I want Natsu to get hurt.

It seems like we are in the final arc of the story but at the same time Mashima has said that we are at most halfway through the story. So I'm not really sure what is going to happen. But regardless of how long we have left Natsu needs to to get hurt. He needs to fail.

I do think there is some groundwork laid for Natsu divergent from his usual ways I'm just not sure if we will get to see it. Mashima tends to lean into fan service of more than just one type and it hurts the story a lot. So I'm not entirely sure if Natsu not being able to fight his way out of a problem is something we will ever get to see. But we need to see it.

We are up against people who specialise in fire magic in a guide ran by a fire dragon. I want Natsu to be fail here. I want him to be overwhelmed because everything that he can do, everything that has worked before isn't working anymore.

I want there to be at least one time where he is able to do absolutely nothing to save himself and needs to be saved by others.

I want there to be a situation where Natsu can't win. I think that's something he desperately needs for his character development. Because his overall careless attitude comes from being able to fight through his problems almost every time if not every single time.

He has tried to show a little bit of restraint before and I really, really need him to get her and be helpless and be rescued to drive that point home.

Context: Juvia went into Gray's office without knowing that it's his office (na may bedroom)

(make it make sense for the sake of this fic lol!)

When Gray read that message, he knew he had to see her and go to where she was.

So he did.

And there she was...

She had never looked so beautiful. She'd always been beautiful.

Perhaps it's because it's been a while since he's seen her this close...

And finally, when he looked into her eyes...

There was life... Hope...

He pulled her towards him and embraced her.

He clung to her, as if his life depended on it.

They both cried and said the three little words they'd been dying to say,

"I love you."

The rain finally stopped, and the moon shined.

There was a bright future ahead.

I had fun writing it with a language I'm comfortable in. Though Tagalog is not really my mother tongue haha.

Somebody please write a fanfic where Juvia battled against an opponent who can curse someone with a disease and they cursed Juvia with a Hanahaki Disease.

Juvia shouldn't be infected because it's not actually one-sided. However, since Juvia doesn't really feel assured of Gray's feelings towards her, she got infected.

And Gray who found this out (and Juvia's dying lol) was like, "Wdym? I love you so much. I can't believe you doubted my feelings towards you." And Juvia's like, "Well, you never made it clear to me."

Oh, let's make it worse or better, Juvia can't say anything about her disease or it'll get worse 🤭
