How do Wally and Notman handle being werewolves in the Vampire Henry Studio?
Sorry for the long wait (brain just hasn't been in the VHS mode in a while)
But I'd say they handle it pretty well! It helps that everyone else in the studio is ready to help at the drop of a hat.

Aaaaaa~ I love this so much Queen! Thank you!
Hey Queenie! I know I've been on a BatIM kick again (as you know) and I've always loved your writing, so I was wondering if you'd mind writing something for one of my Aus? (Any of them, Little Sheep, Borrower, or even the newest one, LAMP.) (Feel free to just delete this if you don't feel like writing anything.)
Since you asked nicely, I will.
Also, I’m sorry this took so long.
----------------------------------------------------
The Ink Demon was honestly having a really good time. It was the first time he hadn’t slogged his way through one of these loops, hating every moment of it. He could move freely, didn’t melt everything around him. He was seeing and experiencing things he’d never seen or experienced before.
Like hanging out with Boris.
He had to admit, now that he’d had a chance to spend some time with Boris, he was starting to understand why Henry was so fond of the cartoon wolf. Boris was just so gosh-darned endearing. Like a big puppy.
“You have to be cheating, Boris,” the Ink Demon laughed, laying his cards down on the table. “There’s no way you could win again!”
Boris looked positively scandalized, drawing back and putting a hand on his chest.
“I’m joking, Boris,” the Ink Demon assured the wolf, reaching over to pat Boris’ shoulder. “Can you ever forgive me?”
Boris let out a dramatic huff, making a big show of considering what “Henry” had said. Finally, he gave a small nod.
“Thanks, buddy.” The Ink Demon smiled softly, reaching across the table to pat Boris’ shoulder. Boris gave him a big dopey grin before raking the cards back to shuffle them.
“He probably did cheat,” Henry supplied. “He’s done it loads of times when he played with me.”
“As far as he’s concerned he’s still playing with you,” the Ink Demon replied. A part of him wondered if Boris remembered any of the loops. Probably not. He wanted to ask Sammy how much he remembered about the loops, but Sammy hadn’t woken up yet.
Although Henry had promised he’d talk to Sammy once the former music director woke up, the Ink Demon still wasn’t particularly looking forward to the conversation. A sane Sammy was no doubt going to be incredibly shouty.
“Hey, do you want me to cover dinner tonight?” The Ink Demon asked as Boris began to deal out the cards again.
Boris looked up from the cards, frowning and shaking his head.
“Come on,” the Ink Demon coaxed. “You’ve been cooking for me ever since I got here. I want to return the favor.”
Boris gave the Demon a look that clearly meant “you don’t need to return anything”.
“I don’t want to cook for you because I think I owe you anything,” the Ink Demon clarified, reaching over to touch Boris’ shoulder again. He wondered if Boris noticed how touchy “Henry” had been. It just felt so nice to be able to touch people without melting them. “You’re my friend, Boris. I want to do something nice for you.” He smiled softly, rubbing a thumb over Boris’ shoulder.
Boris seemed to consider this, putting a large gloved hand on the Demon’s. After a moment, he nodded.
The Ink Demon beamed, patting Boris’ shoulder. “You won’t regret it, Boris. I’ll make you something amazing. I hope you like bacon soup.”
Boris let out a noise that might have been a laugh, giving the Demon an incredulous look and a raised eyebrow.
“It will be good,” the Demon insisted with a laugh, pulling back. “I promise.”
Boris responded by sticking his tongue out, picking up his cards and hiding behind them.
“You know how to cook?” Henry asked incredulously.
“No, but you do.” The Ink Demon smiled as he picked up his own cards. “So you’re going to be helping me.”
“There aren’t a lot of ways to cook bacon soup, you know.”
“Well, then I guess we’ll just have to get creative then, won’t we?”
