Article 1630.3 is about exceptions and what is specifically not a disability in this context, but it's much shorter than Section 1630.2(h), which defines many of the words and contexts of what makes something an impairment so that these words will not be misconstrued like in so many cases before the Amendment Act, because “the definition of disability should not be unduly used as a tool for excluding individuals from the ADA's protections.”

If you require accommodations, you have the right to them. And it took a hell of a long fight to get that right in the law. You do not need to feel like you are "taking away" from anyone "more disabled" than you if you need accommodations for something like Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, ADHD, or any disorder or ailment that impacts your abilities to function properly, comfortably, and/or efficiently. You do not need to suffer simply because you don't have it the worst.
