Immediately thought of Cephalobot when I was watching this scene in Alita: Battle Angel. I'm glad I painted it my way. Another interesting fact about Cephalobot is that his name in Chinese was Giger, which reminds me of H.R. Giger. Hope you enjoy this crossover.

Something that I really love about her animal art is that she conveys so much specificity even while using heavily stylized and simplified shapes. It's never a "generic bird," it's always clearly a particular animal/species being portrayed

The breadth of styles in which she worked is also pretty incredible

Well I got good news for you kiddo, this website has you covered! Originally @modmad made a post about it, but her link stopped working and I managed to fix it, so here’s a new post. Basically, this is a costume rental website for plays and stage shows and what not, they have outfits for several different decades from medieval to the 1980s. LOOK AT THIS SELECTION:
