Im vegan so it depends but I usually eat a lot of vegetables / vegetable dishes especially as like it’s so low in calories I love things like carrots and peppers with low fat hummus

Depends really sometimes I work out 50 mins a day sometimes I won’t for a few days sometimes it’s cardio or strength training - however I love Chloe ting workouts

Day 7:
Yes - my mum has said how inspiring my weight loss originally was but now it’s got to a point where she’s worried - she knows about my bulimia and disordered eating now and she’s trying to help me eat just a little more in Qurantine doing the best she can as it’s hard to get any ‘medical’ advice as my blood sugar is often dangerously low
