A friendly reminder that this is what 5’3” 190 lbs can also look like (193 after breakfast, lunch, and dinner 😉). Our bodies are amazing and come in so many different forms. Stop letting the scale control your life. Yes, fitness is much more than calories in vs. out. No, the BMI chart is not accurate to reflect obesity or overall health.
I used to let the cliche gym posts bother me. They bothered me SO MUCH, that I went mad. I spent close to $2000.00 on bloodwork, labs, and weight loss clinics just to hear “you’re healthy, please avoid weighing yourself and scales to measure success.”
Eat healthy. Nourish your body. Exercise as often as possible. Go outside whenever you have the opportunity. Take care of yourself and know that numbers are deceiving.