They ended up just doing the same thing Boris usually did, which meant they just warmed up the bacon soup in the big pot. The Ink Demon still pretended like he was presenting Boris with a gourmet meal, though. Boris found it very funny, laughing behind his hands. The Ink Demon pretended to be offended, but he couldn’t keep himself from smiling.
As he sat down to eat, he still couldn’t wipe the smile off of his face. The bacon soup wasn’t good, it never had been, but that wasn’t a point. It felt nice to share a meal with someone. It felt nice to be... something close to normal for once. To be cared for. The Ink Demon knew Boris only cared about him because he thought he was Henry but... It still felt nice.
Guilt rose up in Henry’s chest. It was a guilt he was incredibly familiar with at this point. The old thoughts crept up again, whispering that this was all his fault. If he hadn’t left, maybe the Ink Demon wouldn’t have been treated so terribly. Maybe he could have saved the first draft that would become the Demon.
“Hey, it’s okay.” The Ink Demon’s mental voice was gentle. “It’s not your fault. None of this was your fault. Joey’s the one at fault.”
“I know I know.” Henry let out a long exhale. “It’s just hard not to think that way, you know? I told myself that story so many times. Wondered if there was something I could have done differently.”
“I know. Joey did a number on both of us. But we’re going to get even.”
Henry smiled to himself. “Why don’t you enjoy your soup for now? We can deal with the whole revenge thing later.”
The Ink Demon nodded, raising the spoon to his mouth again. The soup had begun to cool while he’d been talking with Henry. Meanwhile, Boris was getting up to get more soup.
“How can you put away so much soup, Boris?” The Demon laughed. “You’re like a black hole.”
Boris shrugged, dishing more soup into his bowl.
The Ink Demon shook his head, letting out another laugh before returning to his soup. They had a few more days before they would need to venture out. He was going to enjoy it while he could. There was no telling when he’d get another chance to relax like this.
After all, there was Hell waiting for them.

Betting on Black! Henry. Along with some detail sketches of his wings, Horns, and the thorn chains on his arm. I still love the idea of Piano Key patterns in the wings and the horns that make the shape of a Halo. I thought it was a really fun/unique design!
Henry has to dress very fancy/professional while at work (it’s also the casino uniform). He’s usually the bartender, but sometimes he runs some of the card tables. The thorn pattern on his arm is also on his tie!
Hope yall like it as much as I do! -Mod Rosie

Betting on Black: Boss and the Casino
Mod Rosie- Here are some notes about Boss the demon, an OC who’s had way too much time to hang out in the back of my head and flesh himself out. I don’t have a visual design for him yet, but I’m working on that.
> Boss is a chill dude most of the time.  I wouldn’t call him nice, but he doesn’t go out of his way to be mean/cruel.  He’s content to chill and hang out in his casino.  He’s a powerful Pride Demon so he usually only sees the worst in humans, which is why he actually enjoys/is impressed when getting clients who need a demon for charitable/non-selfish reasons.
> Also, he’s in the habit of calling people who summon/make contracts with demons “Clients”.  He treats his deals like business contracts/transactions rather than a chance to screw with humans/heaven.

Betting on Black: Employee Notes 1
Mod Rosie- Alright, here are some of the notes I have for stuff I’ve thought of for what happens to the various employees of JDS in the AU
I don’t have demon/nephelim designs for everyone else, but a lot of them end up like them.  The most I had was ideas for the kind of features that they would get:  Angel/angel-reminiscent features for characters who were very kind/trying to help others and more monstrous/demonic features for those who were mean/cruel or incredibly selfish.  (And animal-like ones for those who were more neutral/reserved.)
Norman, due to his strength and eye for finding trouble/troublemakers, gets made into a bouncer for the casino.

Sharing this here too.
Betting on Black au
Hey all! Mod Rosie here with a new au that I’ve had bubbling away in the back of my head for ages now and have finally shared with everyone! I’ve spent a ton of time ruminating over it, and I’m excited to have finally written it down for everybody to see.
