Role Hierarchy

Sect; a group of Amazons, led by a Queen, a Warrior, Provider, Scholar, Gatherer, Entertainer, and a Shaman. 

Caste; a social class defined by skill. For example a Warrior or Provider.

Clan; a group of people related to one another by blood or adoption.

Tribe; a group of people of the same Caste that live together on the same land

Guild; a group of people of the same Caste, and different tribes, that come together to sell services to other Amazons.

The Bless’ed; a group of Amazons that have been blessed in the image of the goddesses, that serve a religious and medicinal role for the Amazons.

Sect -> Bless’ed -> Tribe -> Guild

Sect

There are seven different sects in Lumis. They are ruled by the Empress of all of Lumis, who is also the Queen of the Lunari Sect. The other six sects are ruled only by Queens, who function as advisors and lesser kings for the Empress. Each of the sects are usually one species, for example the Eldur sect is mostly Lamia (Vampires). While there are more Amazon’s within the sect than a Clan, every Caste within the sect is held by a Clan. The Castes all have their own supports, like ladies maids. 

The Lunari Sect

The royal sect, ruled by the Moon Clan. Typically all the members of the Lunari Sect are Maggen (equivalent to humans). The Moon Clan’s clan head being the Empress of Lumis and Queen of the Lunari Sect. The other caste members of the Lunari Sect are leaders of their own respective Caste’s.

The Eldur Sect

A sect of mainly Lamia (Vampires). The Eldur Sect is currently led by the Taylor Clan. The Caste titles and roles within the Eldur Sect are slightly different to the typical Caste titles and roles, to better fit with their species. This is reflected in each of the Sects to help better support themselves and their needs.

The Cathwulf Sect

A sect filled with Veer (werecreatures like werewolves). It is led by the Fern Clan.

This sect is for mermaids, and led by the Pearl Clan.

Tribe

It is led by an Overseer. There are 204 Tribes per the 2520 census. There are 500 to 2,500 people within a Tribe. They are all of the same Caste, and almost always a part of a Guild. Individual people of a tribe can join a Guild, unless that tribe already belongs to a Guild. 62 of the 204 tribes are signed to a Guild.

Guild

Led by a Magistrate. A guild sells services to the general public of Lumis. Not including crops and animal products from the Gatherer Tribes. Multiple Tribes of the same Caste can sign to one Guild. A Guild also must follow Caste rules, each Guild specifies what it provides by what kind of Faction a Tribe is that has signed with the Guild or by the individual Faction of members that have joined. For example the Postal Service Guild is supported by the Academic Faction.

The Bless’ed

Since they are the religious and medicinal leaders of Lumis there is an intricate Hierarchy within the Bless’ed group. They are led by four Grand High Priestesses and High Priestesses. The Grand Elemental Temples are run by a Grand High Priestess and four High Priestesses. Normal temples will typically have one or two High Priestesses. Within these temples are Priestesses, Sisters, Shamans, Prioress, and Bless’ed. (Bless’ed within the temples refers to the children who are raised at the temple. I usually write this as Bless’ed instead of The Bless’ed)
