Look me in the eyes and tell me this man isn't an abusive parent. I dare you.

Thinking about my dear friend Phoenix Wright showing vital evidence to murderers on MULTIPLE occasions and then being surprised when they steal it from him, and using "I broke into a place illegally" as a reasoning for his claims in a literal court of law. He's so stupid I love him.

I love that Lang makes his assistant read everything for him. It sort of implies he can't read.

I love Ema's theme. It just feels so... optimistic.

How the characters in aai 1 are treating the subject of Manfred Von Karma is fascinating. He keeps coming up as like... an example of an effective prosecutor or as Miles' great mentor and nobody really acknowledges that he killed somebody. Almost like they're desperate to keep the "perfect" image of him that they had in their heads.
Edgeworth himself is remarkably silent whenever the topic comes up. I don't think he's fully processed what happened.

Why is he more offended that he's been accused of tampering with evidence than that he was accused of murder?
