The stair fandom is weighing in, here to destroy poor Crowley's incorporeal knees.
I just think that it'd be funny if, after all this speculation about how horrible Crowley's Fall was and his drunken rambling of "a million-light-year freestyle dive into a pool of boiling sulfur", it turned out he just had the longest most boring elevator ride ever down to basement Hell and then stepped in a very small puddle of warm sludge of questionable origin when the doors opened.

Inspired by this post: https://www.tumblr.com/draculagerard/733688410406027264/yeah
So, Dream of 1000 Cats has established that animals perceive their own version of Dream. And it seems to be down to a species level - the Siamese perceives Dream of Cats as a Maine Coon, but she does not see him as, say, a lion.
We’ve seen (house)Cat!Dream and Dog!Dream in fandom. People seem to assume Bird!Dream would be a raven. But that’s too general. As with cats, there are many many species of birds.
So may I present, Dream of the Potoo Birds:

. . . Is it what was the writing process like? What was the inspiration for the book? Regardless, and I mean this in a kind tone, doing school work means leaning into self-led research skills. Chances are that your questions are already answered with sources right there for your project. And one of the positive things about the internet is that it can be such a good collection of information over time. Because if someone were to use a search engine like Google to look up extra information about the inspiration for a book, for example The Graveyard Book, then they may quickly find the answers they need directly from the author already available. Such as:
youtube
Which is from 11 months ago. Meanwhile, here's one from 13 years ago:
youtube
While I don't think it's in The Graveyard Book's, there are sometimes audiobooks that have words from the author at the end of it. I know I heard a version of Neil's The Ocean at the End of the Lane audiobook with him talking about the story's creation. So, that's a resource that I think not many people realize to look for as well... I'm into audiobooks lately.
This might have also been an excuse for me to share interesting insight about The Graveyard Book. And the wealth of author interviews you can find on even Youtube.
Excuse me , mr Gaiman, i apologize if it looks extremly specific but what was the production context behind the graveyard book, it's for a school work.
I don't know what that means.

From the Neil Gaiman: Dream Dangerously :) (you can watch it here in US or with US vpn :) <;3) (or just this bit on youtube here :))
Terry Pratchett: One day he rang me up and said, "I've started a book and, I think it's good, but I haven't the faintest idea where it goes." So, I said, "All right, well, send me the pages." And I read it and wrote him back and said, "I don't know where it goes either, but I do know what happens next."
Neil Gaiman: I was pretty much nocturnal then, so I would write my chunk of Good Omens before I went to bed, and I'd go to sleep about five o'clock in the morning and I'd get up about one o'clock in the afternoon and my answering machine would be flashing on, and I'd press the button and a voice would say, "Get up, get up you lazy bastard, I've just written a good bit."
Terry Pratchett: We did it as a kind of holiday, because if it crashed and burned, nobody would notice.

You could say that the opening credits of Dead Boy Detectives are humorously humerus.

Announcing the theme for Terry Pratchett Day 2024: START IN THE WRONG PLACE.
You'll hear people say time and time again that you can start anywhere with Terry Pratchett's work, but don't start in the right place*, so let's truly embrace the joy and chaos to be found in the many routes through Discworld and beyond.
We will be making Sunday 28th April, Sir Terry Pratchett's birthday, one brimming with bookish delight, celebrating the many ways we love and travel through his work, and we're inviting you to join us.
Follow along with The Terry Pratchett Estate to stay up to date. We will be sharing more ahead of the weekend on how to get involved.
*A lot of people say the right place is anything but the right place, which in turn, may make it an equally wrong place...
