L O O K I N G   B A C K

From the time he was born, Ron lived a pretty normal suburban life. A loving mother and father, living right next door to his best friend, Kim, going to school, and it seemed his only diversity was his naked mole rat Rufus. That was until Kim started getting an itch for vigilantism. Ronan became the sidekick to all her crazy adventures, helping her out whenever he could and always making sure she had backup when she went on an adventure. Having always been what people described as a little weird or a little different, Kim was the only person who never judged or made fun of Ron. It’s why he was always happy to go on adventures with her even if he was scared or thought she was better off without him. Ron wanted to make sure she was protected and that he could help her out, after all she was his best friend. 

His father wasn’t too happy with the fact that he followed Kim around getting into mischief. He thought that all of this saving the world nonsense was just that nonsense. There was no real career in helping people. The man wanted Ron to be a doctor like he was, or a lawyer like his grandfather; Ron however was never interested in a desk job with a lot of paperwork. It was a hard thing to try to make his parents understand that he was just not cut from the same cloth as them. When he got accepted to NYU with Kim his parents hoped he’d see that something safer, and less risky was a better idea for him but instead it was the exact opposite. Instead, through “crime fighting" with Kim and going on their little adventures, Ron discovered his passion for solving crimes. Given how clumsy he was, Ron was always better at the brain power part of the solving things. With Kim’s bravery and Ron’s Brain power they’re still a pretty perfect team.

C U R R E N T   E V E N T S

If there was anyone more excited to be starting their first year in the NYPD, it would definitely be Ron. After working so hard to get his degree and prove himself capable of joining the force, Ron was ecstatic that they made the force. Sure, he’s still isn’t as graceful or as nimble as his ex-cheerleader best friend, but he’s getting there. Being able to learn and keep working alongside Kim is pretty much the dream come true. The two have always been practically inseparable and he wouldn’t want that to change now. It was a difficult adjustment to a big city from a small town for the man. Ronan was never as outgoing or confident as Kim, making friends and fitting in was harder for him. However he worked hard and achieving his goals has made it all worthwhile. With solving crimes and battling to keep the streets of New York safe, Ron knows that they have to prove themselves as cops if they want to make it to detective one day. They’ll get there he knows but for now he is excited to see them thrive learn and make their name in the big city. Ronan knows that he’s practically living the dream and there are days he would swear he’d just wake up from the life he was living.

Ron is the kind of guy who insists that he’s the coolest guys around even though he tends to be on the dorky side. Still, once they get to know him people tend to like him. He also has a habit of eating at least triple his weight when it comes to Mexican food. It’s not quite the same in New York as back home but it helps fill the void of Middleton’s infamous Bueno Nacho. As many know, he’s a gigantic klutz and can be a bit cowardly. With the fact that he stumbles over himself and his words, his charm can be a bit diminished. Nonetheless, he’s a great and loyal friend with a heart of gold who is ready to take his life into the next level.

Kimberly Possible { Best Friend } : There’s no Ron without his best friend Kim. They’ve been thick as thieves ever since they could remember. From preschool adventures to living their best lives in the big city, Ron can’t imagine his life without Kim. She’s smart, talented, funny and he will always be there to support and protect her as best as he can. Even if most of the time she ends up protecting him.

Shelby Gomes { Dislike } : Shelby has never been nice to Ron. She’s mean spirited and he sees right through her “nice” act. Ron doesn’t trust her as far as he could throw her and Ron makes sure that he keeps an eye on her.

Callista Jane Hook { Friend } : CJ is confident and outgoing like Kim and maybe that’s why Ron likes the younger girl. She roasts him mercilessly but it’s different than the others and Ron can see she’s going to go places.

