Jelly Hearts sweet hack!❤️ 👨‍🍳 You'll need: Mix-a-Mousse Vanilla Flavour Shake Raspberry & Elderflower Water Flavouring 🥣Method: 1️⃣ Mix up your base layer, by adding water and Mix-A-Mousse to Vanilla Flavour Shake. Pour this into your heart shaped moulds (or any shape of your choosing), so each mould is half full. 2️⃣ Set in the fridge for 30-45 minutes. 3️⃣ For the top layer, combine boiled water, Mix-A-Mousse and Raspberry and Elderflower Water Flavouring. ❤️ Jellies ❤️ They are totally delicious and really help when you feel the need to nibble or a bit peckish in between products/food. Also great for a Sunday movie night! 300mls warm water 3 scoops mix-a-mousse 1 scoop water flavouring Put it all into a bowl and whizz with a hand blender. Let the mixture settle. Scrape off the foam and pour into an ice cube tray. Silicone ones are best (easier to pop out). Pop in the fridge and within a few hours you have delicious jelly sweets for whenever you need them! I always have some ready in the fridge! Wise Words Saturday! ❓WHATS HOLDING YOU BACK ❓ From fellow consultant Anne - So many people I talk to about going for their goals, are stuck in a mindset that prevents them from either starting or sticking to a plan. Here’s some of my top tips to help realise your goals .✅ 1: Let Go Of Fear Fear of change or failure that’s embedded from early years. Fear of rejection or the unknown can really hold you back. Did you know fear is just a thought? It’s created in your own mind which makes you overestimate the challenge and underestimate your ability. You set limits which then perpetuate the fear. Try and recognise exactly what your ‘fear ‘ is and then control what is within your control to reduce this fear. 2: Don’t Get Stuck In The Past Each time you reflect on “that time when” you failed, fell, or underachieved you reset that same physical, emotional and physiological response. This creates the state of ‘ frozen’. Practice forgiveness to move past this. Maybe write a letter to express your feelings then burn it and see your frozen state disappear in smoke. 3.Realise Your Potential Most of our adult beliefs about ourselves were developed in the first 8 years of our lives. Many need to either remind ourselves of those moments we were praised and encouraged or erase the less helpful ones that we’d amount to nothing or I might as well give up. Make a vision board - all the pictures and words that reflect who you want to be and how you want to live your life. Visualise yourself there already and practice positive affirmations. Remember YOU CAN DO IT and YOU DESERVE TO BE THE BEST YOU CAN BE ‼️ Drop us a DM today!
