My go-to Hanoi lunch; rice noodle salad with soy-lime-chili dressing, a bunch of fresh herbs, and a billion vegetables. About 40 cents’ worth of pure deliciousness. P.S: I’m not sure if the picture does it justice, but that bowl is frickin’ enormous--  definitely not intended for single portions.
