M. Emmet Walsh was a vampire in this and what do vampires do. Suck blood, but I more focus on the suck part.

Straight Time (1978) - M. Emmet Walsh as Earl Frank

This was a good movie starring Dustin Hoffman. However, the main reason I saw this was for M. Emmet Walsh of course, playing Hoffman’s bullying parole officer. Even though he was only in it for the first 30 minutes or so.
