UPDATE
I haven’t forgotten about everyone. I swear. It has been a rough summer health wise. I’ve been getting migraines every week. And you’ll like this.
I met someone! I met a REALLY REALLY AMAZING Guy who I’m falling in love with He’s in the U.S. Army and deployed over in Syria right now. I promise I’ll get my act together. I’m just on a high right now. It feels so much better than my abusive relationship.

A new Beginning Chapter 4
After MANY MANY MANY Rewrites here is chapter 4. I’m so sorry for the wait.
The Reverend was watching Brianna while Claire was working at the hospital. He loved having her around. It made him feel young again...in heart and mind at least. He had the bairn with him sitting in a highchair that he put in his office so that Brianna could be entertained while he did some searching. It was nearly the holiday season and he wanted to make it special for Claire. He wanted to find things that she had when she lived in Scotland with Jamie.
He  found out that Jamie took a job as a printer under the pseudonym A. Malcolm. By the looks of Jamie’s papers he printed papers that went against the crown.
“Dangerous and gutsy,” he thought. “Considering the Redcoats went from town to town,  destroying anything and everything that had to do with going against the crown.”
Knowing what he did about life after Culloden off the top of his head living in Scotland after the battle was difficult and food was scarce. If Jamie went to Edinburgh to find work of any kind it was because things at home were desolate.
On closer inspection of the papers he noticed a poem  by Robert Burns entitled
“My Highland Lassie O’”
Nae gentle dames, tho' e'er sae fair, Shall ever be my muse's care: Their titles a' arc empty show; Gie me my Highland lassie, O.
.-Within the glen sae bushy, O, Aboon the plain sae rashy, O, I set me down wi' right guid will, To sing my Highland lassie, O.
O were yon hills and vallies mine, Yon palace and yon gardens fine! The world then the love should know I bear my Highland Lassie, O.
But fickle fortune frowns on me, And I maun cross the raging sea! But while my crimson currents flow, I'll love my Highland lassie, O.
Altho' thro' foreign climes I range, I know her heart will never change, For her bosom burns with honour's glow, My faithful Highland lassie, O.
For her I'll dare the billow's roar, For her I'll trace a distant shore, That Indian wealth may lustre throw Around my Highland lassie, O.
She has my heart, she has my hand, By secret troth and honour's band! Till the mortal stroke shall lay me low, I'm thine, my Highland lassie, O.
Farewell the glen sae bushy, O! Farewell the plain sae rashy, O! To other lands I now must go, To sing my Highland lassie, O.  A .Malcolm April 3rd 1752
“Well if this isn’t a call to you Lass. I don’t know what is,” The Reverend thought.
He knew and he was  sure Claire knew that Robert Burns wasn’t going to be born for another seven years. The only plausible explanation of a Robert Burns poem being published before it’s time was Claire told him about Robert Burns and the poem. And this is his way of letting her know that he is alive.
The Reverend put the paper aside and went on looking for anything he could find.  He found the tale of The Don Bonnet and how he survived in a cave on the outskirts of the Lallybroch land. He wondered if he would be able to find the cave and if he did what would he find? A coded message to Claire and the bairn or nothing at all? It was all so intriguing to him. The man had suffered so much and yet survived, he survived hoping but not knowing if his wife and child had made it alive.
“That must have been gut wrenching agony for him,” He thought.
Hours past when he was began researching the Museum for the Battle of Culloden. He wondered if he would find anything of Jamie’s there, Next he called the library where old deeds to land in the eighteenth century were located in Inverness.  A nice lady named Gwen took the call and was very helpful in find the deed to Lallybroch.
“I’d like to help a family friend with her family heritage for Christmas,” he answered when asked why he was interested.
“Can I buy it?” He asked.
“Yes, but it’ll cost a pretty pound.”
“That doesn’t matter, please put it on hold for me.”
“I can hold it for you for forty-eight hours.”
