Hi, I'm the one who asked if we can ask questions. I was wondering what quoiplatonic would mean. When going in the tag, I only saw people who couldn't tell if something was platonic or not. But that was the same kind of thing I saw for quoiromanticism, and that ended up having additional meanings that described me. Basically, I want to use quoiplatonic in the same way I use quoiromantic: to say that I don't have that orientation or think in those terms. Can I?

the very concept of platonic attraction and orientation isn't really spoken about outside of really specific aspec circles so i'm not surprised only the most watered down version of quoiplatonic is being talked about.

tbh, if i were to label it, i would probably be quoiplatonic as well, and quoi for every attraction/orientation that isn't sexual. but romance is the main thing that comes up due to amatonormativity, so quoiro is sort of my main one but even that i don't label sometimes because people love to amatonormatively assume that any statement on romance equals a romantic orientation.
