I struggled to find family poses that didn't include toddlers, hence why I decided to create these and thought it'd be nice to share them. So today I have a group of poses made for a beautiful family of four that contains 2 adults, 1 teen & a child.

Hey Simmers! Merry Christmas!

I have a huge group pose pack for 23 of your favourite simmies! There are a few couple poses, many of them can be used on their own and there's also a small group pose with 3 sims that can also be used separately. (DOG POSE NOT INCLUDED)

To be able to use this pose pack you'll need Andrew's Pose Player, Scumbumbo's Teleporter Mod & I'd also recommend TwistedMexi's TOOL Mod (which is so helpful when using poses)

For the toddler pose, you will need to use REDHEADSIMS Toddler Presets (the smallest one) and you might need to use the TOOL mod to bring them up a tiny bit (I tried sorting that out, but unfortunately I wasn't able to).

Shepherd Avenue. A beautiful, modern 1Br, 1Ba residential home in Newcrest, on a 30x20 lot fit for a bachelor, bachelorette or couple. There's a spacious kitchen, a small nook where your sim can have their office and two spacious patios for entertaining. The layout of this home was designed by @Ellebd (or @rollos_floorplans) on Instagram with a few tweaks here and there.

It's a No CC Build (only contains gallery art: VeraEmilie1), you have the option to DL a furnished or an unfurnished version, (these will soon be added to the gallery). More pics of this build can be seen on my Instagram page.

MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE!

In the spirit of Christmas I decided to create and share a lovely ‘No CC Sim’ and a pose.

Nina Hudson is an outgoing young adult who wishes to become a friend of the world. She’s very sociable and there’s never been a day where she’s been in a negative mood; she’s always cheerful, always friendly…the only flaw she has is that she’s quite un-flirty. Hope you enjoy playing her & I hope you all have a nice Christmas. 

As mentioned Nina’s made with no cc and don’t worry if you don’t have a pack as these will not affect how she looks physically. As for the pose, make sure you have Andrews Pose Player and Scumbumbo’s Teleport Any Sim in-game for it to show up.

I got inspiration from a simmer on twitter who posted some photos of container homes. I eventually built it on the sims and had some nice comments made about it. Because I love my CC lol I decided to make an empty shell version of it.

Container Slip 42 is a home suitable for a single sim. Furnish it to your liking and I hope you enjoy it.  (This was supposed to be a “No CC Build” But due to recent findings (thanks to the Tray Importer) I realised I forgot to remove a few CC items. However, they won’t cause drastic changes to the shell).

This used to be a Sims 2 build but recently decided to recreate it in the Sims 4. Since receiving kind comments about this build (including a few who were interested in having it in their game) I decided to make a shell version of it.

Overlook Apartments can be a beautiful home for single, couple and a small family household in this 3-floored apartment building. I hope you like it I’d love to see how your versions look. I’d also appreciate that if used credit is given where it’s due.