“Thank you, I’ll see you tomorrow morning,”
The Reverend couldn’t believe his luck he had found the deed to Lallybroch.
The Reverend went to the kitchen to tell Mrs. Graham the news and she whole-heartily agreed to watch Brianna while he went to the library and the museum.
The more Mrs. Graham thought about it, the more she wanted to go to the museum and didn’t see a problem taking Brianna with her, so she posed the solution to the Reverend.
“That way you have more time at the library.”
“That’s a wonderful idea, thank you for your help Mrs. Graham.”
“You’re welcome, but really, you should have asked sooner, I’d love to help with this project.”
“Now sit down and tell me what else ye found.”
He did. He told her of the Robert Burns poem he found written in a paper in 1752 under the Pseudonym A. Malcolm. He told her of finding the cave of Don Bonnet and the story of the man, he spoke of finding what he hoped was the piece of amber that Claire had given Jamie before she went through and maybe one of his kilts. And then the deed to Lallybroch.
He finished just as the roast and potatoes finished. Getting up to pull them out of the oven she turned back and said.
“That’s quite an undertaking man, what if we can’t deliver?”
“We can at least deliver the deed, everything else is icing on the cake.”
At that moment they heard a car pull up and the door slam shut.
As they were finishing getting dinner on the table Claire came through the front door looking a little worse for wear.
Coming through the front door and following the aroma to the kitchen where she found the three of them sitting at the table she smiled and said
“Smells delicious.”
“Thank you dear, how was your day.”
“It was tougher than usual.”
“Would you like to talk about it?” the Reverend asked.
“Not at the moment, thank you,” she replied. Dinner was eaten in companionable silence with Claire thinking about whatever had happened that day and Mrs. Graham and the Reverend planning their outings for the next day.

Voting for the 2018 Emmy nominations started on June 11 and lasts until June 25, so how many bids could “Outlander” receive when the final contenders are announced on July 12? Quite a lot. The Emmy ballots were released at the start of voting, and the Starz romance could contend for at least 22 awards. Scroll down for the show’s full list of submissions (ballots for music categories aren’t released publicly, so they’re not included in this roundup).
The third season of “Outlander” aired in the fall of 2017 and has been entered in the race for Best Drama Series. In addition the show has eight potential acting contenders. Stars Sam Heughan and Caitriona Balfe are entered in the lead-acting races. And their on-screen daughter Sophie Skelton is in the running for a Best Drama Supporting Actress nom.
There are three men in the mix for Best Drama Supporting Actor: David Barry, Richard Rankin and Tobias Menzies, who competes as a supporting performer despite only appearing in three episodes last season. The last two acting submissions are guest stars: Duncan Lacroix for Best Drama Guest Actor for the episode “All Debts Paid,” and Lotte Verbeek for Best Drama Guest Actress for the episode “Eye of the Storm.”
“Eye of the Storm” is also up for Best Drama Directing, while “All Debts Paid” has been submitted for Best Drama Writing. But the single most submitted episode is “The Battle Joined,” the season three premiere, which will be considered for its cinematography, picture editing, sound editing and sound mixing.
Though “Outlander” earned a Golden Globe nomination for Best Drama Series (2016) and lead-acting noms for Heughan and Balfe at the Critics’ Choice Awards, the Emmys have been slower to respond. Over its first two seasons it earned only three nominations, all in Creative Arts categories: Best Music Composition (2015), Best Production Design (2016) and Best Costumes (2016).
The show took an extended hiatus between seasons two and three, so it skipped the 2017 Emmys altogether. Perhaps absence will make voters’ hearts grow fonder. Check out the show’s Emmy submissions below.