Maverick Hatter grew up in Maine with a silver spoon in his mouth…until he spat it out, literally. He hated the galas, his prep school, the prim and proper tea parties that his mother threw every Sunday morning, the golf games with his father that he was forced to attend, he hated it all. Instead, he constantly rebelled, locking himself away in his room, finding solace with his grandfather’s old typewriter. He didn’t have many friends growing up, but between his father and his little sister, Mackenzie, they were his saving grace. That was until the mood swings started that nearly pushed Mackenzie away for good. He couldn’t understand why he was losing control. One minute he was hyperactive, adventurous, and wild, the next, he was somber, withdrawn, and violently angry, his highs happening for the first six months and his lows happening towards the last six months. His grandfather, a former psychiatrist then learned that his grandson battled between the highs and lows of bipolar disorder and fought to get custody for the boy and his sister seeing that the environment with his holier-than-thou parents was toxic for the children. The last thing the man wanted was for his grandchildren to spiral out of control as adolescents and adults.

After moving with his grandfather and his sister to Manhattan, Maverick was happier. His moods were improving and were more under control, and he was able to finally make some friends. He found a love in journalism and often found himself reading old New York Times articles. It was by reading an old New York Times article where he ran into Alexandra Crims and he was instantly smitten with her. After a few failed attempts of shooting his shot with her, she accepted his date, and for a while he was over the moon with having her by his side, until he realized, her heart wasn’t truly in it because she had already fallen for someone else. Angry and heartbroken, he decided to have a little fun and blackmailed her, for a moment, it worked, until Alexandra’s temper got the best of her and he wound up heartbroken with a broken nose. It was then, he decided he was swearing off dating and would simply focus on his journalism and making sure his family was taken care of.

After years of hard work at NYU, The New York Times got a taste for what Maverick Hatter could bring to the table, and they were more than impressed by his work that two of his articles were published and now he is a proud journalist for the times. His life has been on a slow, but steady uphill swing with his grandfather and sister partnering to open up a tea shop in LES. As he continues to get his life in order and continue to live out his dream, he’s been concerned of his sister becoming involved in the Aurdonne and Vinelli conflict. While he does understand her need to want to help New York become a better city, he feels that it’s best to remain neutral in order to survive. He feels that Mackenzie becoming involved could mean a target on their back and the last thing he wants to do is wind up back in Maine, near his parents.

Alexandra Crims {Ex-Girlfriend} : Alexandra was the first one to ever break his heart, thus giving her the nickname “the queen of hearts”. He’s remorseful for what he did to her and hopes that she’d forgive him in some way, especially since their sisters are very close friends.

Kevin Adebayo {Best Friend} : Kevin Adebayo is like a brother to Maverick. While understanding his circumstance of wanting to lay low, he often encourages Kevin to live life as if it were his last, getting him out of his shell and willing to explore the city around them.

Mackenzie Hatter is the youngest of the Hatter siblings and sure, while living like a princess had its perks, like getting to eat ice cream with cereal for breakfast, her parents truly didn’t care about her existence, nor her brother’s. It made her question often if she could try have everything she could ever wanted and be loved, and her grandfather, taught her that she could. She and her brother, often felt more at home on the long weekends and holidays they got to spend with him in Manhattan than they ever did back up in Maine. They were able to feel like kids and have fun! Things took a turn for the worse as time went on with Maverick suddenly having mood swings and her parents becoming less and less attentive, Mackenzie felt as if it were her job to take care of her big brother in the best way that she could, but there was only so much one could do as a kid, and so she reached out to her grandfather, and a nasty custody battle ensued, thankfully, their grandfather won and Mackenzie didn’t look back when she left that big house on the hill in Maine.

She thrived more than ever in New York, from making friends around every corner to her school. She was a straight-A student with an interest in botany and, tea. She used these two passions of hers to study more about the different types of tea and how botany often plays a big role into making the best teas. Her grandfather, too, had the same interest, and taught her more about it through reading and studying together. After time went on, Mackenzie had a dream to open up her own tea shop called The Mad Hatters’. She often sketched out pseudo menus, the design of the place from where the teas would be held to where people could sit and chat. Then one day, her grandfather came to her with a surprise: her very own tea shop. The two both co-owned it, but for the time being, he would be running the administrative work until she graduated and was more well-versed into it, but Mackenzie is simply over the moon she and her grandfather can share their love of tea with the rest of the city.

