So, I wanted to take a moment and get something off my chest.

I've been really struggling a lot lately with my mental health.

I spiraled really bad the other night to the point that I was seriously planning how to kill myself.

I'm trying really hard to stay away from that mindset.

The friends I've made on here mean the world to me. I really appreciate each of you.

I'm doing better. I can't guarantee that things will stay this way right now.

Unfortunately mental health doesn't work that way.

I've looked into therapy in the past but haven't found a therapist I feel comfortable with.

The last office wanted me to sign an agreement that if necessary they would be allowed to admit me.

That scared me to the point that it put me off.

I try not to divulge personal info on social media. However, I felt this was important enough.

Just know that each of you have helped me every day without even knowing it. Your kindness and acceptance of me has touched me deeply.
