I found some old Terra doujin a while back and decided to try my hand at translating them. I’m awful at translating manga (novels are easier for me, for some reason), but I tried. I only got a few pages in before life got hectic and I’m not sure when I’ll get around to finishing this one (it’s ~21 pages), so have a preview.

NSFW + non-con + underage warning.

No stealing. The quality is literally shit since I decided to downsize for the post. And it’s not finished. :p

Glaive Murdock

CV: Ken Narita

Keith’s senior. Glaive mocked him while they were at Station E-1077, but he was soundly defeated in theory and made to taste the bitterness of defeat. He was considered for Members candidacy, but was stationed at the Solreido military fleet.

Michelle Piper

CV: Rei Nakatsuka

She works at the Solreido military base as Glaive’s aide. She has an organized and systematic personality, and is an excellent soldier who fulfills any mission handed to her down to the letter.

Mother Eliza

CV: Ai Orikasa

Station E-1077’s mother computer. She exists to carry out psychological examinations and bring the students peace and tranquility. She has many different appearances, as everyone pictures her as someone close to them. In Keith’s eyes, she takes the form of his mother.

Suena Dalton

CV: Yuki Matsuda

A young woman was on good terms with Keith and Sam on Station E-1077. She was fond of Keith, but chose to marry a different man. Currently, she is a reporter pursing any events concerning the path of the Space Whale.

Keith Anyan

CV: Takehito Koyasu

He distinguished himself during his time enrolled at Station E-1077 where he became a strong candidate for the Earth Government’s Members Elite. On the star system where he met Sam, his best friend, he came into contact with the Mu that were under investigation. After that, he became the central figure in the fight against the Mu. The circumstances of his birth are confidential, and he completely lacks any memories of his childhood and Adulthood Exam.

Seki Ray Shiroe

CV: Marina Inoue

He was the best student of his first year class enrolled in the educational station. However, he rebelled against the system and stood out for his defiant actions. He took it upon himself to expose Keith’s secrets and underwent a psychological scan that left him in a weakened state. Afterwards, he escaped to avoid losing the precious memories of his past, but died when Keith shot him down.

Sam Houston

CV: Wataru Hatano

Jomy’s best and childhood friend from the educational city Ataraxia. After the Adulthood Exam, he became friends with Keith, his classmate from Station E-1077. He has an amiable personality, but the mother computer used his relationship with Jomy as a tool to assassinate him. After that, his mind accidentally regressed to that of a child.

Jonah Matsuka

CV: Motoki Takagi

A Mu who managed to survive by concealing his abilities despite not knowing the nature of his own powers. He was assigned to serve in the military. After he failed to kill Keith, he became his subordinate.

Yogi

He is Mahiru’s older twin brother. They are always holding hands. He has a peculiar habit of repeating what others have said while Mahiru repeats what Yogi says, but changes the order of the words.

Leo

CV: Daisuke Namikawa

The first Mu who Jomy met, a young man who guided him on the day of his awakening and escape from Ataraxia. He cannot speak, so he communicates through thoughts alone.

Weeping Mouse

CV: Manami Komori

A creature that lives on Mars. It can utilize thought waves to a small degree. It was given the name Rain.

Ruri

CV: Fumie Mizusawa

She is in charge of controlling the radar from the bridge. She controls the timing of the warp jumps and has the important responsibility of managing the ship's navigation.

Nina

CV: Sayaka Narita

A bright, talkative, and lively girl. Suitably, given her go-getter attitude, she is Kim’s subordinate in the combat division. She likes Jomy and admires the adults.

Sean

CV: Takuma Terashima

He still has a long way to go in terms of maturity. His childish side was made apparent when he teased Karina for her feelings towards Jomy.

Mahiru

CV: Fumie Mizusawa

Yogi’s younger twin sister*. She did not appear in the original work, but the name of her character has appeared in Keiko Takemiya’s other works along with her twin as well as Nina and Yae.

*I know they’re all technically test tube babies, but this was what the character profile said. It’s because these characters are reoccurring across Takemiya’s other works and weren't in the manga lol.

Also, I dunno about Sean’s name since there are so many varieties of it.

Doctor Nordy

CV: Yuki Ono

He looked after Blue’s physical health when he became comatose. As a physician, he tends to his comrades’ wounds as well.

Tony

CV: Noriaki Sugiyama

Yui and Karina’s son. He was the first child to be born outside of the SD system. He can use unusually strong thought waves, which he uses to assist Jomy.

3-Year-Old Tony

CV: Eri Kitamura

One side of him loves his parents and Jomy dearly, but the side of him that tried to murder Keith, who had been taken prisoner, is frightening.

Yui

CV: Kazutoshi Hatano

He proposed to Karina, whom he harbored feelings for and grew up with on the Shangri-La. He was the first of the Mu to become a father through natural childbirth. However, he got into an accident and died during the Mu's time on Nazca.

Karina

CV: Sayuri Kubo

The first of the Mu to experience pregnancy; she gave birth to Tony. However, she died after emitting strong psionic bursts from the shock of Yui and Tony’s (apparent) deaths. She now sleeps at Yui’s side.

Zel

CV: Yosuke Akimoto

One of the Elders in charge of guiding the Mu. As the chief engineer of the Shangri-La, he commands operations in the engine room from the bridge.

Burau

CV: Minako Ichiki

The chief navigator of the Shangri-La and a member of the bridge crew. She has a straight-forward personality; she is known to speak frankly, without mincing words.

Ella

CV: Fumi Oda

A historian and one of the Elders who lead the Mu. She is very cautious, and because of this, disapproved of Jomy at first.

Hillman

CV: Atsushi Imaruoka

After welcoming Jomy aboard, explained the history and truth behind the Mu to him, since knew nothing about the Mu and their situation. He also teaches the children. His left arm is artificial.

Jomy Marcus Shin

CV: Mitsuki Saiga

He was a normal boy raised in the educational city of Ataraxia until he succeeded Soldier Blue’s title as leader of the Mu. Soldier Blue detected his great potential early on, and though Jomy could not accept that he was a Mu at first, he gradually came to distinguish himself as their leader.

Soldier Blue

CV: Tomokazu Sugita

The leader of the Mu who guided them on their voyage over the years. Sensing his impending death, he selected Jomy as his successor. However, he expended too much of his power in saving Jomy and fell into a long* slumber before reaching his dream of returning to Terra.

*The original uses 永い (with 永 meaning ‘eternal) instead of the usual 長い (meaning ‘long’).

Physis

CV: Sanae Kobayashi

A blind woman who uses tarot cards to predict the future and guide Blue and the others on their journey to Terra. She approached Keith because her memory of Terra was similar to his. However, she ended up helping him escape.

Captain Harley

CV: Jurota Kosugi

Captain of the Mu’s mothership, the Shangri-La. As Soldier Blue’s right hand man, he leads the Mu into battle where his strong decisiveness shows through.

Toward the Terra Character Profiles Masterpost

Not sure if anyone translated these back in the day, but I dug them up a few months back and decided to practice my Japanese by translating them. It made some aspects of the show a little clearer to me.

I decided to also put them in regular posts because tumblr mobile isn’t very kind to pages. I’ll be working on updating them (I have to resize the images so it takes a bit of time). There are four profiles to each post, so they are listed as groups of four.
