Blunt - Characterized by directness in manner or speech; without subtlety or evasion. Frank, callous, insensitive, brusque.

Bold - In a bad sense, too forward; taking undue liberties; over assuming or confident; lacking proper modesty or restraint; rude; impudent. Abrupt, brazen, cheeky, brassy, audacious.

Callous - They are hardened to emotions, rarely showing any form of it in expression. Unfeeling. Cold.

Childish - Marked by or indicating a lack of maturity; puerile.

Complex - An exaggerated or obsessive concern or fear.

Cruel - Mean to anyone or anything, without care or regard to consequences and feelings.

Cursed - A person who has befallen a prayer for evil or misfortune, placed under a spell, or borne into an evil circumstance, and suffers for it. Damned. 

Dependent - Unable to exist, sustain oneself, or act appropriately or normally without the assistance or direction of another. 

Deranged - Mentally decayed. Insane. Crazy. Mad. Psychotic.

Dishonest – Given to or using fraud, cheating; deceitful, deceptive, crooked, underhanded.

Disloyal - Lacking loyalty. Unfaithful, perfidious, traitorous, treasonable.

Disorder - An ailment that affects the function of mind or body. 

Disturbed - Showing some or a few signs or symptoms of mental or emotional illness. Confused, disordered, neurotic, troubled. 

Dubious - Fraught with uncertainty or doubt. Undecided, doubtful, unsure.

Dyslexic - Affected by dyslexia, a learning disorder marked by impairment of the ability to recognize and comprehend written words.

Egotistical - Characteristic of those having an inflated idea of their own importance. Boastful, pompous.

Envious - Showing extreme cupidity; painfully desirous of another’s advantages; covetous, jealous.

Erratic - Deviating from the customary course in conduct or opinion; eccentric: erratic behaviour. Eccentric, bizarre, outlandish, strange.

Fanatical - Fanatic outlook or behaviour especially as exhibited by excessive enthusiasm, unreasoning zeal, or wild and extravagant notions on some subject.

Gruff - Brusque or stern in manner or appearance. Crusty, rough, surly.

Gullible - Will believe any information given, regardless of how valid or truthful it is, easily deceived or duped.

Hard - A person who is difficult to deal with, manage, control, overcome, or understand. Hard emotions, hard hearted.

Hedonistic - Pursuit of or devotion to pleasure, especially to the pleasures of the senses. 

Hoity-toity - Given to flights of fancy; capricious; frivolous. Prone to giddy behaviour, flighty.

Humourless - The inability to find humour in things, and most certainly in themselves.

Hypocritical - One who is always contradicting their own beliefs, actions or sayings. A person who professes beliefs and opinions for others that he does not hold. Being a hypocrite.

Idealist - One whose conduct is influenced by ideals that often conflict with practical considerations. One who is unrealistic and impractical, guided more by ideals than by practical considerations.

Idiotic - Marked by a lack of intelligence or care; foolish or careless.

Ignorant - Lacking knowledge or information as to a particular subject or fact. Showing or arising from a lack of education or knowledge.

Indifferent - The trait of lacking enthusiasm for or interest in things generally, remaining calm and seeming not to care; a casual lack of concern. Having or showing little or no interest in anything; languid; spiritless.

Infamy - Having an extremely bad reputation, public reproach, or strong condemnation as the result of a shameful, criminal, or outrageous act that affects how others view them.

Intolerant - Unwilling to tolerate difference of opinion and narrow-minded about cherished opinions.

Judgmental - Inclined to make and form judgments, especially moral or personal ones, based on one’s own opinions or impressions towards others/practices/groups/religions based on appearance, reputation, occupation, etc. 

Klutz - Clumsy. Blunderer.

Squeamish - Excessively fastidious and easily disgusted.

Superstitious - An irrational belief arising from ignorance or fear from an irrational belief that an object, action, or circumstance not logically related to a course of events influences its outcome.

Tactless - Lacking or showing a lack of what is fitting and considerate in dealing with others.

Unpredictable - Difficult to foretell or foresee, their actions are so chaotic it’s impossible to know what they are going to do next.

Untrustworthy - Not worthy of trust or belief. Backstabber.

Vain - Holding or characterized by an unduly high opinion of their physical appearance. Lovers of themselves. Conceited, egotistic, narcissistic.

Weak-willed - Lacking willpower, strength of will to carry out one’s decisions, wishes, or plans. Easily swayed.

Withdrawn - Not friendly or Sociable. Aloof.

Zealous - A fanatic.

Necessary Evil | Jade & Megan | Final Words

So that’s how it was going to be? Sneaky lot, aren’t they? Jade couldn’t tell if they were being intentionally sneaky or going off on a limb, but the results caused her to grin. It was almost time, now, so she’d have to make this good. Luckily, she came prepared.