There’s still some stuff I haven’t figured out, but I’m sure my fellow mods (and anyone who sends asks) can help me find an answer for it. Also, this is very long, so there’s a Read More for folks on mobile.
First off:  This fic starts with Henry being dead!
Henry died by accident, with a curse placed on him by Joey being partially to blame for causing it.  He’d laid a minor Bad Luck curse on Henry that hit/triggered at a terrible time.
(Stumbling or tripping him at the worst possible moment and him getting hit by something lethal. Joey had just wanted to inconvenience Henry for quitting/leaving the studio, but he’d had no idea that the curse could potentially cost Henry his life.)

Tonight on “Late Night Aus that have Very Little Thought put into them: With Rosie” here’s a potential BatIM AU inspired by myths and triggered by one of the comics on my bookshelf. It’s about the wonderful, oceanic, Irish Fae known as the Selkie.
Basically, what if Henry was a Selkie whose coat had been stolen and was stuck on land trying to make a living until he could get it back?
And he left the studio because he finally found the person who’d stolen it, took it back from them, and returned to the sea. (And possibly to escape Joey? Depends on the relationship at that point.)
Who stole the coat? It could have been Joey. He the obvious suspect for a batim au. But, if you wanna go more comedy instead of deep personal betrayal, it could have also been someone that they didn’t know. Someone who never worked at the studio.
(Why would they take a random seal-pelt? Selkie/Animal Bride myths aren’t that uncommon. They probably thought they’d get a hot babe. Instead they ended up with a random dude panicking on the beach and “Oh, shit. I ain’t gay, and I ain’t gonna get my ass handed to me. I’m nope-ing out of here.” and then didn’t drop the pelt while taking off.)

It’s been ages since I’ve drawn faun Henry, and had the urge to draw something AU related, so here is the sheepy boi.
I also realized that all the faces I’ve draw for him before have been either annoyed, frustrated, scared, or worried. Therefore, it was high time I drew him relaxed/happy.
Who is he talking to? And what is he saying? I don’t know, but it seems like a nice conversation.

(whoops, posted this to the wrong blog XD)
LAMP au Stuff #1
The Ink Demon/”Bendy”, despite showing up before the machine gets turned on and possessing Henry, is actually going to try and mostly stick to the script.
Yes, major parts are being derailed, but so long as the story keeps progressing and doesn’t seem like it’s being completely changed, “Bendy” is hoping that Joey won’t notice that something is wrong.
Because their plan relies on them getting to The End and from there to Joey’s apartment.
They don’t know how much control Joey has over the story once it’s been kicked into motion (or if he fully knows what’s happening in it) and, frankly, they don’t want to find out.
So, Joey must be kept in the dark.
(Although, based on some of the things Joey says in Henry’s memories, they think he doesn’t actually know what happens once he sends Henry in. Just how long it takes for Henry to finish a run.)
As such, “Bendy” will probably be doing his best to play Henry’s “part” in the story. Following his lines/actions as close as he can during the slower parts of the chapters. (Since most of the cutscenes are supposed to be out of Henry’s control and as such Joey would never expect Henry to be able to do anything during them.)
That said, they’ll still be doing things to streamline/make the whole thing easier for themselves. Such as trying to sway various monsters to their side, or remove them from the equation if they’ll be a problem later on.
(And, maybe, trying to be nice to his host by rescuing some of them for Henry.)

The major ones are (as many an AU writer knows) Sammy/The Prophet, The Projectionist, Malice, Boris, Allison, and Tom.
Each has potential bonuses, or detriments, to “Bendy” that will probably have an effect on what he does with them.
(Which is me saying “I don’t know what’ll work best, so I’m telling you ALL the options.”)
Sammy would probably be easiest to sway since the Ink Demon would just have to flex his powers to prove he's the real deal. A loyal minion can be useful in a pinch, and could potentially make dealing with things later easier. (Like splitting up to finish Malice’s chores, or having back-up in a fight.)
