bpd loneliness is so overwhelming

feels like i’m grasping at just about anything i can in order to avoid listening to my thoughts. i need to journal, i need to look at my workbook, i need to face my mental health head on - but it feels impossible. everyone seems to use tumblr to escape and vent, so maybe i can give it a try.

ate too much today. boredom and feelings are my worst enemy. and being alone - i hate being alone. i hate sitting at home, too, nothing to do but think about what i can stuff my face with. yeah, ate way too much. smoked a lot of weed. played video games. felt like i hadn’t done anything so i took a shower - first time all weekend -, started a load of laundry and hopped on the computer. fun sunday! work is tomorrow, can’t wait to see how drained i feel. peace out
