Oprah Winfrey has talked numerous times about manifesting her dreams, including her role in a movie she liked by visualising herself as an actress in the said movie. “The way you think creates reality for yourself.” — Oprah in 2007 on American talk show.

Drake has said he manifested his success and even some elements of his house in LA by visualising. "This some shit I wrote up back when I was broke. See the power of the mind is not a joke.” — His own lyrics in the song ‘Both’.

Ariana Grande wrote a whole song called “Pete Davidson”, which talks about how she manifested her relationship and engagement with Pete. “I thought you into my life / Universe must have my back” — Her own lyrics.

When I tell you insecurity is a real thing and many people are facing with or without knowing I mean it

So tell me why, I was just sitting in class minding my own business and these girls walked in they were like four , two of them are twin sisters and the other two are their friends right! So the older sister sat in front of my desk beside her there was her friend and the other sister sat in front of her sister, so basically I was sitting at the back of the class

Nothing special happened during that time but after some time I heard the older sister let’s call her Tara, so Tara was singing and guess wat song she was singing 🫢, A BTS SONG ahhhhhhh( this is for my kpoppies dumplings if ur not pls kindly shut up cos we don’t need ur unwanted opinion , thank you😁)

So I tapped her shoulder and asked her you a K-pop fan and she was like yeah I love K-pop and we started talking and laughing, she asked who my bias is in BTS I said jimin and she said he’s her bias too ( so basically we share bias and we even share the birth month w our bias aaaahh!!!) anyways we talked a lot we even exchanged contacts

But in the middle of the conversation btn me and Tara, her friend would somehow try to get her attention like she would call her for no reason, touch her hair , hug her and do all the clingy things you know , and Tara did not even budge she just ignored her and kept talking to me, now listen I’m not a bad person but if my friend acts like that when I’m talking to another person I would not like it either

So the point is Tara’s friend felt insecure , it’s like she knows very well if she messes up Tara won’t hesitate to call the friendship off, so basically the vibe I was getting from her is that she needs validation from Tara , she wants to prove to Tara that she’s enough and she’s a good friend and she belittles herself for Tara , she wants to be accepted by Tara by being like Tara . Now believe me when I saw Tara and her sister Tori ( let’s go with that 😉) I really knew that they know that they are IT, they are confident, beautiful, smart and they love themselves

And on the other hand their friends are the opposite of them , I kinda feel like they have them so as for them to feel better cos u know , they are not a competition or a threat 🤷‍♀️. Tara’s friend is not being true to herself because the way she’s dressing is totally opposite of what she’s talking about every time, she dresses kinda like Tara and Tori while it’s not her style and it doesn’t compliment her curves in the right way but she does it to just fit in u know!!

So yeah dumplings, the girl was triggered by me and she had to do all weird stuff to just get ignored, Hurts to be honest

So pls dumplings, don’t be like Tara’s friend heal yourself, practice self care and love there are a lot of bloggers talking about self development in a larger context and they helped me too so you no excuses now dumpling , study some physiological skills they help , I think I’ll make a post about it someday soon

But I beg you pls dumplings don’t be like Tara’s friend don’t try to blend in when you’re meant to stand out ( let that sink in)

BEING HOT IS A MINDSET

Hello dumplings, today I have a little different topic I wanna share w you guys, it’s not about manifesting but rather about how you can be hot with a good mindset or mentality

This idea just popped up to me right now as I’m sitting well, I’m at school rn writing this and today I feel kinda hot because I dressed in a very aesthetic way, that’s besides the point so anyway there’s this girls well technically they are beautiful but they don’t treat themselves like that, they are insecure and don’t know their worth they let any dusty a** guys run them over it really pisses me off and the bad thing about that is they treat me like they’re competition, I healed and I know myself so it’s kinda really hard to make me feel insecure and hate myself now maybe back then but not now….

So anyways dumplings let’s get to our today’s topic, so what is a mindset ?

As the def. Says it’s a mental attitude towards something and how to respond to it , well dumpling u can trust me because I was once a girl who didn’t have a good mindset about myself not only in beauty but my whole lifestyle was miserable but once I switched the mindset everything was smooth *like butter *heehe

How do you change ur mindset??? Don’t worry dumpling I summarized everything thing for you cos I don’t want u to suffer like I did

Realize that you are the main character of your life babes

Here sweet dumplings you need to create a mental movie, imagine ur in a movie and you are the main character, everyone else is just a side character , let’s say ur at school, all the kids at school want to be close to the main character always, and everyone is in love w the main character . Don’t worry dumpling at first it’s hard but keep on reminding yourself in ur mind as the wizard Liz said “ REALIZE YOU ARE THE MAIN CHARACTER BECAUSE IN MY HEAD IS LITERALLY ALL ABOUT ME” if u start acting like it u become it , there’s no other way

practice self love

The self love I’m talking about here is not the , go on a date with yourself, buy yourself gifts and so on I’m talking about loving yourself truly like the real you , love all ur flaws all ur scars and ur stretch marks ur skin , ur hair all of you babes LOVE YOU

Heal your traumas

I can’t speak a lot about this because I’m still healing myself too but healing and letting go of things that don’t t serve you in your life is a game changer trust me baby , use your trauma to motivate you to work on yourself and don’t make excuses because at end of the day you will end up hurting yourself and blame it on others,so heal babes

Be your own competition

Don’t be like those girls that compete with people they know nothing about , compete with you only , compete to be better than u were yesterday