“You’ve done it. I’m glad you all could figure it out, it means you’re not as stupid and hopeless as I thought. Though, I was expecting more from Kagome. If you don’t keep flexing that prosecutor-y muscle, it’ll get rusty on you. That’d be a shame, you know.” “Anyway, I suppose I should explain…everything, shouldn’t I? It was easy, really. Make the cyanide, dispose of the equipment, go find Akito and give it to him. I found him just as he was about to go on the stage and play that cello of his, and I smiled sweetly and offered him a drink before he went on. I was friendly, and he was a sap. Or, at least, I pegged him for a weak person. I suppose I never knew him, but if I never did than doesn’t that say something? Looking back, I should’ve killed the keyboardist over there. Always take out the smart ones”.

“Now, the question would be why. Isn’t it obvious? No one controls me, no one forces me into a box I don’t want to be in, and no one mocks me by putting me through that. I was already on thin ice previously but this was the breaking point. I am the one who plays the tune that all the others dance to.

Normally, I would wait for someone else to kill. However, as I have learned, you all are a little…weak in some places. We aren’t perfect, I suppose, and there’s a human element that allows us to break down at such simple things.

Anyway, you were all crying over your little motives that I knew you’d never actually step up and do it. If I hadn’t murdered, you all would’ve been living through your darkest fears, would’ve been broken down to your core, would’ve lived the rest of eternity in agonizing pain and misery. Consider it a…necessity. You could say I did you all a favor.”

Jade paused, winced. She was starting to feel it again, the strange and at times painful feeling in the head. She rubbed her eyes and waited a moment before speaking again. She was not done yet and she’ll be damned if something happens to interrupt her speech.

“Ap…Apologies for that. But I am not done yet, though my murder case is. I want you to know something. I wanted to rule the world, you know? A cartoon villain’s pipe dream, perhaps, but if you work hard enough, and devote yourself enough, you can achieve anything you want. Everyone has potential and power. The potential to be powerful.” “Why am I t-telling you this? Because, when I realized I was stuck in here, I knew I’d have to change my plans. You all became my small kingdom, so to speak. Those of you who are alive are so because you are strong. Better than the average human.

So, I don’t want any of you to break down anymore. Steel yourselves…and focus on getting out. You must find the boss of this place, understand? I don’t want to have died so you all could get yourselves killed. I…have one request to ask of you all, and that is, when you get out of here, perfect this world. N-never allow follies like this to happen again. I—”

Suddenly, Jade clutched her head, the feeling changing from a mild ache to a furious pounding. With a look of pure rage, she roared out,

“Stop it! Stooooop! Get out, go away!”

Twas for naught, though, as she turned her back on everyone. She stepped forward a bit, moving as though she was in quite a bit of pain. She continued moving until she hit the wall, and leaned against it for a moment before letting out a groan. There was a long moment where the girl didn’t respond, but finally she moved away from the wall, fidgeting and shaking. There was no doubt about it. From the body language doing a three-sixty, to the scene that just occurred, this was Megan.

The quivering girl glanced around the room, and upon realizing where they were her eyes widened. No. This wasn’t right. Did someone really kill again? She moved back to her stand, biting her lip nervously. They were all looking at her. Why were they looking at her? Did she do something?

“I…w-what? I don’t…I don’t understand…? What’s happening? W-why are you all looking at me like that? Did someone d-d-die again?”

Her breathing quickened. Did she kill someone? Was they why they were looking at her?

“I didnt…she didn’t…we couldn’t have…I…She di-didn’t do anything, did she? No, no no no no! That’s impossible, r-right? I mean…She said she…but she wouldn’t! What did she do? What happened? P-please!”

No, she knew it. She could tell from the way everyone else was responding, and on some level she felt awful. And now she realized what was going to happen, it would be just like last time.

“No!! No! No no no! I don’t want to die! There has to be some other way, this isn’t right! I can’t…this isn’t fair! W-why, I don’t…I don’t want to die here! I’m sorry, I’m so sorry…P-please don’t! I don’t want to…Why me…?”

Megan was now crying and screaming out, asking questions she already knew the answer to and pleading out for help that she knew wouldn’t come. She knew it was too late, but it was already too much. She let out a final, hoarse scream for things to stop before it was showtime.

Music To My Ears

The remaining 8 of you were shaken with fear, day by day, hour by hour, minute by minute, as the motive continued on and on. No one seemed to want to take the full hour of torture in their boxes, so you all took those 3 times a day.

Many of you started to make your way to the newest area, shaking in fear of another 20 minutes of living out those nightmares in your boxes.

Most of you were all standing in there when 1:45pm hit, (one of you seemed to be late… tsk tsk tsk, don’t worry, monokuma will find you… unless…. uh oh…) however… nothing happened. You all must have been too preoccupied with those fears to even realize who was missing.

That could only mean one thing…

Some of you hesitated, but you all knew that someone died, and you had to find them.

Araiguma was the first to enter Instruments to Happiness, and when she did, she yelled out, causing Hiroki and Theo to find their way to the store as well… 

That’s when the bear’s voice rang out, signalling you all to the place where one of your fellow contestants sat, dead, on the stage…