But it could also be easier/more practical to just snatch Sammy's soul and shove him into the shared body as another passenger.
After all, Sammy isn’t fully sane (and not that subtle) and his presence could alert others to the fact that something wasn’t right with “Henry”. It could be a problem if Sammy started rambling about the “mercy” or “skill” of his “Lord” when he’s obviously referring to Henry and not “Bendy”.
The Projectionist would probably get soul-grabbed since he only shows awareness in the train room and the Ink Demon won’t be there to "rescue" Henry. And if he’s not aware, it won’t be possible to sway him to their side. It would mess with a “major” cutscene, but so would the Ink Demon not showing up. As much as having the Projectionist along would be helpful, avoiding getting into a fight would be more practical in the long run.
“Bendy” has no plans of swaying OR soul-snatching Malice, not only because they don’t get along, but because her being an enemy is needed to get deeper into the studio. (Oh, he plans to keep her from getting Boris, but until then it would be easier to keep her chapter as close to the script as possible.)
That said, he’s completely down to mess with her.
Mostly due to Uncanny Valley spookiness or the Demon being unsettling while pretending to be Henry. Not reacting the way she wants/expects, grinning too wide around her, taking some cheap-verbal shots when he can. You know, getting under her skin.
The Ink Demon also finally understands Henry's soft spot for Boris, now that he can hang around the wolf without scaring him senseless. Boris is a good boy and he wants to keep him safe. He drops the creepiness around Boris/hides it better to make sure the wolf will stay near. Again, he tries to keep acting like Henry around the wolf so that things will progress the way they’re meant to.
But, if he fails to keep Malice from getting her claws on the wolf, he plans to soul-grab to keep him from the puddles. (And to keep Henry from getting upset/depressed again.)
“Bendy” doesn't have much of an opinion of Allison and Tom, and he may have outright dodged them instead of being a prisoner of theirs. That would make them the one point where he deliberately goes off-script.
But, if they did catch him, he’d try to play along as long as he could. (Though, should they try to take him out/realize that something’s wrong, he’d try to soul-snatch instead of sending them to the puddles.)
(It’s implied that “Bendy” and Thomas knew each other, but their relationship wasn’t great. The demon now knows that it’s more to do with Joey than anything on their parts, but I’d say there’s still a divide/disconnect between them.)
Now, I’ve done some thinking about the soul-grabbing and Henry’s view/perspective, so I’m going to talk about that.
Henry has no control over his body, he’s basically a passenger/viewer in his own body and can’t really do anything about it. But he still feels everything happening to him, like the ink on his clothes, when “Bendy’s” picked things up or moving them around, when they get hurt, etc.
It’s very unsettling and would be really terrifying if the demon wasn’t trying to respect Henry’s limits and trying to do things that Henry wants to happen.
There’s also an emotional/mental connection between the two as well, letting them communicate without having to speak out loud and tell how each other is feeling. (Which is how “Bendy” knows how Henry is doing if he thinks the human might be lying or trying to hide it.)
“Bendy”, however, holds the majority of the power, so he can keep Henry from knowing everything in his head (as well as peer into Henry’s mind/memories when he needs to). He can also cut Henry off to keep him from seeing or feeling something happening. He tells Henry about it but says he’ll try to avoid doing it unless it’s something really bad or will majorly upset the human.
Soul-grabbing involves “Bendy” shoving his hand into the person’s chest, pulling out a ball of light, then shoving it into Henry’s chest instead.
Any soul that gets added is “knocked out” for a while before they wake up and join the mind connections. They’re all in a situation similar to Henry’s, they can see and hear everything but they can’t do anything unless the Demon allows it. Though, for them, all other senses are muted.
But, since the demon has power over the souls once he grabs them, so when he shoves them in, he also tries to mend the soul’s mind/personality while he’s at it.
For some of the souls, it’s easier to mend the damage than others. (Especially since he’s got Henry’s memories to compare them to.) Though it’s never an instant fix.