Sounding the alarm:
“Like so many others, I am horrified and heartbroken by what is happening to immigrant kids and families because of this administration’s disastrous policies. We now know that more than 700 kids were separated from their parents between October 2017 and April 2018. As a mother and a grandmother, it’s devastating to even imagine. Not only that — this administration built on their ‘zero tolerance’ policy earlier this month. The result? Nearly 700 more kids were separated from their families in the first two weeks of the new program. Think about that. Hundreds of families torn apart in two weeks. Muzaffar Chishti of Migration Policy Institute said something that has stuck with me. He said that ‘In the immigration context, the government has never taken a stand against the protection of kids in this country. For the first time, it is now formally taking a position that explicitly goes against the best interests of kids.’ It is now the official policy of the US government — a nation of immigrants — to separate children from their families. That is an absolute disgrace. #FamiliesBelongTogether. If you’re like me, there’s nothing worse than feeling helpless. So on this National Day of Action for Children (supported by groups from ACLU to We Belong Together to United We Dream to MomsRising.org, National Domestic Workers Alliance), visit Families Belong Together to see what you can do to help. There is no more important test of our country than the way we treat the most vulnerable among us, especially children. We cannot turn away from what’s happening on our watch — we have to act.“ ~2016 popular vote winner; Hillary Rodham Clinton

Next day reblog with previous chapters and fixed chapter 2. I’m never uploading on my phone again.
I will find you Chapter 2
So here’s chapter 2 of I will find you. Sorry for the long wait. Although I hope the length makes up for it.
Prologue Chapter 1
Days passed since Claire’s talk with Frank and her decision to tell her intuitive daughter the truth about who she is. She still hadn’t figured out how to start that conversation. What would she say to her daughter?
“I was pulled through the stones by fairies and married an eighteenth century redheaded man who I loved very much and still love to this day?”
That sounds fanciful even to her ears. And when she asked about Frank, which she inevitably would she would have to say,
“Yes I loved him, but not as much as I loved your father, and I came back to the twentieth century because he begged me to for our protection.”

This was going to be a very long, painful and confusing conversation, she knew, she needed help. She couldn’t count on Frank to help her explain this situation to Brianna because he himself didn’t quite know what to make of it or want to accept it. She would have to go to Mrs. Graham. She looked at the clock in her living room it was nine A.M. she could call now.
Dialing the numbers with a shaky hand let it ring...once, twice, the second thoughts begin to enter her thoughts now,
“Get a hold of yourself Fraser,” she told herself.
On the beginning of the fourth ring she heard
“Hello,” said the kind voice of Mrs. Graham.
“Hello, Mrs. Graham, “ she replied
“Claire, how are you? How’s the bairn?”
“We’re fine, she’s five years old and in Kindergarten now.”
“Oh my goodness. Ye must let me see pictures. It’s been so long.”
“Actually you could see us in person if you wish.”
“I’d love that verra much indeed. But what happened child? Ye sound distressed. It’s no the bairn or yer husband?
“No nothing like that, she just figured out that Frank isn’t her biological father and that Frank and I don’t exactly love each other, now she’s asking questions about her real father.”
There was silence on the other end for what felt like a long while. Then she heard an intake of breath.
“Well, ye have to tell her, ye cannot keep it from her.”
“Yes, but how? I’m losing sleep over this. Frank and I spoke about this after her birthday in early December when he said he wanted a divorce so he could be with the person that he’s been seeing for years now.  I think just telling her will just seem fanciful, I think I need something concrete and real.”
“Well,  Christmas Holiday for Roger and Fiona is just around the corner, why don’t ye come and spend the summer with us? I’ll do some research and get the Reverend to look for some things from your life in the eighteenth century with Jamie.”
They wrapped up the conversation promising to talk again before Claire and Brianna went to Scotland for the Christmas holiday.
Later that day when Frank came home from Harvard Claire cornered him in the kitchen.
“I think we should tell Brianna the truth tonight. I spoke to Mrs. Graham this morning and she invited Brianna and I to Scotland over the Christmas holiday.”
Frank was stunned. He knew they would have to tell Brianna, he figured they’d have until the end of the school year in June.
