my semester starts next week and i’m terrified and excited at the same time — mostly stressed because of everything else going on in my life but also because i’m finally writing my thesis this year and it scares me; with my thesis seminar i only have two other courses: swedish and environmental & economic anthro

09.12.21 | In other news, the class I’m co-teaching starts tomorrow and I am seriously just a ball of nerves at this point. Haven’t been in such a position since high school and even then it was ~20 people at best compared to this class’ 80. At the least we’ll all be masked and I’m pretty sure once the class starts I’ll settle right in but god damn. First day jitters in a whole new way. Please send all the good vibes!!

6 February 2019 | Finally feeling like I have a decent handle on some of these tenses—yay! That coffee shop I mentioned a bit ago that had the white chocolate honey lavender latte had a rosemary shortbread latte today and I just couldn’t help myself.
