Hello, Friends & Acquaintances! I hope you're having a beautiful weekend! I want to let you know about my Yoga Pallas on ZOOM lessons which meet on SUNDAYS, with new groups forming on TUESDAYS, pending suffiicient interest. This is a VERY gentle lesson - no previous experience necessary- suitable for all ages, from " 7 to 107". I offer modifications for the mobility challenged, as well. I am truly touched, humbled, and blown away by the beautiful feedback I am receiving from my students (from all around the world), so I feel compelled to share.
