Post Independence

I am still a little sick but feeling much better now. This is like more than a week delay. I thought I haven't been to Rizal park until I remembered the walled mini theater with the light play. I have been there during our Manila school trip when I was in grade school. It still amazes me how the sculptures, specially that of Rizal's execution, radiate so much life. It's like you can feel the mood and for that I say, Kudos to the artist who made it.

They speak for themselves.

Last Call

Before my internet gets crazy again and my headache gets worse, here's my last call for summer.

I say, "Carpe Diem!" It's not everyday that we are given an opportunity to travel.

Boracay's sands and water is beautiful.

Sunset's divine. I wish I could get back some time soon.

May be a less expensive room and may be with some friends now.

Don't get me wrong. I enjoyed the time with my parents.

I still have to try parasailing(almost going to do it but papa keeps on saying no because its too expensive), the atv up hill and more swimming and chilling in the sands.

Food Day

Papicake and I wanted to go out and take some pictures but we were undecided on what our subject was. I was craving for food. May be a cute cupcake will do. So we decided on "foodography". hahaha. Where? I was thinking of SM Aura since I wanted him to see the view deck as well.

There's a new chicken in the sky up there. I tasted my first bump in the head and it hurt. x.x

Still in search of a neat table, good lighting, a good food subject without  hurting our pockets, we ended up in the mall's sleek food court. haha.

He was excited on the bronuts. It was something new in my ears and I definitely like the sound of new.

What are Bronuts? They looked and tasted like croissants in donut shaped form but with a twist. After all the engine search, I found this. They're clearly brothers who are crazy for donuts.

So a shared Bronut plus something healthy from Pepper Lunch.

I honestly still got hungry after an hour. x.x hoho.

This was papicake's and he got hungry after an hour or so too. We ate again at Banapple after but we did not manage to finish our food. We were so stuffed we took home half of our dinner. ^^