Stop seeking validation from others

Dumpling u need to understand one thing , ur the validation itself, u validate ur self , I have seen a lot of hot girls that claim to love themselves but for them to just seek validation and attention from others especially male validation, listen guys don’t even care all they care about is the cookie babe especially those dusty guys that claim to be the cool guy, UR ARE BEAUTIFUL

Become obsessed with yourself and see everyone else do the maximum of that

Hello dumplings 🥟 it’s being a while since I posted but I’m back and today I have something special to share with you. THE ALTER EGO

Why I’m I talking about this?? Because the alter ego as in the def is to create another version of u that has different personalities, skills , hobbies , name , and so many things. An alter ego can help you become confident in yourself and can also help build a strong self concept of yourself

An alter ego not only can it help u become confident and in love with yourself but it can also be helpful while manifesting, I was once scrolling here in tumblr and came across this post I forgot who the blogger was but if you know them give crdts, and I don’t remember the whole post but this line is glued to my head like nail it said “ THINK ABOUT WHAT THE HIGHER VERSION OF YOU ( the alter ego) WOULD DO IN THIS SITUATION”

So let’s say ur manifesting something right?? And u waver for a bit what u do is just think about how would the other you ( alter ego) the master manifestor you do , they would not waver or be worried that their desires would not come because they are the master of manifesting and they control their reality SIMPLE!!!

So what I would advise you to do is create an alter ego if u find manifesting to be a bit challenging and u don’t want to be trying a lot of different methods and challenges, just create the other you the version of u who has their desires and think how they would think because now they already have that beautiful body, the money, the beauty and everything

Eg. Norma jeane created her alter ego that many of us still know her by that name MARILYN MONROE her alter ego became her and she embraced it as the true self

So create ur alter ego and do all the fun stuff with it , create her skills, her personality,abilities, lifestyle, her wardrobe and aesthetic, her net worth etc.

Today I will show you the power of our mindset with a real life scenerios which I experienced and taught me the power of my mindset

Once I had this friend who knew about manifestation and let's call her Z so, Z wanted to manifest good grades but she used to go around and tell everyone that she will fuck up the exam I asked why is she telling everyone the opposite of what she wants? Z told me to her if she tells everyone that she will fuck up the exam she will get good grades and it worked in the end Z got her good grades it's because of Z's mindset Z assumed if she told everyone she would fuck up the exam she will get good grades

So that shows how powerful your mindset is and there is no correct way of affirming or manifesting if you have a hard time being positive do it like Z or make your own rules it's just about believing that no matter what you do, you will get your desires

There already is a reality in which you want to experience. All you have to do is select it. The term “it already done”isn’t said as if it’s not true. There is literally infinite realities. A reality in which your a master manifestor, always manifest in 2 seconds, is a billionaire, married to there SP, could have said a different sentence then in which you have when you were speaking to someone, a reality in which you could have 50 inch hair, a reality in which you could already have EVERYTHING YOU EVER DESIRED. The reality already exist, there are infinite realities, and infinite possibilities. That’s why nothing is ever “out of reach” because there is already a version of you that already has there manifestation. All you have to do to select the desired reality is to persist. Simply persist. That’s the missing piece. You already clarified what you want, right? What to manifest your dream life, okay persist. Stop being lazy, i know people say to normalize it when manifesting but stand up. How bad do you want it and how bad are you willing to discipline your mindset in order to get what you want? You have one job which is to saturate your subconscious. The how, when, or what is not your job nor problem to worry about. persist!

~++ GUYS IDK IF I SHOULD CALL THIS A SUCCESS STORY OR NOT~++

For context I manifested my desired body,hair and to be free from negative energies using placebo effect,so I was in the shower right! Idk wat happens in the shower but I hope I’m not the only one who usually have shower thoughts!

So I was taking a shower and then this thought came to me……

When people get sick they go to the hospital and meet with the doctor right! Then they tell them all there problems hoping the doctor gives them treatment right! So the doctor listens to the patient and gives them the right medication according to the problem

🧚🏼🧚🏼Ooh but hyuna I don’t understand wat ur trying to say!!

Well,here is the point of all of this, the medicine that the doctor gave the patient might really be helpful and yes I do take medicine,but you know what makes it work effectively??

ITS THE ASSUMPTION THAT WE ALL HAVE…… We assume that when we take in this type of medicine it’s going to help me and stuff like that.

So after having that deep shower conversation w/ myself I decided to manifest my dream body and hair, so I chose my placebo’s which were

Every time I eat , I lose weight and my stomach becomes flatter and my waist gets smaller

Every time I drink water,my hair grows

Every time I shower , negative energy flows away from my body and I become more magnetic and creative

These are ones that I’m currently using and I assume that they are working just as we assume the medicine works

The best part is, after persisting in my assumptions I started feeling weird in a good way tho!

My waist started aching like it’s trying to go inside like it was a good feeling 🌝

My hair became longer compared to wen I last so it, cos I always braid my hair cos I’m lazy to brush every day💀

I have been feeling lighter and people gravitate around me in a good way, and my haters at school are becoming sooo irrelevant 🥱they just give me there energy,and ur girl wats moree 🤭

I just wanted to share this to everyone, there are no rules to manifesting u can literally just assume that whenever and watever and it will surely work for you TRUST ME!!

For example let’s say

When it’s raining that means ur desires are coming to you at a speed of 1000+

When a bug is coming up to you it means ur sp is obsessed with u

When a mosquito bites u it means ur hot asf

Or literally anything,u create ur own rules here okay because the world is ur oyster so play wid it!!