C U R R E N T   E V E N T S

With Mackenzie’s final year of college growing near, she’s still preparing herself to help her grandfather run the more administrative work at her tea shop. However, things have been a bit topsy-turvy with Margaret’s pitch on helping unite the AKs and the VKs. While her grandfather is strictly Aurdonne allied due to their family name, Mackenzie does understand where the VKs come from and she would love nothing more to help unite the city. She feels that it’s time that the Hatter name shouldn’t just be known to be with the Aurdonnes, but instead it should extend to the Vinellis as well. She hates to see the divisiveness around the city and that’s why her tea shop is such a big deal, she wants to make it a haven for both sides to congregate, for both sides to make peace with each other and to enjoy the other’s company. She agrees with her best friend that it’s time to put an end to the war and she’s willing to do whatever it takes to help.

Maverick Hatter {Older Brother} : Maverick is her protector, but she, too, is very protective over her older brother. While she does agree that he still needs to get his life in check, she believes in him and knows that he’s capable of doing good in the world.

Matthew Gothel was the oldest son to Stephen and Emilia Gothel. He was supposed to hold the keys to the kingdom, be the heir to take over the empire. However unlike his younger sister Madelyn, Matthew couldn’t care less. He really didn’t need the big fancy corporate job, or the posh penthouse apartment. Matthew hated how corrupt his family was, and all the ways that they lined their own pockets. Matthew would have preferred a simple life much to his family’s dismay. Perfectly content to let Madelyn do what she does best and take over Matthew was more concerned with his writing career. 

Due to being bullied as a kid when it came out that he was gay, Matthew began journaling to help with his self esteem. He would write about anything and everything and eventually stories would start to blossom from his creative mind. The young man and all of his teachers quickly realized that he had a gift, and so instead of business courses Matthew took writing classes, literature, and majored in English. Of course his father would have preferred him to get a real job, or to seem to have a backbone however matthew really wasn’t concerned with what his father thought about him. 

C U R R E N T   E V E N T S

Matthew has had some struggles along the years, he naturally takes after his family which means he’s prone to manipulation, compulsion, and deceit. He wants to be a better person than that however, it’s a nature he has to fight. Not to mention his struggles with addiction which have kept him from continuing on his righteous path a few times. Matthew tries his best not to think about or dwell on his rehab stint, but his father sometimes holds it over his head as to why he shouldn’t be trusted to make good decisions. The man does what he can to be a better example to the younger VK’s hoping to show them they can be something more than they’ve always been but with his internalized issues and warring mind it’s hard to. He’s a bit more reserved definitely not a fan of the limelight like the rest of his family preferring to hang back and stay out of the spotlight. Even if he’s not at all like his sister he still loves her and wants to protect her from turning out as evil and awful as their father. 

Matthew wrote a hit book before he went into rehab and he’s currently working on another. Living back at his parents penthouse he’s decided to try to cut ties with the bad influences in his life and really concentrate on doing what he does best... write.m Matthew is also trying to give back volunteering for charities and hoping to ease his own conscious. It’s not an easy task by any means but he does his best. The young man will still find himself getting into sticky and messy situations. When this happens he doesn’t like it and while he tries not to his temper and and anger issues can flare up. Not to mention the addiction side of him wants to cave. Matthew tries not to let these things happen but again he is a Gothel after all.

Madelyn Gothel {Sister} : Even though they’re opposites and don’t understand each other’s dreams and desires the Gothel siblings have always been extremely close. Matthew looks out for Madelyn, he makes sure that she doesn’t become her own destruction and she’s done the same for him. Madelyn was the only one who visited him in Rehab and the the only one who he actually cares about in his family. He wants nothing more than to ensure that she gets her dreams without turning into their father. 

