i mean on one hand, I get it she's beautiful and she played lucrezia flawlessly and I can understand how lucrezia brings "the realm's delight" line from the books to life, but on the other hand....i fell in love with both milly and emma's portrayals of rhaenyra upon each of their first scenes so idk why people are so quick to want to re-cast her (the character!!)? the only complaint I have really is rhaenyra's costumes for a lot s1 looked cheap and ill-fitting and unfit for how she's described to have dressed.

thinking about the implications of lucrezia asking the maidservant if her husband's hands are soft, finding out that no, they're not in 1x04 or 1x05 (i forget rn and am too lazy to look it up). and then in 1x09 when cesare sneaks up behind her, she sees his hands before she sees his face and the first words out of her mouth are " i have missed those hands" .....like, that implies she was hoping her husband's hands would be like her brother's ....soft and gentle!! i'll repeat that again....SHE WAS HOPING HER *HUSBAND'S* HANDS WOULD BE LIKE HER *BROTHER'S*