He might have a “safe haven” that they end up in when he lets Henry’s body rest/sleep. Or at least a spot to let them feel like themselves/have some space instead of being constantly forced to be around each other. (Like a dreamscape house or something. Possibly based on someplace that Henry knows that isn’t the studio.)

I mean, you’re not wrong.
It would fulfil Sammy’s wish as he worded it in the game. From a more pragmatic standpoint, it means he won’t have to deal with Sammy trying to attack him/Henry later in chapter 5 too.
Sammy can’t come back at that point, he’s not gonna get sent to the Puddles, and he gets “released” from his Inky Prison into a flesh-and-blood body.
Win-Win, right?
Though Henry may disagree with that idea.
(Of course, now they’re stuck with the guy until they can fix what Joey did later on.)
Tumblr media
I felt like doing art for the new AU. I know the horn’s are really prominent in his hair here, but just remember that Henry (and the Ink Demons, by extension) would have ink in his hair by now which would make the little black horns less noticeable.
I currently don’t have the brain space to write, but this is roughly how the Demon would try to sway Sammy/The Prophet to his and Henry’s side. (After all, he now has ways he could probably make use of Sammy’s devotion to make all of this easier.)
Or to lull him into a false sense of security before ripping out his soul and stuffing it into the shared body to keep Sammy from being a nuisance later on. (Or to keep him from ratting them out when they went  play along with Malice’s crap to get deeper into the studio.)

BatIM AU: Like A Man Possessed (LAMP) AU
I got hit by a BatIM AU idea when I was in bed this morning, and now I think I've finally gotten to the point where I can put it into words.
Henry is trapped in the loop, and after.... way too long, Henry has a depressive meltdown at the start of the next loop. Just, drops down past the front door and has a breakdown, and refuses to leave. He's too tired, physically, mentally, and emotionally, to continue on and fulfill the twisted story that Joey has him trapped in.
Bendy, though he's supposed to be weakened/unable to appear before the machine can be turned on, drags himself out to figure out what the hell is up with the delay and find Henry on the floor and refusing to do anything. Not even trying to escape the angry/annoyed Ink Demon.
He tells the demon towering over him that "I had a life before this. I had family, friends, a home. And it's gone. It's all gone. Joey took it all before, and now he's done it again. And for what? He already won once, why is he doing it again? What's even the point anymore."
(Henry is fairly certain that the time loop is contained in the studio because he doesn't think Joey has the power to manipulate the entire world otherwise the studio probably wouldn't have gone under in the first place.)
((Also, Joey could have added something to basically blacklist Henry from getting re-hired as an animator. Maybe claim he tried to steal work, or hide how well/much he actually did at the studio, or even just call him a terrible employee. The level of intentional maliciousness is debatable.))
And the Ink Demon listens, because some of this stuff is news to him.
He didn't know about the blacklisting, or what Henry had been doing while gone, or that there had been anyone waiting for Henry to come back after seeing the studio again. Really, what Henry's being put through isn't fair, especially considering the "offense" in question. (Which has already been paid off.)
And frankly, the Ink Demon is tired of all this too.
Tired of chasing the same person (and losing to them) over and over again, of dealing with the same things over and over, losing the same people, fighting the same fights, and being just as trapped as everyone else.
He's sick of this story and wants it to change too.
Then Henry says he doesn't care what the Demon does anymore. He just wants this to finally end. He's tired of having that little glimpse of freedom dangled in front of him in Joey's apartment before Joey sends him back into this hell.
That statement gets the Demon's attention and plants an idea in its head.
Henry gets a few seconds silence, then he's almost drowned in Ink and a full-body pain and he blacks out (thinking that this was the first time he'd died so early in the story, but then again, the Demon had broken the script by appearing so early too.)
When he wakes up, his body is moving on its own (his arms look like they've been dunked in ink and have claws???), grabbing everything needed to start the machine. And quickly realized he can't get control back over himself either. Then he hears a voice in his head go: "Oh, you're finally awake! Good, it was getting boring being in here by myself. Anyways, you're right about this script being overdone, so let's see how we can change it. Yeah?"
"And once we get to the end, we can have some wORds wiTH mR. DrEW."
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Basically, Henry is possessed, has 0 control over the situation, and is very panicked but also kinda relieved/delighted because holy shit, this is NEW. This is new and different and has never happened before! And he's finally had it confirmed that the Ink Demon wasn't just a mindless beast, it could think and talk and apparently take people over?!
The Demon, on the other hand, is having a grand time not being ink, actually seeing the world, and breaking things with an ax.
(Also, he peered through Henry's memories and he wants to see all of that. He wants to see that bright colorful world! Feel the wind and grass and cloth, taste food that's not conjured from Ink)
Of course, since the demon now has (mostly) free access to Henry's memories, he's got a new perspective of everyone at the studio.
And how insane/over the top Joey's "revenge" on them all is.
So, part of the demon's plan is to meddle in their scripted fates. What exactly this means is debatable, but I'd say he either tries to sway them to his and Henry's side or rips out their soul so they can't go back to the ink and stuff them in Henry until the Demon can think of something better to do with them later.
Henry's body still looks mostly human, but there are new (but subtle) demon-ish features that have appeared thanks to the demon.
Horns tucked into his hair, clawed hands, pointed teeth, and maybe a (currently) rather small tail. Those features get larger/more threatening when the demon is angry/making a threat/BEING a threat.
But otherwise, in the dark, ink-stained studio, no one would notice them if they weren’t looking for them.

So. It’s been a While.
Hey all, it’s been a while since I’ve actually posted anything to this blog, but Bendy has been on the brain for the past 24 hours and I’ve had a minor realization.
I never said what my intended ending for my Vampire Henry AU was. I’ve had a loose...  Outline?  Idea?  Of what I wanted for the ending for this story, but I just never got around to writing it out.  I figured that, since I’ve let this AU hang for so long, I may as well tell yall what would have been in store for everyone.
So Here’s How the Vampire Henry AU was gonna Go/End
Basically, Henry would gather all the remaining employees and the toons and try to figure out how to get everyone out.
Except, everyone is very insistent that they can’t leave.  That Joey did something to them/to the machine that keeps them from being able to escape.  But they’ve all come to the united decision that they need to at least get Henry out.  That he can still leave, and he should leave.  Before Joey gets the chance to trap him too.
Henry decides the only only way to get out, the only way to end all of this, is to finally confront Joey himself.  (Much to everyone else’s worry/horror.)  They try to talk him out of it, but he doesn’t listen/let them.
They don’t deserve what Joey’s done to them.  They shouldn’t have to suffer for whatever it is that Joey wanted to cause all this.
So he descends into the deepest parts of the studio  (since that’s where he’s been told Joey is)  with everyone he’s gathered following worriedly behind him.
(He’s also probably mentioned that he hasn’t eaten/fed since he came to Studio, and is honestly feeling pretty sick by now from how hungry he is.)
At first, Henry tries talking to Joey when he finds him.  (Hoping that his old friend might still be there, somewhere.)  Joey goes into a long, dramatic speech trying to get Henry to join/help him, even admitting to making a deal with a demon to do everything he’s done with the studio. As he goes, the vampire realizes something.
Henry comes to a simple (and very sad) realization while talking to the person who’s been at the root of all of this.
That’s not Joey.
It’s his face, it’s his voice, but the person in front of him isn’t Joey.  And it probably hasn’t been Joey for a very long time, and he says as much to the man.
He also says that he wants no part in this.  In any of this.
He’s not joining Joey’s mad scheme, not siding with any demons, not being part of this.  All he wants is for this to end.  To go home and live his life.
Joey isn’t happy to hear that.
A fight breaks out, (one befitting the whole “deal with a demon” thing), and that’s the first Joey learns that Henry is a vampire.
This is actually a really big problem for him.
