Hello everyone! Today I have another starter home for you guys and it is another related with country life! This one is supposed to be a renovated barn that was made a livable house with 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and a kitchen/living room. You can buy this house/barn right from the start with one sim and still have a couple of hundred dollars but I built this on a 20x30 lot so if you put the house on a bigger lot the price will increase. Anyway guys I hope you enjoy this house and use it, have a wonderful day/week :)

Hi everyone :) So I dediced to enter the #deligracyblueprint challenge and here is the result. The amazing deligracy created this competition where people had to make houses with a blueprint created by her, and the most impressive, creative and original houses would get a price. I had a lot of fun building this house but I also had an idea. So for now on if you guys don’t enjoy building but have a specific layout of the rooms that you enjoy to play in, you can send me or share in the gallery your blue prints with the #sophiamakemeahouse and I will build a house for you. You can also write some characteristics that you want the house to have in the description of your blueprint, like for exemple “I would like a modern house” . Hello :D So today I built a Modern Japanese Apartment as requested by one of my subscribers. Even though it’s modern there is also a very subtle touch of the industrial style. This one is actually a Loft and it has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The kitchen, dining and living room are all a open area and there is also a office on the top floor. Outside there is a balcany where your sims can lounge and even grill. Anyway I hope you liked it and you will need Late Night to download this house since it’s a Late Night Apartment. So I dedice to take some inspiration of one of my favourite movies, The Lord of the Rings, and built a house that resembles the little hobbits’s houses. This is not supposed to be a replica but it’s supposed to be similar and I think it is. It’s a small house of course, having only 1 bedroom, 1 kitchen/living room and 1 bathroom but it’s a cute house for sure xD

Hello! Here is a new room build in the sims 4. This time I made a Nursery that I called Choco Nursery because the color scheme remind me of chocolate. I just love Brown nursery, it’s really usual to use pink for a girl’s nursery and blue for a boy’s nursery, or any other light colors really like light green and light yellow. I just adore the dark colors on nurserys, they go against the trand and they can look really cute as well. Hello everyone :D So, I built what I called The Fitness Gym and Academy. It is supposed to be a Modern Gym where sims can exercise in more ways than using gym machines, like for example dancing and playing soccer. I wanted to do this because I have noticed that all the gyms in the worlds created by EA only have the basic and boring exercise machines and pools, so I decided to do one with more options.