Rhiannon Gothel {Cousin} : Rhiannon was the annoying kid that Matthew and Madelyn were always stuck babysitting. They were never asked if they wanted to, they were never given an option and due to this the two resented Rhiannon. They found her naivety and her optimism annoying, and Madelyn and Matthew would torment Rhiannon to no end. Matthew was never as bad as Madelyn but he in his own angst and anger was definitely guilty of tormenting the young woman and it’s something he has never really spoken with her about. 

Xavier Maldad {Friends With Benefits} : Matthew met the bad boy with the crooked smile and it was just his type. Even though he was supposed to stay away from the chaotic, away from the party scene, Xavier was like his drug. Intoxicated in the man their relationship was purely physical but with everything Matthew had on his plate really that was all he needed. The two men are not dating something Xavier makes perfectly clear and it only drives Matthew wild enough to keep him coming back for more.

L O O K I N G   B A C K

Elsa Arendelle came from a family that were considered royalty in the midwest. Their parents were wealthy bankers who traveled often which left Elsa and their younger sister Anna under the care of nannies. At a young age, they began suffering from depression due to their parents’ absence; this made them difficult to deal with at times. They often refused to eat or come out of their room. Anna did her best to make her big sister smile, however. Every Saturday it became a tradition to go on bike rides/roller skating adventures to get Elsa out of their room.

One Saturday afternoon as the two girls rode their bikes, they got into an argument over Anna’s crush on Hans Westergard. As Elsa got angrier with Anna, she didn’t realize the group of school bullies coming over to pick on her. Elsa had always been different never feeling like they belonged in stereotypical female norms. They began to act, speak and be a very genderfluid individual. In a midwest town that simply was not accepted or understood. Because Elsa was so caught up in worrying about Anna they didn’t see the bullies who pushed over Elsa’s bike knocking them off their bike. Elsa kicked a rock in frustration and it hit Anna’s bike; soon Anna’s tires lost control as she hit a turn and she slid into the lake. Elsa was quick to plunge into the freezing water in order to save their sister, but ever since then they blamed themself. Elsa was a monster and didn’t know what was happening to her but she decided to keep it a secret to anyone else. They didn’t need any more problems or anything happening to Anna because they were different. A few weeks after their sister’s recovery from hypothermia, their parents died in a plane crash on their way home. Although the two Arrendelle sisters had vowed to stick together, grief-stricken Elsa broke that vow.

One of Elsa’s nannies knew of their secrets, and their struggles with their identity. She informed the young Elsa that their parents wanted to wait and tell them on their eighteenth birthday, due to their untimely deaths however, the nanny helped them walk through everything. They were a listening ear, a shoulder to cry on, and the voice of understanding and reason. She then told Elsa, “Conceal, don’t feel” when it came to the bullying so they would never have the upper hand, and that is exactly what Elsa did. Though years past, They ended up moving to New York City alongside their younger sister Anna. A relative in New York was able to take them in and the two children attended the Dalton Academy in High School with Elsa having attended Columbia for her University years. 

From the way they carry themself, to the way they talk, Elsa has this elegance and sophistication to them that’s very alluring. Many may perceive them to be cold and withdrawn, but in reality, they’ve just very kept to themself for so long. They found solace writing in their journal and reading books from the library. SO much so that they actually pursued a literature degree and are on their way to writing their first novel. Although many may think that because they are possessive and harsh like the power of winter, they are a very kind and warm person to be around, once people get to know them for who they really are. Though they are still introverted, they are mending their relationship with their sister, Anna and even have a few close friends. New York was a better experience for Elsa and sometimes they even forget what it was like to ever live in a world so unaccepting and harsh.

