Throwing up, weeping, and dying on the inside, but NoT wItHoUt A tHeOrY.

Now, what I'm thinking is (because of the very fact that I LOVE angst and pain) is that something is going wrong with Ty because of Livvy's disappearance (convince me otherwise). Ty may be growing weaker, or is suffering mentally because of it, and Kit, being a Herondale, is about to go out, get some gear, and do something stupid and life-threatening to fix it. Because I'm guessing this is at a point in TLKOF where the duo have some clue as to where Livvy might be, but they're not sure, and Ty, of course, wants to be sure, so Kit is going out, acting on impulse, and doing this himself. He probably expects to be back by morning, but leaves a soul-crushing note, just in case.

So this is a scene, presumably after the first KitTy kiss, where Kit is leaving Ty quietly to do something which will lead him to almost dying when Ty eventually finds him, and that is where we get this:

"It's a bit ironic, isn't it?"

"What do you mean?"

"All that effort to convince you that I wasn't in love with you, and here I am, dying in your arms."

Prepare to jump off some very tall somethings.

The fact that Kit and Ty’s storyline in TWP is going to start in Cirenworth… :’) I ATE UP all of the jessa carstairs-herondale family content in gotsm and sobh, they are just so adorable and sweet and seeing Kit be loved so unconditionally is 🤧🤍 it’s what he deserves!!! I can’t wait to see them being all cute and ignoring whatever angst is coming up bec we stay delulu xx

I am, I’m definitely am. The moment I read De Profundis by Oscar Wilde, my life changed completely.

I get mesmerized every time I’d read his stories or books, and I just… I think Oscar Wilde has been one of the greatest authors ever, he understood what life meant even though life wasn’t fair with him. He enjoyed it like no one else could, he loved it entirely, and I’ll be forever thankful that he’d decided to pictured his feelings for it throughout his words.
