Good morning all 🖤🖤🖤 It’s Thursday I’ll pop up some #tbt (throw back Thursday snaps later on) for anyone new. Just a little round up of who we are: My name is Liz. I’m originally from Dublin Ireland. I used to be an art teacher and a full time artist. Currently live in Liverpool with my daughter & husband who’s from Liverpool! I came up with the idea of Oakes Candles in the end of 2015 making my first Candles in my kitchen. We’ve moved on a lot since then from hand labelled tins to our gorgeous luxe glassware we started to use in 2016. We’re the original vegan friendly candle company from Liverpool using eco-friendly soy wax blend (never paraffin) All our glassware is repurposeable which means you can used it about the house when your done with your candle. Our plastic clam shells are made from recycled plastic so we’re doing our absolute best for the environment too and always evolving. All our candles are all made by hand in our south liverpool workshop, where we also have our showroom & shop 🖤🖤🖤 If you have any questions about any of our products just dm us or pop a question below!