“We’ll do it after dinner, that way we can try and do this peacefully,” was the stuff reply she received. Although she didn’t blame him. This whole mess was her fault in a twisted way.
Dinner was a light hearted affair thanks to Brianna, She told them all about her day and what she had learned in school. In between bites of meatloaf  she went on about how she was able to help students with their mathematics because she was done first. She was talking so fast that Frank had to gently remind her to chew and swallow before she spoke.   She also told them about the story she was learning to read. When asked the name of if she couldn’t remember, but said it was about a girl and her cat, and assured both of them she would tell them tomorrow what the story was called. After she was done telling her story she sat quietly and listened to her mother tell Frank about her call with Mrs. Graham. She made out words like eighteenth century, Culloden, Scotland, home, Jamie. She had a feeling that they were talking about her mother’s old life. The one with her real father. She would have to wait to find out, in the meantime she would have to just sit and listen to the adults in front of her.
Dinner continued for a few more minutes with Frank telling everyone how his day was at Harvard. Brianna had tuned out and was now dreaming about what her biological father was like. Did she look like him or her mother?  Did he love her? If so why did he send her mom away? More importantly, would they ever see each other?
She was so far away that she didn’t hear her mother calling her.
“Darling, Brianna Darling, will you help clean up please?”
“Sorry mama, yes, I’m coming,” she hurried to the sink with her plate and glass and went to pick up a dish towel ready to help Frank with the drying.”
“Where were you? You seemed so far away,” he inquired.
“Just thinking,” she said nonchalantly continuing to dry the dishes. She didn’t want either of them to know that she had heard them speaking of her mother’s previous life with her real father, and that she wasn’t supposed to know...yet.
After the dishes were dried and put away Frank spoke up,
“Sweetheart, your mother and I have something to tell you, could you come sit in the living room?” Frank asked
Sitting down on the couch with them on either side of her they told her to stop and ask questions before they began.
“We know that you noticed that we don’t act like other parents from your class,” Claire began.
“Yes, but that’s never bothered me,” Brianna interjected.
“That’s because we fell out of love with each other a long time ago, before you were even born possibly,” she continued.
Brianna stopped her and asked,
“How did you fall out of love with each other?” . Well they weren’t expecting that.  Would they both have to fess up and right now?
“Well sweetheart first off, we didn’t intend to fall out of love. About a decade ago on our honeymoon in Scotland I went to a place called Craigh na dun and purely by accident go transported to seventeen forty-three where I met and married your father. “
Brianna look on shoched. This sounded like a fairytale How do you get transported back in time? Could she? If yes then she could meet her dad!
She looked at Frank next…
“When your mother came back, she was pregnant with you, but she was still in love with your father,so we decided that I could discreetly see other people. Clearly our facade isn’t as impenetrable as we thought, and for that we are sorry.
They looked at her, she looked calm too calm.
“Now what?”
“We’re going to get a divorce so that Frank can marry who he wishes and I’m going to try to find out what happened to your father,” Claire said.
Brianna blinked at that. What could have happened to her dad?
“May I go to bed now?” This is a lot to take in.”
“Of course,” Frank said.
They watched as she climbed the stairs to her room.
“Do you think she’ll be alright?” Claire worried.
“She’ll be fine, she just needs time,” he replied.
In her room Brianna slid into her bed, as tired as she was she was wide awake. She was just given a ton of information to process. A lot she suspected but still that didn’t make it easier on her to hear it from them. Eventually she surrendered to a restless sleep.

I can’t write at the moment. I look at the drafts sitting in my documents and my heart isn’t in it. I’m so depressed at the moment after the fight with my parents it’s not even funny. I’ve worked so hard to get where I am and to ask me to get certified as a daycare worker instead of a teacher just so I can leave is in a way heart wrenching.  I just can’t write at the moment. I wish they understood what it’s like to have depression and anxiety. It’s a horrible combination.