Anna Arrendelle { Younger Sister } : Anna is not only just their sister, but their best friend. Elsa is very protective of her and will go at all odds to make sure Annar is happy, even if it’s to Elsa’s own expense. While it has taken a lot of trial and error Elsa and Anna are quite close now after all they only have each other left. The two can butt heads sue to their differences but at the end of the day would do anything for each other.

Hans Westergard { Dislikes } : Though their families have been friends for a very long time, Elsa never really got along to the youngest and more malicious brother of the 13 Westergard boys, especially around Anna. Elsa doesn’t like his deceptive tricky ways and the fact he deceived Anna. His behavior has made Elsa want to destroy him and they honestly just might. 

Olly Fabinski { Chosen Family } : Olly grew up near the Arrendelle sisters and Anna and Elsa used to babysit Olly. Elsa began to realize that Olly was like them and they quickly took Olly under their wing. Helping to mentor and advise Olly about how to deal with bullies or stand tall in the face of adversity, Elsa is sometimes jealous of Olly. Their roll off the back always positive attitude is something Elsa admires and wishes they could imitate.

Growing up in the Pacific Northwest Olly was no stranger to the cold weather. At a young age they were begging to go out and play in the snow, have snowball fights, build snowmen. Olly had a love for the snow often going around and shoveling snow from driveways to make some extra money. Olly didn’t come from a glamorous life like their friends. When Olly was born they were dropped off at a fire station being bounced around between foster homes until they were ten years old. Olly didn’t really have a sense of where they came from or what family was. When their foster parents hired the Arendelle sisters to be their babysitter Olly immediately latched onto the sisters. Seeing them as the family that Olly never had they absolutely loved finally feeling like there was someone around who actually cared about them and wanted to be with them.

When Olly was fourteen they were out in the snow. Not feeling like they were doing anything wrong they were all of a sudden pushed into the snow. A group of boys from their school thought Olly was weird and so they decided to push them down and pick on them. The cold never really bothered them anyways however Olly was confused. Soon they were discovering that more than that, they would never truly be understood in a small little snow town in the middle of nowhere. When Olly wasn’t paying attention one day they had a freak sign taped to their back and hadn’t realized. Just because they didn’t like the stereotypes of other boys and girls or act how they were supposed to Olly didn’t think they should be made fun of. Scared and confused Olly wasn’t sure what was happening to them or what they were supposed to do. Being encouraged to move somewhere that was more open and accepting and safe Olly hoped the new school they attended could help out. They got into The Dalton School in High School and moved to be with their chosen family the Arrendelle’s who had moved to New York as well.

C U R R E N T   E V E N T S

Being in the big city, New York, has helped Olly seeing as they don’t have to worry about the snow or other people and their close minded judgements. Spending more and more time with the family they call their own Olly has gotten advice from Elsa about what to do and how to combat bullying, and being enrolled in a school where all peoples are welcome, Olly has learned that it’s perfectly okay to be the way they are.

Studying to be a social worker, Olly wants to help kids like them who were abandoned and never found a real sense of family or support. They absolutely love not only their fun studies like art and literature but their studies towards their goal of becoming a social worker. They love learning and they love helping people. Olly is finally feeling like they might have found their place in the world and they’re hoping that they can get full understanding and control of the way those around them see them so that they can reach their dreams.

Anna & Elsa Arendelle { Chosen Sisters } : Olly loves Anna and Elsa like the sisters they never had. They never had a family before they met the sisters and Elsa and Anna are the closest thing to a family they ever had. Olly loves the two and would do anything for them even when their silly playful antics upset the two women and they argue.

Angelina Dearing { Friend } : Sharing similar upbringings Olly and Angelina were able to connect straight away. They understood each other and they could be there for each other in ways that others would never truly be able to understand.

Daniel Konick { Friend } : The two are both always acting silly and playful and often getting into trouble together. Both having the over the top goofy nature they are sometimes the only two that can tolerate each other.