Joey’s deal was basically him trading the souls of the people in the studio for his and Henry’s creations to come to life.
Originally, when Joey was still himself, Joey was completely willing to trade his own soul to bring the toons to life.  But the demon he summoned said they couldn’t take/use his soul for that. Saying he valued everyone else over himself, making his soul less valuable for the Deal.
The demon said he would still make the Deal, but it would come with some conditions.
Joey would need to the souls of all the founding/important humans of the studio to bring the toons to life (and glory to the studio as well.)
Unfortunately, the one “founder” he was missing was Henry.  So he called Henry there to try and finally finish the Deal to “fix” everything.  Which was best accomplished by killing Henry and taking his soul.  (Which is why everything is so twisted/dangerous/deadly when Henry gets there.)
Except, if Henry was a vampire, that couldn’t happen.
(Not sure if it means Henry doesn’t have a soul, if he still has a soul but it’s just not human anymore, or if just part of his soul is gone and that’s the problem.)
Upon realizing that, everything starts falling apart because now Joey can’t complete his Deal.  He can’t provide the final Human Soul needed to maintain/complete the Deal.
[I’m not actually sure what happens to Joey at this point.  Part of me wants to say that the demon takes his soul as a kind of punishment for not finishing the Deal,  him being tied to Henry in some way to make up for the harm he did  (no idea how,  but I can’t help feeling like this one could be pretty cruel depending on HOW is was done.  Like if he was made into a Thrall),  or something else.]
After the fight, everything starts to undo itself the staff turning back, the building changing back to how it was before the machine/demon twisted it. (Toons stay though!  Not sure how to justify it right now, but they are going to stay.)
And Henry collapses to the ground.  Because, without the adrenaline to distract him, his body has basically remembered that he’s starving to death at the moment.
He’s too starved and weak to even go feral by this point, and can’t do anything save himself.
Everyone is terrified, panicked, and doesn’t know what to do to help Henry.  But one of the employees comes up with the idea of letting Henry bite them, hoping that they’re changing back fast enough for their blood to be drinkable for him.
(I wanna say Norman, Allison, or Tom have the idea.  Because the 3 of them seem to be the most...  Solid?  I guess?  They seem to be the least unstable/inky compared to everyone else.  Especially Norman.)
Thankfully, their idea works and Henry is able to eat enough to not die, but he does still pass out afterward.
When Henry comes too, they’re all hurrying to the upper floors out of fear that the building (or rather, the lower floors) only existed because of the Demon.  And without it, they were collapsing/falling apart.
Henry (despite still being hungry and a bit weak) starts yelling directions from his memory of the upper levels, and working to get everyone out safely again.  They get back to the safer floors in time, and watch the passageway they were sprinting through dissolve into ink behind them.  Henry starts guiding them the rest of the way, and they all finally making it to the final door of the studio.
The hole in the floor that Henry fell through is still there,  but it’s navigated fairly easily by them hunting down some wooden planks and laying them over it to make a bridge for them to cross.
And once they get out, he leads them to the house/apartment he owns in town  (it’s night, so they can all travel safely)  and everyone just collapses where they are.
Henry only joins after slipping out and finally  (finally!)  getting a proper meal in him.
Things happen, mostly about everyone feeling like a fish out of water from how much everything has changed since Joey trapped them.  (Many of them coming to terms with everything they lost).
Eventually, everyone  (on their own or in a group)  asks to stay with Henry to make new lives for themselves.  Many even asking to be turned so they can just...  Stay.  With him.  Where it’s familiar and safe.
(Not too sure who, tbh.   Sammy for sure, possibly Norman and Wally too.  Hell, maybe it’s everyone in the end.  Unfortunately, they may have made the choice because they have no where else to go.  But at least Henry does his best to help/care for them.)
And Henry ends with a new colony formed from his old coworkers from JDS, the toons real and in his life, and him finally establishing a territory from the town he’d had so many major points in his life in.
