omfg i broke my fast early 💔💔 the food i binged on wasn’t even good i’m so disappointed in myself . i’m fasting until monday bc i’m going out to eat but i’m just so tired . i just want self control and to control my cravings . i just want to have control . my biggest source of feeling like i had control was s/h , but my dad found out and now i can’t even have that . s/h is so much easier than having an ed bc then i wouldn’t have to care about what people thought of me since my scars were hidden . but with my ed , i feel like everyone can see my disgusting body and make fun of me behind my back about how much i eat and how fat i am . i purged my binge and my head hurts so bad . i don’t want to go into recovery or therapy i just want to be skinny :( i feel so uncomfortably full i miss how i felt literally a day ago .