Jessie Wood grew up in Austin Texas to a Ranch running family. Jessie was a bright and cheerful young child who would of ten be seen singing as they brought in animals to corral. With their long red braids flopping from side to side, Jessie had a great spirit and a vibrance for life. Jessie was the epitome of positivity, being the light and happy spirit when there wasn’t another around. Jessie especially loved their horse, bullseye. Jessie would spend hours going out adventuring with Bullseye. Everything was great for Jessie, they loved their life on the ranch, they loved horseback riding. That was until Jessie realized that there was something different about them. Sure there were times they loved wearing their favorite dresses and their long braids, and getting fancy for church. Other days they hated dresses only wanting to wear their overalls and wishing everyone would stop calling them a pretty little girl. Jessie knew there was more going on with their life and as they got older they knew that the warring inside of them was only growing stronger. Jessie felt more alone than ever as they struggled to understand their life and what was going on.

When Jessie made the brave choice to speak to their parents about what was going on with them, they were not met with the love aNd affection they thought they would be. Jessie had spent the entirety of their childhood close with their parents, feeling loved and nurtured and accepted. However when Jessie told them that they thought they might be gender fluid they could see the shame and confusion in their parents eyes. They weren’t expecting their parents to abandon them, they weren’t expecting to not be accepted, all they wanted was to feel less lonely but they found themselves more lonely than ever. Being kicked off the ranch Jessie found themself with nowhere to go and without the family they loved so much. If it wasn’t for Jessie’s best friend bringing them with him to New York, Jessie wasn’t sure where they would have ended up.

C U R R E N T   E V E N T S

Having come to New York two years ago Jessie is still getting their bearings. They are still not entirely sure of themself. They’ve found ways to be happy again, and have started to show the happy positive light of their old self. Jessie is a vibrant and passionate person. They are constantly lifting up others around them and trying to keep things positive. Jessie is friendly and welcoming never wanting others to feel the loneliness that they had felt their whole life so sometimes they overcompensate. Jessie can come off a little too strong and the less kind people around them have called them annoying but Jessie is just trying to be a kind and compassionate person. Jessie tries to hide the rejection and the turmoil that they feel inside and make sure the world is a better place.

Jessie has become a positive influence on those around them at Pratt but it hasn’t helped them to cure the rejection and the loneliness they have felt since the terrible day they came out to their parents. Jessie still struggles to feel comfortable in their own skin. Luckily the people surrounding them had been supportive and helpful. In New York they were okay with Jessie not wanting to identify their gender, and Jessie appreciated all the friends and support they had made. Jessie is still on the journey to find themself, and to figure out exactly who they want to be. Jessie misses the ranch, their parents, their horse Bullseye, but they’re happy to be learning more about who they are and creating the life they want for themself.

Woodrow “Woody” Herdsman {Best Friend} : Woody and Jessie both grew up together and were exceptionally close as kids. They were very grateful to him as he accepted them for who they were and the person they wanted to be in life. Woody has always been Jessie’s sounding board and their rock and Jessie will always be grateful for that.

Ben Litear {Crush} : The way they fell for Ben was out of nowhere. Ben was always someone who seemed out of this world for Jessie. He always seemed to be a light in their day and for the first time in a long time, Jessie wants to get lost in the stars with him.

Merida Dunbroch {Acquaintance} : The way Merida could hold her own both intrigued and sparked a fire in Jessie to get to know the fellow fiery redhead and become her friend.

Do you see that? It’s 21 year old RILEY ANDERSON of NO ALLIANCE; They are a STUDENT; I heard some people say they resemble HUNTER SCHAFER. Luckily they’re OPEN. 

