Here he is ! My version of Taro under the mask !! AKA Neo !

I wanted to make his completion look a lot like a spirit / ghost to fit him. I think it’s a pretty good look for him.

Taro can heal all living things through singing or humming 

This is a favorite he tends to sing a lot and this is as well his voice claim

    He really didn’t need to cough. His mind was in and out. A haze drifting back and fourth in and out of consciousness. From what he could tell, which wasn’t much, Neo would feel the other. BARELY. But it was still there. Enough to keep him awake long enough to COUGH.

     A signal he was alive- but unwell. He needed help. The cough wasn’t that forceful. It held a weakness. One that told a thousand words to anyone that would have came across him. Though he couldn’t help but wonder why this fellow was here- A thought for another time.

     His head went black again. Only to come back to and force open his eyes to stare up at the other mask. Though they were heavy, droopy, they stayed open. And so his hands upon the ground glow once more. Vines that grew from the ground below began to snake and make their way up the rocky side, gathering under his back in order set him up what little they could before his magic ran thin once more. The glow flickering like a short circuited light bulb.

     He was more awake now than he was prior. Though- Still weak.

     “ Water ”

It was anxiety that drove him forward, he needed to see for himself, to check the volcano to make sure it wasn’t about to blow up again. Even if that meant making the long walk towards the fiery mountain of death, even if that meant climbing all the way up to take a peak inside it. He couldn’t focus on his work, he couldn’t sleep, he couldn’t do anything without the constant worry of the volcano going off again in his mind.

Though maybe he should’ve been a little more focused on where he was walking, his boot caught on something and caused him to trip and stumble forward, eventually landing on his face. Granted his helmet provided some protection, but the collision still hurt.

“Ow what the… Wha..”

He had brought himself up on his knees and looked behind him to see what he had tripped over, freezing at the sight of a familiar figure just laying there on the ground. He was quick to crawl over to the man’s side, hovering and gazing at Taro’s mask, having only met him once, but he still wasn’t about to just abandon the guy.

“Hey! Can you hear me? Please don’t be dead…”

VOLCANO EVENT

      He stared down into the pit of the volcano. The magma soon to make itself known the the islands end. The destruction of a lifetime. The ending of souls. It hurt him to think about.. and that’s why he was here today. 

     His knees bent. Fingertips pressing gently against the volcanoes thick ring. The palms of his hands now holding a glow that flowed down and branched across the surface. He couldn’t stop the bast- but what he could do was minimize the damage dealt. Focus it’s blast radius. Strike where everyone was mostly evacuated from. 

     Taro gritted his teeth. The energy used was taking a great deal out of him. Especially making an eruption this size wait... a wait that turned into a failure. Holding it off as long as he could, but nature is.. as it’s intended. 

     The first blow caused his body to jerk. A yell to ring out from the guardian. The sound of it hitting the earth rattled him thoroughly. Lava spewing out from the top, looking as if there was no end in sight. 

     The second blow done even more damage to him. This time he screamed even louder. The blast reaching further out.

     Finally, the third. Sounding as if it hit harder than the last two, but meeting somewhere in the middle. The moment it hit the ground, three times- one last large blow, making it four. It sent him flying. His body weak- unmoving as he landed onto his back. White eyes beneath a ashe covered mask welled up at the site. The distant screams. He could feel the hurt of the earth as she mourned her lost children.. He could feel the distress of everyone around. 

     The sound of sudden sirens, the cries for help. He couldn’t move- His strength was gone. And so he cried. He mourned. The sky darkening even more so than before and in response, rain began to pour down unto the land. Putting out any and every fire it could. If he was helping in someway- It was through his sadness. 

#Thought i'd better write this so Taro can heal up in time for a new season and see what it has to offer #Also long story short #Taro can control nature but to a degree #He couldnt stop the volcano #but he tried to put it off to let as many people evacuate those areas as there could be #it happened earlier than expected #Each hit hurt his already weakened body #Using that much power really took a toll on him #He can't move rn but he will be soon #For now though #Since hes crying it caused the rain #Thats at least helping in some way

SEASON 8 LIVE EVENT

I have yet to write anything out, not sure if I will, but I AM going to describe where and what Taro was doing , where he was at at the time. 

When the eruption happened he was ontop of the volcano itself doing his best to control the blast, making sure it hit the places that were evacuated first and the fastest. He couldn’t not stop it, but he tried his best to save as many lives as he could. 

This took a lot of his energy and even caused him to collapse. He has yet to gather his strength, but after it was all done and over, the rain poured down from the sky in result to his tears. Mourning all the lost souls it robbed
