした。4月から新体制となる福興youthにとって、とても貴重なツアーとなりました。

　1日目は、ロボットテストフィールド(RTF)と東日本大震災原子力災害伝承館を訪れました。

　南相馬市にあるロボットテストフィールド(RTF)は、福興youthで行くのが初の施設であり、メンバー全員が楽しみにしていました。

　廃炉関係のロボットだけでなく、災害が起きた際に活躍する様々なロボットがたくさんの企業の研究によって作られており、あらゆる災害を想定した施設でロボットが日々洗練されていくと聞き、防災にも役立つ施設だと感じました。

空飛ぶ車も夢じゃありませんね！！

　

　双葉町にある東日本大震災原子力災害伝承館では、ロボットテストフィールドにあった空飛ぶ車の解説やイノベーションコースト構想の説明など、福島の未来だけでなく、原発事故前後の過去も学ぶことができました。

震災直後のけが人の状況が書かれた紙です。当時は助かる人と助からない人の命の選別をしなければならない程、緊迫していました。

　2日目は、楢葉遠隔技術開発センター(JAEA)と廃炉資料館を訪れました。

　楢葉町に���る楢葉遠隔技術開発センター(JAEA)も、福興youthで行くのが初の施設であり、建物の大きさにとても驚いていました。

　この大きな建物の中で、廃炉のために原発を模したものが組まれており、燃料デブリを取り出すロボットの実験やその他に使うロボットの実験が行われており、廃炉に特化した施設でした。

原子炉建屋内に入る、VR体験で原発を自分事と捉えることができてとても印象に残りました。

　富岡町にある廃炉資料館では、福島第一原子力発電所の事故について学び、東京電力が原因を過信とおごりによるものだと主張しているのが印象的でした。次にくる災害も規模が正確にはわからないため、津波が堤防を超える可能性もゼロではなく、事故を防ぐのは非常に難しい課題だと改めて感じました。

　

　今回のツアーは、東日本大震災及び福島第一原発事故によって失われてしまった浜通り地域の産業を回復するために、新たな産業基盤の構築を目指す国家プロジェクト「福島イノベーションコースト構想」を意識したツアーとなっており、ツアー参加者の全員が福島のこれからについて考える、よい機会となりました。

　2023年度も福島がさらに活気づくように頑張っていきたいと思います。

　この活動は、公益財団法人「大阪コミュニティ財団」様の2022年度助成金「東日本大震災及び原発災害からの復旧・復興活動等支援基金」をいただき実施しました。厚く御礼申し上げます。