L O O K I N G   B A C K

Riley Andersen was born the first and only son to Mr. and Mrs. Andersen in snowy Minnesota. Riley always knew growing up that there was something different about them. While they enjoyed playing hockey with all their friends, they also liked dressing up with their mom, and preferred their hair long, and the feeling of pretty dresses. Being in conservative Minnesota, Riley didn’t really know of what was going on with them, so they stayed quiet about the feelings of not really wanting to be included in the boys club they always seemed to be a part of. It wasn’t until the age of eleven when their dad got a job in San Francisco and they were open to a whole new world. Seeing other people who had the same feelings as them living lives as the beautiful women that they were, it made Riley want to live the type of life they had always wanted as well. Feeling like there was no way they were ever going to be understood, or any ways to ever come out to their parents Riley became severely depressed. Not eating staying in their room for weeks acting out. Finally however enough was enough. Having parents who grew up in a conservative mid-western state it was hard to explain to them just how Riley was feeling. Through lots of tears, fights, long talks their parents finally understood what Riley was going through and agreed to help them transition.

Finally Riley was able to be their true self. Lots of hormone therapy and counseling, and thankfully love and support from their parents, Riley grew up in a safe environment where they were able to go through their transition and express themself the way that they were always meant to. Sure there were always going to be people who didn’t understand even in a very liberal area there were kids who didn’t get it and called them names and picked on them. There was family who cut them out because of the transition, and childhood friends lost. However with the support of their parents and those they cared about Riley finally started to do well again be less depressed and felt more like them.  They still loved playing hockey and dress up but now they were on the women’s league. Getting into school in NYC Riley was eager to have a chance to go to a new spot and reinvent themself even more, a clean slate where people wouldn’t know about the transition unless they wanted them to. They could just be Riley and have the life they wanted.

C U R R E N T   E V E N T S

Riley plays on the hockey team at Pratt and is studying art. They’re seen as an artsy wild child around campus. Between the wild unique make up to the eccentric personality Riley is that girl that everyone knows will always have a plan for a good time. Infamous for colorful outfits and sunshiny personality, Riley seems to be doing really well in this new environment. They’ve invented themself here as the Riley that they want to be and no one has questioned or argued that. Going by either she/her or they/them pronouns Riley has been surprised about how open she’s/they’ve been about her/their transition. They thought they would want people to just know Riley the girl who loves art hockey and make up but she has found that she wants people to know all of her. They want people to see Riley the young woman who used to be a scared little boy wondering if they would ever be happy in their skin. They joined the LGBTQ+ clubs at campus and tries to use their story to help others who are struggling. Riley is happier than they have been in a long time but sometimes she worries the depression could come back and mess with the life that has been made here in New York.

Riley at her core is a sunshiny and kind person. They’re friendly and outgoing always willing to help someone out and mostly run but the joy and happiness in life. The young woman does have their own anger and sadness that can sometimes take over. When that happens they can be harsh and unreasonable thinking only of Riley. However it never lasts too long and then it’s back to being the bright and friendly person people know and love. Compassionate and caring Riley always makes an effort to make people feel comfortable and welcomed. It’s why they study so hard in their art classes and make sure to try to convey the love an acceptance in their paintings. Riley wants to be the artist other transgender children relate to and can feel a sense of hope from so they spend most of their time in the studio. When not painting however Riley can always be found out partying and having a blast living it up in New York City with all their new friends.

R E L A T I O N S H I P S

Ashley Spinelli {Friend} : Spinelli marched to the beat of her own drum not caring what others thought of her and it drew Riley to her immediately. They admired the other woman’s confidence and the two hit it off instantly. Attending all their art classes together partnering up any time partners were needed, they quickly became friends both in and outside of class.

Thatcher James {Friend/Mentor} : Thatcher helped Riley when they first moved to New York, helping them get settled and introduced into the art program. The two were both kind and happy spirits and it didn’t take long for them to become good friends. Riley appreciated having someone to could trust and go to if they needed something, and was there for Tigger no matter what.

Adeline Hubert {Friend} : The other girl has a wild side and it brings out the wild side of Riley. Growing up in San Francisco they were surrounded by partying and Adeline can bring that side out of Riley like no one else. It’s still not clear wether or not the Hubert girl is a bad influence per say but they definitely have had some of her craziest nights with Adeline.
