I bruised my finger at work. I had a lot to do, so I was moving a little too fast and ended up fumbling some heavy material that smashed it. Now I have to do everything much slower or pain shocks my whole hand.

Me: Sorry, we don't do rush orders.
Customer: Well, how many orders do you have?
Me:...there are many factors that determined our policy, we do not do rush orders.
If you interrogate retail staff like this, WE ARE NOT FRIENDS.
